Great staff and very reasonable.

OLD school. I don't care for that. Too cramped. Not motivated enough.

They take the time to make sure you and your pets are well taken care of.Everyone there is very friendly and helpful. It was easy to get an appointment. This vet is a good reason to come to the island!

My first visit seemed to be okay during COVID when I was not able to come inside. This last visit I was able to go inside with my cat and was not happy with my experience. The front desk gal didn’t seem to care. I had to ask if that’s all she needed from me at the end because she barely could say anything to me at all. When we were able to go to the back room the lady seemed nice enough. Then we got to the rabies shot. My cat was hissing (as any uncomfortable cat would) but not biting or scratching. I asked if she wanted me to hold her during her shot and she said no that’s okay and then decides the best “hold” was to put a blanket over my cats head. My cat was obviously upset and moving about while she puts the needle in her hip (while she’s moving about, needle in her leg!) and her response during the shot was “she can feel that”. I was horrified knowing in high school, not even vet school, I learned more effective holds then suffocating an anxious cat. She told me my cat was too “anxious” (I wonder why) and told me to give her a medication before next time. I unaware said I would take them prior to her next appointment thinking it would be one (since it’s annual). She gave me 10 gabapentin. Seemed as though the anxiety of it all could’ve been avoided by handling the situation differently. In their defense I should’ve spoken up while it was all happening, but I will not be coming back.

The doctor gave me time to talk to me and was very personable.. Prices are so reasonable. I am happy and I am switching to this vet.

Always compassionate and reasonably priced care. Vets don't come better than these women. Used their services for years.

Great veterinary clinic I am always able to get in. I take my dog there every other week for a nail trim and they do an outstanding job! my dog is not easy to handle for a small/medium size dog. I am impressed with the way they handle him and treat him like he was one of there own pets. And that means a lot. Definitely recommend them!

Make sure they give you the correct fur baby before you leave the facility. Unfortunately I was given the wrong one and mine was given to someone else.

I called at the right time. They had a cancelation and got my kitty in the next day. The appointment was timely, affordable, and they didn't push unnecessary options. Highly recommend.

Been taking my Dog here for about 3 years. This is the last time he will be going. Receptionist is rude! My wife was running late for an appointment so she called to let them know and the receptionist stated "We will deal with you when you get here" This is not the first time the receptionist was rude, I chalked it up to a bad day, but enough is enough !!! You lost my business!!!!!

Victoria Bauer. Told to look for ticks in dogs ears she didn't even look in the ears. Told us the dogs had ear infections after no relief went to another vet my dogs had lots of ticks in the ears. Call Victoria back she said she didn't even look in the ears she can boot be trusted called me a lier about the tics she also stated they don't look in dogs ears without sedation with is not true don't trust the new vets at camano island vets
