I'm very sad to give a 1 star review here. I absolutely love the front desk staff and the ladies who come out to get your animals, however the vet was just rude. She continuously talked over me and couldn't even give me a straight answer as to what is going on with my dog, basically just said this is possibly it but I'm not sure and made it seem like it didn't really concern her. When I could get in a word she would respond as if talking to a child which is really awful to do to anyone, especially someone concerned about their pets health. I'm just sad to say that this place has really gone downhill and I will not be going back.

Nice and courteous staff to us and our family's pets. Great they have emergency care as we've utilized once. Clean facility and professional.

I took my rat there to be examined to see if he could get medical treatment now, here the kicker I brought him in, I called using my name, they came to my car and got him said it would be 10 minutes they never called me or came back to my car, but my ex-husband who now dates a vet tech there went through the employee door I didn't know he was in there he knew I was taking him in they checked my rat in under his name and put my beautiful boy Red to sleep without my permission or telling me anything I had to call back wasn't told anything until after he was already dead, I didn't get to say goodbye when I promised him I would see him shortly and to be good for them I never saw him again. After, they knew about their mess up they still let him take my boys body with him they let him use the employee door to leave knowing this was a huge mess up on their part. I never got my boy back and they did nothing in the end to resolve this. I only brought him in and me and boy ended up with all the pain in the end.

Finding a good veterinarian is as important as finding a good primary care physician. All Creatures has more than earned my loyalty. Staff are always friendly and attentive. A very welcoming atmosphere. Dr Eric Walker has shown a level of compassion not easily found. He helped us enormously when we had to end the suffering of our two beloved cats. And he followed up both times with a heartfelt handwritten expression of his sympathy, enclosing a packet of rosemary seeds we could plant for remembrance. Happily we have a new kitty now under Dr Walker’s care. It is a great comfort, particularly during these uncertain and stressful times.

The service was great. They took very good care of my very sweet, high energy, anxious Ellie. I will be back. They kept me informed in all areas of service. Thank you.

The Doctors her are good but unfortunately the front desk staff lacks customer service skill and is extremely unprofessional. 9 times out of 10 when I call the office, someone answers the phone "All Creatures Animal Clinic is this an emergency or can you hold"? If you say you can hold, you will be on hold for no less than 5 minutes. When the call is finally answered, you state you name and why you are calling, they don't listen. The asked question of what you just stated! Duh! Yes Dr.'s Barker and Kingsley are wonderful but it all starts with the phone call.

They are so nice and take amazing care of the animals.

My 18 year old cat wasent feeling well and they helped her to get her back to her old self! This place truly cares for your pets!!

We have taken our bird here a few times and always had a good experience. We recently took our 6mo old pup to get altered. Prices were good and the staff were nice. The pup is doing great with no complications.

Was there years ago..nice up front office people..good doctors..they took good care of my daughter's pitbull..would go there again for sure..

The office staff are extremely rude for no reason and condescending. They were to another family member of mine so I will not be coming back.

I love everyone here. They really do care about "our for legged kids". I got to meet them under emergency situation. My 2 yr old chiuahuha/mini pin got pregnant by our beagle, corgi, black mouth cur, Jack Russell and doberman pinscher mix. We we needed to make sure she could have the puppies because they were gonna be big. They got me in ASAP and thank God she was going to be okay. When she went into labor we needed to make sure all puppies were out cause she was still having contractions but nothing was happening. Again they got us in ASAP and again she was ok. Almost 4 weeks later the puppies are as big as mom. I will continue to take all my pets here and recommend to everyone. Thank you everyone. We will bring in ziva and puppies soon.

Recently All Creatures boarded my senior Patagonian while I was on a trip because he requires daily medication. I came home to a happy and healthy bird. I am your classic "paranoid" pet owner and they addressed my fears as well as taking care of my bird. I recommend.

Don't like that we are not allowed in with our pets anymore. Traumatizing to my dog. Other than that, they have worked out an efficient way to visit. Bring your phone and a game or good book

All Creatures has consistently provided all my pets with outstanding, thorough care. This was especially true when I had to put my dear dog to sleep three years ago. Their compassion and support was so helpful to me during a very stressful, sad time. I will never go to another vet. I highly recommend them.

From the first phone call to the last kiss I gave my dog, they were wonderful. Everyone was kind and respectful during my difficult time. I was never rushed and was given all the time I needed to say goodbye. When it was over, I was given a plaster paw print. A few days later I received a handwritten condolence card from Dr Walker, which meant a lot to me. It was hard to write this review because I still feel sad thinking of Toby, and typing through tears isn't fun, but I wanted everyone to know this is a good place with good people that genuinely care.

Staff are very friendly and helpful. They are very reasonably priced and do not oversell products. We have been nothing but satisfied and grateful with the service we have received. Highly recommended!

All creatures have saved my dog my cat and the level of service is exceptional Dr Kruger is amazing.

One of the employees stole my friends puppy, like hello? How is someone from a animal hospital steal a dog. Actually awful people.

Please don’t bring your pets or found animals here, they will be stolen and given to staff members. Animal theft is a horrible crime and any staff member who rehouses, renames, and refuses to return a found pet should be fired! awful and unprofessional behavior. I wouldn’t trust them to care for any animal.

This company/business is not professional or ethical at all. My friends puppy was brought here by a stranger after running loose. After trying to contact them for a week, they were being uncooperative and would not let her come get her dog. Instead, a staff member named KATI who calls herself a “technician” stole her dog and stopped all communication with her. And still has not given the puppy back to the rightful owner. FREE PEPE!!!

We have a very sick cat and called our long time vet to see if we could bring him in. The receptionist said we could but it would be $150.00 fee for the “emergency” visit plus the cost of the appointment. It is disappointing that a long term relationship has turned into financial opportunity for All Creatures.

The only thing that would make the experience better here is for us to be done with COVID

Highly recommended and I was not disappointed! It is very difficult to find a vet for a turtle so I'm grateful for them.

This place is absolutely wonderful. Extremely friendly and attentive staff that show great concern and care for me and my furbabies well being. The Dr's routinely follow up with their clients and are always doing their best in these difficult times.
