Worst vet ever dropped my dog off with specific instructions and they did what ever they wanted to including not telling me my dog would be seen by a completely different vet and they muzzled him so they could forcefully man handle him. Then they told me the next time I brought him in he would have to be sedated to be seen then when I showed up to his next visit they told me my dog would have to be completely put under for the vet to see him . If you love your dog I recommend finding a better bet that's good with dog's not these people.

They were wonderful and so fast. Everyone was very friendly. I felt that they loved my kitten as much as I do. It's nice to know that my fur baby was well taken care of.

Best vet around. They clearly care about animals more than charging insane prices. Very reasonable and willing to help.

They are very good with my cats. We didn't have to wait to long to be seen. They also treat my cats like if they own them. I would recommend anyone to go there.

Top notch care and loving. Have trusted Dr. Vetter from one dog to the next. Doc is well over an hour drive from where we live. That means I drive past a lot of other veterinarians in order to get to him. Nothing is too good for my animals. And Doctor Vetter is the best.

Very caring staff offer care to large and small animals in their complex of buildings. Drop off & pick up is "curb side" for lengthy visits. Can say enough praises. ????

Absolutely great service take excellent care to my pets

I appreciate the dedication and compassion this clinic displays! They are extremely devoted to animals and do great with people too. Highly recommend! They have an equine clinic as well as a dog and cat practice. I took my duck after a dog attack and they were willing to give 110% to treat him. He's scheduled for a double wing amputation in a half hour. Regardless of the outcome, I know they have done all they can. UPDATED April 2021: “Arnold” the duck is still going strong! It’s been a few years now and he’s still healthy and happy! They took extra time to prepare for this risky surgery and it paid off. THANK YOU!

More concerned about making money than care. Costs are twice what other vets charged, finally found another Vet to switch to. My dog requires Cytopoint injections for allergies, Foothills charging $120 per shot, new Vet $62. Foothills Allergy panel over $800, new Vet $260. Teeth cleaning with Foothills $850, with Forever Pet Dental $250. To top it off the Foothills Vet is arrogant and condescending. Not recommended!

I adore Dr. Vetter and his staff. Covid has made it difficult to get appointments and I think just about all of our pets have been in during this crisis. Was able to get an appointment the next day because of a cancelation.

Difficult to find a vet who treats rabbits - so thankful for Foothills Vet! I brought my bunny in after a rabbit fight - the doctor was able to fit her in between appointments. The doctor called me and discussed treatment options and was very clear about pricing. They do excellent follow-up care and pre-measured medications for me. I will be bringing my other pets here in the future.

Horrible service, cancel my appt on me, when I needed a 7 day vet for my breeder leave me no time to get a new appt anywhere, not willing to stay and help me, just others! NEVER HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!! But let my breeder contact be voided!! THEY DONT CARE ABOUT ANYTHING BUT MONEY!!!! That is great, and i hope they are both still alive. but I made my appt 2 weeks ago, because of a short window I had!! I am leaving town. I told you that and I asked to get in tonight, that wasn't an option!! You wanted to push me to Monday!! Your are willing to help your expensive emergency, but not do a puppy check so my contract isn't voided!!! Than come on here and make it like it's my fault!!! NO YOU SHOULD OF STAYED LATE TO HELP YOUR CUSTOMERS WHO COULD NOT RESCHEDULE!!!! HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!!

They we're great! I have a rescue kitten who has an obvious upper respiratory infection, and they took awesome care loving on her and giving her a complete checkup and meds she needs to feel better and begin her new life as a spoiled princess. (C's wife)

All I can say is discuss exactly what is in the planning before you let them take your animal back for exam. They will perform any test they decide to do (and trust me! They are not affordable. I don't care WHO you are). Not happy at all with them. All you are paying for is their smile. Trust me OR learn on your own! Fair warning!

This is such an amazing place!! From the first phone call to them until the time I left with my dog they were wonderfully nice and always helpful!! It's budget friendly and they alwayslet you know what your liking at for $$ before you party for anything! They took great care of my baby Harley and he was so much happier when we left there. The doctor shows real compassion for the animals that are brought in and even get on the floor with them and everything. Highly recommended!!

I had such a wonderful experience here! I had an emergency with my cat (it was late in the evening as places were starting to close down, and such short notice) I was recommended by a friend to check this place out — I called and they were super friendly on the phone and told me to come on down and they would take a look at her —- really accommodating and did excellent work with my cat. The whole process was smooth from the time I called to the finishing paperwork. They even called the next day to check up on my cat to make sure everything was going well. I couldn’t be happier with a place I can now take all of my animals! You can tell they take pride in their job and have a passion for helping our fur babies! Thank you again Foothills Veterinary!

Dr Vetter and staff are the best. Over the years we've visited many vet offices and finally found the one we love. Dr Vetter and his staff are patient and kind to even our big barky (slightly frightening did) - other vets have been afraid of her and won't take time to check her out but Dr Vetter takes the time to earn her trust and is able to get a thorough exam.

It was my first time there and I was taking a wild baby bunny to them to raise. They were so compasionate and very kind. I go to a different vet for my dog. But, seriously thinking of changing vets as these people really do care about your loved one. Love this place and highly recommend them. UPDATE: These people are the most compassionate, animal loving people I have every delt with, with my animals. My own vet Buckley Vet on Hwy 410, in Buckley, WA, would not help me with my cat (Snow) when it was her time to go. I had to make an appointment for the following Friday. She wasn't going to make it till then and I told them so. They did not care. They have lost their compassion for animal's. Now, on that note, this place (Foothills) when I called them, they took her right in and helped me let her pass in peace. I AM changing my babies over to them. They are the kindest most animal loving people. They actually care and love the animals. I cannot make anyone go here, but if you love your animal, at least try them out. You will not be disappointed. Our Snow is resting in peace now thanks to this doctor. We miss her, but she is renewed. They let me stay with her as long as I wanted and let me hold her through the whole process.

I absolutely appreciate Dr Vetter and his amazing staff. They all care about the animals and it shows. They are wonderful at communicating with you about everything!! I highly recommend them!!!
