Rude uncaring staff and Doctors. Always told the doctor your pet sees is not in this week. I told them my dog needed a refill for his antibiotics but they were too busy to even return my calls. Had to go to another vet to get what my pet needed. Will never go to this vet again. They don't care about your animal. Only in getting your money.

Nice place, friendly staff, Dr. Was good at explaining what was going on with my dog. Not our normal vet but think I will switch our dog's care here.

I recently brought my cat here after having issues with my previous vet. I did some vet shopping for prices etc. But this place gripped me even from the first phone call. Highly professional and friendly, I was given price quotes with care and enthusiasm. After the call I felt happy and knew that was the place I wanted to take my pets. So I made an appointment, and my cat has also ended up needing to be sedated during even basic exams because others could not handle her. I was willing to pay for sedation, however, I was absolutely amazed to hear that she didn’t require sedation. They were able to do what they needed without it which is a miracle in itself. I was also called and told about what was going on with her, treatments, prices, you name it. The vet was incredibly friendly and a joy to talk to and very informative. I was also very happy with the pricing of her visit and found it to be quite affordable. I also really enjoyed that when I picked her up I talked to one of the assistants whose enthusiasm and kindness was just downright refreshing. I left feeling so happy and relieved, and Lily is completely relieved and feeling so much better now. Will be definitely coming back with the rest of my fur babies.

The workers here are very thoughtful and caring! My cats got worms following a flea infection. Since we are new to the area we don’t have a regular vet yet. I had called so many offices looking for someone to help my cats and I just kept hearing, “Sorry, we’re not accepting new patients.” I could tell it was a busy day at Skagit, and I had to be on hold for a little while, but Chloe took the time to ask more about what was happening with my cats. She told me there was an OTC deworming med that should work for my girls. The cherry on top? I could go pick it up right now! I just could not be more thankful for Chloe and the Skagit Animal Clinic. You guys are great. If my girls are anything but perfectly healthy in the future I will certainly be back.

I loved this clinic, I've been bringing my animals here for over 20 years with family. I recently called for a quote to neuter and it's $466!!! I'm super bummed to have called around and found it's double everywhere else.

I wish I would have started taking my pets to Skagit Animal Clinic a long time ago. I couldnt get thru to my regular vet. No one was answering the phone and I left messages with no callback. I called Skagit Animal Clinic and from the first phone call I got a very caring vibe. They got my kitty an appointment in a timely manner. Unfortunately my kitty had a tumor and it had already progressed. The vet that took care of her truly cared. I got genuine calls to check to see how Laura was doing after her appointment. Laura crossed the rainbow bridge last week and I wanted her cremated. The staff were so respectful and understanding. We had only been a patient there for one visit and they treated us like Laura had been a long time patient. When I picked up Laura's ashes today they came in a pretty wood box and included an impression of her paw and some of her fur. It was beautifully arranged. I have had all my animals cremated and my previous vet always just handed the little wood box in a brown cardboard box. Nothing fancy. Thank you to the staff for the care you showed.

The wait time and waiting in the car was a drag, but understandable due to Covid. Otherwise the people were nice and my dog made an impression on them, haha.

My cat was in a fight and had an open wound as well as a scab elsewhere. Having recently moved to the area I needed to find a vet. I scored on the first call. The receptionist understood the urgency and got us in that morning. Following COVID 19 procedures the vet tech picked up my cat from the car, the vet examined him and came out to the car to explain Bochy’s condition and suggest a course of treatment. They cleaned him up and stitched him up and sent him home that afternoon with meds; again, after the vet came out to my car to explain his condition. Skagit Animal Clinic is doing an excellent job under trying circumstances. Judging by the busy parking lot other pet owners appreciate their passion and care as well. If I could give more stars I would.
