Very happy with the vets and care.

My dog seems to like this place because he keeps getting hurt and needs to come here. But they take care of him well and don't take everything in my wallet so I guess that's good.

Best place around! We love each and everyone of the staff! They treat my dogs like their own! Especially Dr. Samson! She truly cares!

I was told I was too early to be checked in then I was ignored for 45 minutes by the shift lead Gina well she talked and chatted at the desk when I finally asked if I could be checked in it was pretty quick but to be ignored and forgotten about when I'm ten feet away so you can chat and have conversations about going to train in Bellingham with people walking by you probably shouldn't be leading a shift I absolutely will not return and will recommend other places to anyone

DO NOT BUY THE PET INSURANCE! IT IS A SCAM! My husband and I pay for pet insurance every month, on both our dogs. Today my little italian greyhound was hit by a car. We drove him all the way into town to be told he could not be seen, the appts were all booked up. After driving and calling around for over an hour, to find anyone to help us. My dog died in my arms.

I have a pet on their optimum wellness plan which I only kept for emergencies. Well we had an emergency he ripped his nail and was bleeding couldn’t walk. And they told me they couldn’t do anything for him they just didn’t have time. I feel if I’m paying for pet insurance then not having time to keep an injured dog healthy is a big concern. And then they make you jump through so many hoops to cancel.

The staff here are great and they take wonderful care of our pets.

These ladies and gentlemen are amazing with all the animals that come through here and they are friendly to the two legged animals that show up too lol. Highly recommended for the health of your pets as well as their grooming needs and the interactions with other animals.

Good place to get pet food

I can’t say enough about this place. If I have questions they are happy to answer. Always professional and kind. They are super personable as well. We recently had an issue with one of our pups Marvin and they got him in the next day, but to call if anything changes. Through out the day he seemed to improve so we called to let them know we didn’t need the early morning appointment and we would talk to them the following the day because we had a nail clipping appointment for our other pup Noodle anyways. As always they said sure not a problem. Well our little Marvin got worse throughout the night and the next day we brought him with us when we took Noodle in. We spoke to reception and they went and checked with the Vet and they couldn’t fit him in, which was totally ok, I mean we did think he was ok and we did cancel. While we were talking Marvin let out cry’s of pain just from us holding him, and then the vet came out and said that she could hear him screaming and she would take a quick look! She totally didn’t have to do that but she did, and it meant the world to us. Little Marvin went home with meds that could help with some pain and further appointments to figure out what is going on. I’m sorry this is a novel, but they took a look at Marvin just because they heard him in pain. This place cares about you and your fur babies. They know me and my husband but they really know and care about our little fur babies. Couldn’t ask for a better place. Thank you guys!

I love that they have a coupon for a free first appointment for new customers. I had an appointment for my dog a couple weeks ago. They were on time and friendly. The dr we saw seemed very knowledgeable and i really trusted her opinions.

It's in the back of Pet's R Us store. I have never taken my pet to that hospital, but I have never heard any negative reports about this pet hospital. I go to the store to get food for my dog.

Extremely bad experience. Receptionists and vets do not communicate, and we are overcharged and did not receive all the services and products we had requested. Will not be returning.

I've never had a bad experience qt banfield with my puppy or my kitty. I have them both signed up for the wellness plan and its saved me sooo much money!

I actually had my dogs nails clipped at the groomers. Great staff and rates.

tried to get my dogs claws clipped (walk in like I've done every 2 months for 11 years). apparently they no longer accept walk ins yet it's not posted ANYWHERE in the office. really disappointed and will likely take my business elsewhere.

The staff and Dr.s are amazing! Very knowledgeable, understanding and kind. My parents and I have been taking our animals here for 10+ years. They keep records indefinitely. I was able to pull vaccine records for my cat from 2013 with no trouble at all. This is the only place I recommend to other fir-baby parents ????
