They are all so nice and the communication is wonderful. They take such great care of my cat and answer all my new pet owner questions

They don't let me accompany my dog for office visits. My poor dog came home clearly anxious. I have no idea what happened.

Changed vets because the last one had too many issues. These guys get me appointments and have attentive staff.

They have really dropped their ball in the past 3 years....not as good service as it used to be

This is the best clinic around. They treat my dog like he was theirs.

This clinic may be okay as long as your pet is healthy. I recently experienced an emergency with my 15 year old Schnauzer. He had been a patient with this clinic, so it wasn’t a random visit. My pet was experiencing seizure like symptoms after clinic hours, earlier this week. I tried to get him seen by an emergency clinics in Auburn, Federal Way, and Tacoma, and no one could see him. I called his family vet at Banfield the next morning to get him seen by anyone, only to be told they couldn’t fit him in, and was given recommendations for other clinics. Are you kidding me!! My dog is unresponsive and you can’t fit him in!! Not to mention the front end staff frequently don’t answer the phone. If you’re that busy, you should hire more staff. My Schauzer passed away peacefully at Summt vet in Tacoma a day later. I I would not recommend Banfield Hospital to anyone.

Have always got the best care for my 3 pets at redondo square Banfield, will absolutely stay with them for as long as I’m in this area. My bully breed mix has severe fear aggressive at the vet but they are really understanding, patient, and kind with him. Also I really wish I could remember her name, but there was a vet tech that had taught me how to give my cat Clifford his IV fluids at home and she was really nice and helpful when I was very nervous and afraid to do it for the first time. Thank you !!

I love the vets and staff here. And their wellness plan is better than anything else I thought to have.

I would never take my pet here! I signed up for there wellness plan and when my puppy really needed to be seen they could not see him. My puppy of 2 month had been see there a few days before for shots and when I was asked was there concerns and I stated yes. That my dog had been scratching his ears and that he took a chuck of fur off his leg and it was bleeding. They had me get some dog shampoo from them more money I spent and that did not work. Called them for 4 days in a row and they still could not see my puppy!! I had to take my puppy to another Vet and he ended having to ear infections!! No how is that when he just had been seen by they vet at Banfield a week before and she stated that his ears where fine!! If they would have took they time to make an appointment to get my puppy seen they would have known he had ear infections!! It makes me very upset after you do the wellness sign up they do not follow there with there part of the contract!! I could not even get a call back from a manager or supervisor when I asked for one! They could have killed my little puppy!! And I also could not understand how my payments was $45the first time then went of to $85!!I would never tell anyone to take there dog or puppy to this place!!
