Great business. Was quoted ballpark for a supercharger. The job turned bigger then expected. They didn't add on extra charges and stuck to their quote . Very impressed with their work. The supercharger added 15 to 17 miles on top end. The whine of the engine gives me shivers. Two test drives where taken to make sure everything was perfect. Also I ran into Matt in sales and very impressed he remembered my name 1.5 years after sale of boat. Thanks to Jeff and all his team for making our dream come true.

I've been dealing off and on with Jeff at Birch Point for about 12 years. He and his upbeat crew deal with a large variety of makes & models of marine equipment, of various ages, and condition. Owning a similar type business, I know first hand that mechanical service/repairs don't always go as planned! BPM is a very busy marina, with a lot happening at all times, however Jeff is by nature un-flappable and handles any and all issues that arise with a calm willingness to work any problem. It instills confidence that your boat is a source of enjoyment vs a big headache. Good work guys. We appreciate all you've done for us. Rob & Lisa Kiff

Great place and great prices..

I've bought some stuff there and they usually have stock of the basic items the store is kind of poorly laid out and they don't always seem like they want your business but someday's they really do. Hit and miss

These guys are shady. Sold me a used oil can for my sled, price was supposed to be $250 but they charged me $450, new one is $600. Got the can to my mechanic and it was cracked, same place as the old one. Tried calling and emailing but just got the run around. It’s too bad, I believe in supporting local but next time I’ll go online, at least they stand behind their products and service

What can I say about Birch Point Marina, that it has the best staff and management in the Kawartha Lakes area. There mechanics can't be beat with excellent service and pricing, I have had my yacht there now for the past 2 years and I can't say enough about Jeff the owner of Birch Point Marina in Bobcaygeon, Ontario. I would just like to Thank them all very much for what they have done for me and Judy and our yacht plus our run around Campion boat. You people are the best. I highly recommend Birch Point Marina if you need your boat fixed or a place to leave your boat year round. They know how to take care for you and your boat. Great marina good staff always have the cheapest premium gas around which is a plus for my mercury have had service work done here on it always quick never any issues

I ran up on some rocks in Sturgeon Lake. The staff from Birch Point responded immediately. Freed the boat from the rocks and towed us back to the Marina. We were out of the water and put on blocks within 30 minutes looking at the damage. Thanks for the quick response and professionalism of the staff. Much appreciated.

These people need a lesson in customer service... if they say they will call ya back; dont hold your breath!
