Dani was so sweet and treated my dogs so kind. They looked fantastic after she gave them their haircuts.

Had booked out with Star all summer long, once a week for bathing. She does a great job. I had not made two appointments due to unforeseen circumstances and when I showed up the next week, she tells me she had replaced all my appointments and can no longer take my dogs in. Would have been nice to know after driving an hour at 6 in the morning before showing up. Thanks Star!

Took my mini Aussie for a shave-down. Took them 4 hours (it usually takes me 5). Worth it. He came out looking like a seal, which is exactly what I wanted.

I first called and got no answered, but Megan saw they missed a call from my number and called me back and I scheduled an appointment for my corgi-poo and poodle.. This was our first experience here and Megan was our groomer and we are very very HAPPY with how wonderful our babies look. I'm especially impressed with how good she did on their nails..I highly recommend Star's Pet groomer g!! Thank you Megan for taking care of your babies, They're Beautiful ????

I have been taking my dogs to be groomed by Star before she even started her own business. I followed her because of how well she treats my dogs. She is always patient, professional and reliable. I wouldn’t even consider taking my dogs to any other groomer. They always leave very happy and looking wonderful! Thank you to a Star for being so amazing!!

Our dog Betty is an older large black shepherd wolf mix. We took her to be groomed today and she came back so sore in her legs she could hardly walk. She has never come back from a groomers in that condition. We don’t know what happened. Her arthritis had been getting better because she had lost some weight. But now she hurts so bad she can hardly walk. We will not bring her back there again.

Did the best job on my baby based off of what activities we do and just telling them do what you think she needs. She looks so good and i love it.

I've always had Schnauzers, Old English Sheepdogs, and Standard Poodles. Star and her staff have been reliable to do a top notch job on the various needs I have for grooming. I stay on top of my dogs appts. They go in every 6-7 weeks, so I don't expect a miracle groom from a dogs neglected coat either. But there are times I have needed extra help because I've let my dogs matt up and the girls have always fixed it! They've worked through my dogs puppy years and are kind and gentle as my dogs have aged. I have patronized Star for many years, she was my groomer before she went into business for herself. I'm grateful for her and the integrity she instills in her staff.

I took my Akita here in November. They kept her for hours. When I picked her up she was still wet. She got a bacterial infection and has cost me thousands of dollars. Lauren is no longer there BUT. This should have never happened. Yoshi is an older dog and this has broken down her health which has always been great. Shame on you people. The place is a dump and my dog almost died.

Our dogs looked great! My only complaint would be that their nails were very raggedy after being cut. For the price I would've expected them to be filed, I had to do it when we got home. But they were very clean and smelled great and pillowy soft for the baby❤️

Alice is the most accomplished groomer I have ever had. She is now caring for my Maltese. Every visit has been perfect for over the two years that my current pet has been with me. You won't go wrong.

I have a Shi tzhu that was suppose to be given a teddy bear cut. He was left choppy and uneven cut all around. I’m not even sure that he had his tail trimmed. They didn’t even bring him out with the correct collar and leash.

We have an older Australian shepherd and other groomers just have not done the great job that Stars did!

I won’t take my dog anywhere else! She hates getting her nails cut and teeth brushed but doesn’t mind when Star & company do it!

This was my first visit. They asked tons of questions and told specifically me how they were going to treat MY sweet old girl. They took extra time with her and did a wonderful job. I'll be back!

I took my Yorkshire terrier last Saturday... I have not recovered yet from the terrible haircut my little dog got... very disturbing and disappointing... so I called being distressed after my husband got my dog home... not at all what I had asked for...no apology ... well, the person who usually groomed my little dog was out of town... I wish some one had called me to let me know that first of all... then I wish star pet grooming had made sure that the person who groomed Gigi knew how to groom a Yorkie... poor Little dog... worse cut ever... it is so short that we will have to wait for thee or four months before something nice could be done. Avoid this place !!!! I did not feel valued as a customer, nor listened to...
