Nice little store for pet supplies. They have a large selection of fish and a few reptiles and birds. All the animals look healthy when we've visited which is a huge plus. There is also a pet grooming area in the back and an adoption area for local cats. We found our last cat here.

PetSmart is always ok. Petco however .....? I just bought a $20. fish from petco ( because I wanted it) and when the trainee tried to catch it with his hands( 7 inch pleco) I asked him to please stop and get a manager, he got upset, I explained to management that i didn't think it was appropriate to hand fetch my fish, she told me they could do as they please and that I " needed to be quiet and stand right there while I get your fish , because I was being rude for telling them how to do their job" . Worst part is that there is no complaint dept. Petco I have 7 - 75 gal tanks, YOU , just lost all my money.????

Customer Servace you only get asked if you need help when u check out when I asked for help otherwise they ignored me and my elderly mother. Very disappointed

They have everything for your dog or cat here. I got canine aspirin for my dog and rubber pet booties for her paws there.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Also a great in on out locations the whole staff is quick to assist you and get you on the way or allow you to just look around.

this store has gotten worse and worse, I have come in and repeatedly not seen anyone on the floor, dead fish and unfed animals. Will honestly spend my money else where from now on.

I can usually always find my pet care needs here which is really nice. I enjoy walking around and seeing what new pet toys, clothes and fun things for my furbabies. Lots of selections with pretty reasonable pricing.

I had an appointment at 4:30 with the grooming department, at. 4:50 I asked what was going on and was told that they had to finish what they were doing first and that my dogs appointment was at 4:30. I told them that I was there waiting at 3:40. I was upset with how little they seemed to care. I will NOT take my dog back there ever again!!!
