Manor Lake Labradoodles Bellingham, Washington

We love both of our dogs that we bought from Manor Lake! They are so sweet, and loving and both of them have such calm temperaments. They are also both super smart! We would definitely get a third labradoodle from them.

I think the dogs here are coming from very different circumstances. :( Similar to what has been described, our dog arrived at 6 months old terrified of everything. He acted as though he had never felt grass before and didn’t know how to bark or walk on a leash. He has a sweet temperament and has come so far, but is still very very anxious.

I was really surprised to see negative reviews! We got our female puppy Bella the day before thanksgiving last year November 2020. This breed is the most incredible intelligent and well mannered that we have ever had. She is creeping up on her 1 year birthday & has had no health or social issues what so ever. With Covid, the pick up process was a bit strange, but that was nothing that anyone had any control over. Kim & Sheri were very professional & all questions before & after the adoption were answered in a timely manner. If you are considering an Australian Labradoodle, we would highly recommend this breeder. In a few years we will be going back to get a companion for Bella!

We couldn’t be more happy with our puppy we purchased 5 years ago. We constantly talk about getting another one so our boy has a sibling. Communication was easy and we picked him up from the airport. (WA—>TX) They have a new location in TX that would be our top pick when it comes time to add a new pup to our family. Our dog is family and even goes to school with me! No hesitations here. We’d go through manor lake again!

All they care is making money. Not caring about puppies’ lives or owners’ emotions.

If it was possible to give 100 stars we would! Wow, we don’t even know where to begin with how incredible the whole process was with Sherie and Kim and how perfect our doodle Nash is! We spoke with Sherie through the whole process and she was absolutely wonderful! She answered all questions we had and helped us match with our dream dog, Nash! He’s playful, super intelligent, cuddly and extremely well behaved! He is the start to our family and he’s everything we dreamed a labradoodle would be. Will only get our dogs here moving forward! Thanks again for surpassing all expectations and incredible service!!

The best breeder around for Australian laberdoodles. Ours is 2 years old. Great dog.

This is a puppy mill breeder. We got our first puppy and had to send her back a day later. Broke my kids heart. We visited our vet and they checked her out and the dog had a severe heart murmur 4-5 out of 6. Manor Lake sent us another puppy that they were going to keep to breed. This poor dog has chronic bladder infections and gastric issues and has vomited all her life. She is now 12. The vet has done multiple surgeries to try to fix her and she has been on a lifetime of antibiotics. Manor Lake is a total farce. The home page is a picture taken of the internet. If you want a healthy dog, DON’T GET YOUR DOG FROM Manor Lake!

I just saw there were some 1 star reviews on Manor Lake so thought I would throw my two cents into the ring. I have purchased two labradoodles from Manor Lake. My oldest is turning 12 and the other 4. They are the best dogs I have ever encountered. Extremely well behaved, well mannered and did not take much effort to train. I never really looked too much into the experience of picking them up because I never thought that was an important factor in judging the breed of dog. I don’t have any negative comments in how they handled the transaction, but I have not purchased many dogs. I do feel that all dogs have different personalities and blaming the breeder because one might take a bit more to socialize or whatever it is just isn’t fair. If you are not prepared to put work into a dog, and I mean any dog for that matter, maybe owning one isn’t for you. I have nothing but positive things to say about the breed and breeder. GREAT DOGS! I would highly recommend anyone do themselves the favor of purchasing one of these amazing dogs from Manor Lake!

We are so very happy with our beautiful dog Felix! He has a wonderful temperament, is very smart, eager to learn, and very loving. I'm really impressed with the quality of his hypoallergenic coat! I've had no issues with allergies, even though I'm highly allergic to cats and other dogs! Sherrie was wonderful to us during the process, and continues to be available for support whenever we need her. I would highly recommend Manor Lake Labradoodles.

On one hand, Manor Lake Labradoodles did a good job with our dog - documentation was good, the puppy was healthy when we picked it up, and continued to be healthy many months later. On the other hand, you should know this is a Texas breeder with a distribution point in Washington State. The dogs are shipped up and spend virtually no time in WA before pickup. This isn’t made clear anywhere on their website, which is why I can’t give it a higher rating. We have several friends who also have dogs from them and were surprised to learn that their dogs were from Texas, not the Pacific Northwest. All of them thought they were buying from a local breeder.

I was a bit surprised by the bad reviews. Our puppy was flown to us to Boston back in August. Everyone was very professional from folks on the phone to the two people that flew in with our puppy. There were 3 other puppies that flew in with ours- all looked healthy. We now have a loving , healthy 7 month old puppy!

I’m a bit shocked to see some of the negative reviews. One person stated that the profile picture is fake? I personally went there 7 years ago to see the litter my amazing Charlie came from. These puppies are so loved! We adore our medium red labradoodle so much that four years later we bought his nephew. Both are so smart, fun, affectionate, and almost non shedding. We couldn’t be happier!

Worst experience ever. Our dog came to us afraid of everything. He would hide underneath the couch everyday and didn't act like a normal joyful puppy. I contacted Manor Lake and they ignored me. They initially didn't send us any emails after our deposit. When we drove hours to pick up our puppy (on a weekday) they quickly handed him to us and had us out of the door in 5 minutes. I have friends who have doodles from other breeders and there is night and day difference in personalities. I have also contacted other breeders with these concerns and they reply saying that his behavior is not normal. In my opinion Manor Lake shouldn't be allowed to breed.

Kim and Aaron took the time to make sure we were very happy with our decision and we’re very personable. We had plenty of time to meet with the puppies at our six week appointment and couldn’t be happier.

Beware this place is a puppy mill and doesn't care for their animals. We were told we would get a vet certificate when we got our puppy and have followed up via phone and email multiple times and still haven't got it. It's been well over a month. They are just avoiding us because they sent us home with a puppy who has had a horrible ear fungus. We have spent a ton of money and time trying to clear it up. For $3200 puppy they should have kept their promise of ensuring he had a vet check before he went home and got any issues like this fixed. Incredibly disappointed such horrible people exist to just profit off these beautiful animals without concern for their health.

Manor lakes has the most beautiful labradoodles. Aaron was so helpful and answered all of our questions about the breed. They really care about their dogs.

Fantastic customer service! Kim, the owner went above and beyond to help us (flew across the country to make sure my husband did not have an allergic reaction to her pups). Our dog is unbelievable; healthy, happy, loving, smart, and absolutely gorgeous! I have recommended Manor Lake Labradoodles to many people and they are equally satisfied with their experience and their dogs.

We have our dog Ally since 11 month and she is such a great dog. We had the best experince addopting a dog from Manor Lake. Very kind and helpful! Especially as we needed a lot of papers bringing her to Switzerland. We would only adopt from Manor Lake. Our Ally is the perfect match for us. Coudn't be happier.

Very very VERY bad customer service! Stay away from this breeder! After placing a deposit with (Kim) she failed to accommodate a day for pick up of our puppy we placed a deposit on. I highly suggest looking elsewhere for another breeder.

My first Manor Lake pup is almost 11 years old, he is the best dog ever. I’m so happy with him I’m waiting the arrival of my second Manor Lake pup!

Very expensive would not recommend if you are looking for a family dog.

Mater Lakes has the best Australian Labradoodles on the planet! They are friendly and professional and sometimes even have puppies that are available without waiting for months you just have to ask them! We got our dog sailor there. He has been the best dog we've ever owned no shedding, wonderful temperament, and such a loving dog. I would highly recommend this breeder they really know what they're doing.

Everything has worked out extremely well in getting our puppy across the country from Kim and Charrice. This was truly a remarkable experience! Manor Lake is highly recommended in my book.
