Friendly staff, but most of all, my little Bitsie actually really seems to love going!

We had our two small dogs stay here for four days and they refunded the cost of playtime for one of our dogs because he's very shy and was so timid and didn't want to play. They had great feedback about him and suggestions for how to help him socialize.

This is the first time I’ve tried Bark Park Inn. My dog was well cared for. I was particularly impressed with their honesty. I had signed up for daily snuggle time. Upon checking out, I was told my dog didn’t like the extra attention so they refunded part of my money. I never would have known the difference…Here’s a business with integrity!! Also they washed my dog’s blanket. Certainly not required! I highly recommend Bark Park Inn.

We boarded our cats at Bark Park for the weekend while away camping- excellent value for the cost and their facilities allowed for the cats to be kept in their own personal space (a kennel separate from other kitties, albeit in the same building- there’s only so much privacy you can expect boarding pets!) in a building a good distance away from the dog boarding. They wrote us up a wonderful account of the girls’ time with them, it was nice to see the little personal details included. Highly recommend!

Our second boarding experience was with this kennel. Drop off was easy, and they asked about our dog's play preference. Unfortunately there wasn't any open play with other dogs as an option, and although he got a play break, most of his time was spent kenneled.

My dog absolutely loves coming here she is always so happy when we pull up in the parking lot. They treat her very well and she gets to play a lot. They offer a lot of different services like dog walks and play time which is perfect when you are gone for a long time. Highly recommend!

My pup seemed to have a great time and the staff was great. I love that he gets his own play/walk time as he's not good with other dogs.

One thing apparent about this place is that they really love animals. I really appreciated the "report card."

We chose Bark Park Inn for our first time boarding our dogs. This place was perfect! Very friendly people, knowledgeable, you could tell they really love animals. Our 11-month-old pup was really nervous and wouldn't eat very much, but they added some tasty things to his food to help and also hand-fed him. Our dogs came back smelling better than when we dropped them off, which was a big plus for us. Thank you Bark Park Inn!

The Bark Park staff is always very kind and professional. They were able to find a spot for my dog one time when they were low on space, and have also cheerfully cancelled my reservation close to the scheduled date when a friend offered to care for my dog instead. When my dog's ear problems flared up, they went to my vet to get more medicine and called me to talk about the situation. They made it seem like it was not a problem to help him out, while it seemed to me that they were going the extra mile for him. I'm not sure how much my dog likes being away from home and staying at the kennel, but I know that they are doing their best to care for him. And I really appreciate that they wash and dry his bed from home, which I leave at the kennel with him, before I pick him up!

Love this place. Very clean and attentive to all the pets. The ladies who work there are awesome.

We love Bark Park Inn! We have been bringing our yellow lab here for over 5 years now, since she was a puppy, for every vacation. This past stay was the longest one yet (2 weeks), but when we picked her up, our girl was happy, well fed, and well rested-the report card about her stay is so wonderful too! We love the extras that are offered and use them for her stay-daily playtime, rice and chicken added to her food, and a bath and nail trim before pick up. All services are reasonably priced too! Also, we really appreciated that Bark Park Inn regularly posted photos of our girl on their Facebook page so we could see all the fun that she was having, as well as responding immediately to my email, when I inquired to how she was doing. They treat our girl like family. I will not hesitate to refer anyone to Bark Park Inn, and continue to bring our girl here when we need boarding services.

I am always nervous when I have to find a new boarding place for my pup and worry about how she will react with the staff. I was very relieved when they provided a report card for how she did while there. It was fun to read and see the comments left. I would give them all five stars if they were a bit more affordable. I will have to see if they offer package deals.

I am so glad to have found bark park inn! Their employees are friendly, the facility is clean, their prices are reasonable, and they give me a "pawgress" report about my dog's stay!

The first time I had my dogs here it was alright. The prices are decent, but the care is not great. Everything costs extra to add on. To take your dog for a walk or have a little bit of play time, it's an extra 10 dollars and they also charge you to feed your dog their own food. Not to mention if you pay with a credit card it's a 3% fee on top of that. As mentioned, the prices are decent without all the add-ons so I decided to try them a second time. I was VERY disappointed. I picked my dogs up and the lady walked out and said "I didn't have time to clean the food bowl" and then put it in the bag. I thought "no worries" it just looked like it had food remimence in it.. she brings my dogs out to me and one of them just reeks of pee. Like she had been sitting in it all night. Shortly after I got home, both of my dogs had very liquidy diarrhea and were acting super tired..I then look at the food bowl and there is some brown stuff on it. I come to find out it's poop caked on the bottom of the dog bowl.. I am in shock with the lack of care my dogs were given. I am not happy and my dogs aren't either. I will not be coming here again.

Told me they took fiv+ felines when I booked in advance. I get there and was turned away. Listen to customers when they call to board for all information! I had to scramble to find a place at the last minute because of this simple over-sight.

ABSOLUTELY ABYSMAL! If you love your dogs, don’t take them here. We used Bark Park twice in the past, and although the facility is below average, we were impressed with Kelsey, who showed true care and attentiveness for our pups. Well, Kelsey is gone now, and with her so is Bark Park’s passion for the dogs entrusted in their care. However, they’ll gladly take all your money, and then some! Here are the highlights of our pups’ last visit: - charged us for four days even though we took our dogs at 3 pm on a Friday and picked them up on Monday at 10:20 am. We were not notified of this 10am pickup ‘policy.’ We have called around and standard pickup times at other local boarding spots is 1pm. What a joke. - they charged full price for both dogs even though they are supposed to charge less for a second dog staying in the same kennel as the first one. - the boy helping couldn’t even name our dog correctly. I corrected him on 3 occasions, but he continued to mispronounce. She’s a black lab. She loves everyone. Yet he claimed she ‘didn’t warm up to him.’ He is the only person who has ever said something like that about our sweet lab! - on that note, he indicated our dogs didn’t warm up to them, yet they “played” with them and charged us for play time. - we asked them to send us at least one update on how they were doing but they said they were “too busy” The only report we got on their stay was that they ‘didn’t have a terrible time.’ That is a direct quote! Last time, Kelsey spent a solid 5 mins going over their progress, eating habits, play time, etc. - we asked that they gave our dogs their daily dental chews and didn’t even touch them. Entire bag was returned full. - when we picked up our dogs one of them was skinny to a point we could see his ribs (only 3 nights, so I’m guessing he did not eat at all). They didn’t monitor their eating! - our pet blankets were soaked due to an accident and returned to us in a plastic bag. They said they were too busy to wash them. They failed to give our dogs the care they need, they are too busy yet they make a point of over charging but when asked why they didn’t do their job they just say “we were too busy.” I cannot overstate how many times they said they were too busy. If you are too busy to attend to the dogs’ basic needs, hire more staff or accept fewer dogs! We love our dogs very much, and feel beyond guilty having left them at Bark Park. We will not be back, and will make sure to warn our friends as well.

Just tried to call and the gent on the phone couldn't talk because there was a poor dog crying loudly in the background. He told me he was "busy". If you can't even answer the phone and have a conversation about your service, I won't even consider this place. Especially after reading the latest review. WTH?

Our dog was safe and well cared for while we were away. Awesome staff, we'll be back!

This place is awesome, affordable and takes great care of both dogs and cats.

They were so accommodating when I needed last minute boarding of my cat. I even had to add 2 days last minute and there was no problem. They even took daily notes on how things went. I was very pleased with their staff and program.

They took great care of my chihuahua mix. They give a report letting you know they pay attention to functions and behavior. They were able to be affectionate to a touchy dog loyal and friendly to family only - usually. Sounds like she's a dog who's a good guest. Seems like Bark Park Inn is a good doggy hotel too.

The only place I will board my dog. Great prices, clean facility, and super friendly staff. I never worry going out of town, because I know my dog will be well taken care of.

We dropped our cat and dog here for Labor Day weekend boarding, and were very pleased with how they handled the whole process of handling our dog who has behavioral issues and has a hard time with people (very friendly with dogs, however) and our tomboy cat. They made sure we knew how they would take care of them and made our check in and check out a breeze during such a high traffic time for the holiday weekend. Will come back for sure!

My dogs love going on "vacation" here, and the staff always takes great care of them. It's good to know that the fur babies are well loved when I'm away!

Other than the cage areas being very wet, it was fine. Staff seemed caring. The cost was reasonable.

My dog likes this place, and you can tell they really care for the dogs that visit them.
