Twin Pines Animal Hospital Bothell, Washington

We were overwhelmed with how positive our first check-up experience was with Twin Pines Animal Hospital. They were extremely nice, patient, articulate regarding their findings & recommendations, and very sensitive to our rescue dog sometimes being stand-offish with new people. We felt fully supported and are currently at ease knowing we've found the best vet in the area for our dog. Cannot recommend enough!

Hands down the best veterinary hospital I have been to and with COVID technically I haven't even been in it yet! They are very professional and compassionate in what they do. Our puppy was diagnosed with kidney failure and the ER vet basically said he won't see one year old and sent us walking without a plan or a prescription. We took the report to twin pines who collaborated with the specialist and together they developed a care plan or our pup, he turns 1yr in two weeks!

We love Dr. Robertson! She's so amazing with our puppy. And Chrissy, the office manager ... well, she deserves a raise. I'm not sure I've ever encountered such a smart, competent, and kind office manager in any business over the past decade! Just an amazing team, overall! Super special place, and we're lucky to have them in Bothell.

They were very nice and the vet was very professional and very nice! I think my search for a good vet may be over!

I cannot put into words just how grateful I am for the wonderful staff at Twin Pines Animal Hospital. After a rollercoaster week dealing with complications following a spay procedure (done elsewhere), I have only been reminded and assured of just how special this particular clinic is. Humans and pets alike are treated with an abundance of compassion, respect, patience, and love. Everyone is so kind and gentle, and never speak in ways that feel patronizing or confusing. My husband and I are so, so very grateful to Dr. Robertson, Dr. Hardy, and their whole team. They are a gift to this community, and I know our Juniper is in excellent hands as she prances through the door, tail wagging, for check-ups and exams. Thank you, Twin Pines!

The vets here are not only great but also compassionate. We run a pig rescue and have had plenty of emergencies. They always do what they can to help!

I have been so impressed with Dr Hardy and the Twin Pines clinic. It is very difficult to find a vet that is willing to see a duck, let alone has experience with treating duck injuries and illness, and Dr Hardy is a duck expert. She has provided my ducks with excellent care and I'm always impressed with her willingness to explain what is going on and how to best proceed, all at a reasonable price point. I highly recommend bringing your ducks and chickens here!

We just moved to the area and needed a new vet. We had a minor doggy sickness and wanted to get a quick appointment and we were super lucky to get in same day! The vet was super good at communicating our pup's medical concerns and even called to check up on him. I am so happy to have found a new vet I trust!

We love Dr. Hardy and the team and SO grateful that we found her again. My dog Sparky and I met Dr. Hardy back in 2011 at her last practice and we immediately fell in love with her professionalism and personality. When she left we struggled for years to find the next best option. we tried 3 different vets and some of them were good but just couldn’t compare to Dr.Hardy. When this place opened I switched Sparky back to her service in joyful tears. It’s amazing to find a vet that you trust and we are so fortunate to find her again. Excellent communication and very informative so I can always make the best and knowledgeable choice for Sparky. She always has Sparky best interests at heart and no unnecessary tests; treatments/meds are given and I am truly grateful for that. The whole team is amazing! Everyone we have met during our visits have been wonderful from front desk to vet assistant. Highly recommended!

Amazing animal hospital. When my dog Alex had Emergency, they was available to provide appointment same day,in a time of Covid ,when others had 7-10 days wait. Dr.Elizabeth Hardy went extra miles to help my dog,while we was waiting for appointment with oncologists . All stuff is great. Easy to communicate too. Highly recommend this place for your pets,and your piece of mind.

We are new in Washington and have no Vet to go to... I call the clinic because my baby muggle jumped from the bed and got hurt... Colleen and Alyssa were very attentive ,Marc was very careful with Mia. Dr Robertson called me herself to update me about Mia, explained everything very well detailed and what / when I should be doing for my baby girl. I am very happy and pleased by the clinic and personal.Thank you all for taking such a good care of my precious baby!

Twin Pines has been taking excellent care of our rescue maltipoo for several years now and we couldn't be happier with the care that she is given by Dr. Laura Robertson and staff! Dr. Robertson made the experience so easy and enjoyable. My cat who is terrified and traumatized by vet visits was comfortable and allowed for the examination. Dr. Robertson and her tech came to my home and were pleasant, professional and informative. Highly recommend!!

THE BEST clinic I have ever had for my pet. The staff is friendly, professional, caring, my dog feels comfortable visiting. In fact, my dog is not an “easy” dog. She usually is not comfortable with other people, but this clinic is the exception. She actually wags her tail when we get out of the car, and eagerly walks inside, always a good sign while going to the Vet! I’d say 5+ stars for Twin Pines!!

They all took the best care with our new kitty! You park outside and they come out to get your pet. The Dr called and was very informative. I knew our family member was getting fantastic care and they will follow up with his next apt. They also do house calls! Thank you for keeping us all safe during this pandemic!

Twin Pines is hands down the best vet!! We've tried a lot of places for my dog and just couldn't find the right fit. Dr. Robertson is amazing, honest, and compassionate. We've got a vet for the rest of my dog's life and the next!

I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Hardy and the Twin Pines team. It's very hard to find a vet that really understands goats and she does. I often seem to need her when she is off getting more training but she has checked in from the road and I appreciate that she keeps up to date in information etc. I can call in and Colleen and Alyssa know me by first name and I have no idea how with so many patients and people but it certainly makes me feel valued and I'd much rather pay them than a sterile chain.
