I was trying to be a new client here. I tried to get a appointment for grooming this property. They wanted to prove three vaccines to my dogs, and I attached the documents to them. After hearing no response, I called and asked for an appointment for my dogs. So they gave me a date and time. Finally, to be sure, I asked if you needed anything else let me know and the secretary, after looking at the documents, said that we also needed a test. I mean, if necessary, why is it not mentioned in your official email? This attitude is not right at all and they are not looking for the right service.

I had never boarded my Pomeranian before, but they made me feel at ease and took such great care of her!! They were very sweet and played with her a lot. They sent lots of updates and cute pictures. When I went to pick my dog up, she was happy and had to say see you later to the staff! She got a bath before I picked her up, so she was all clean and fluffy too!

Wagly took good care of my dog while he was boarding for 1 week. The only issue I had is related with their initial communication process. Our dog is not trained to have his potty breaks inside, and even if I let them know this information prior boarding my dog, they never said those 3 potty breaks included in the package are taken inside. It was stressful to figure out during the trip that our dog won't be taken outside at all during the stay, except if we purchase multiple neighborhood walks. I ended up including 2 neighborhood walks so he can have his regular potty breaks and some activity outdoor. Now that I understand their process, I know what to include in the package next time, but I wished Wagly to give me all this information prior to the stay and to not learn it by myself

Our dog broke her nail over the weekend. We are from out of state and other vets weren't taking new patients. Called Wagly and they got us in within 2 hours. Thought she would need to have the nail removed, but instead the vet was honest and said that it would heal on its own. Not only did we save on the procedure, but they didn't charge extra for an urgent visit or a first time visit. Very pleased.

Their groomer is the best. We just had our first grooming for our puppy, the groomer is super nice, professional.

My dog has been coming for daycare and he has a bit of anxiety but the people at Wagly have been working with him to help him feel comfortable and safe, plus they have been making sure all the other dogs are having fun too! During the high heat times they had "ice time" which was adorable and my pup loved it! Thanks for making him feel at home!

There was a communication disconnect that effected my puppers- I chose Banfield hospital- didn’t realize they’re here in Washington state- I’d recommend Banfield veterinary hospital for your pets need -

My 2 pups have been going to wagly for several years now. I can always count on them to have room to board my dogs even at last minute notice. I LOVE that it is a one stop place for my dogs so I'm not carting them around to several different stops (vet, grooming, boarding). I can get them boarded, groomed, and a vet check up all in one visit! its so convenient for me. My older dog developed a tumor, which wagly spotted, and has kept an eye on for over the past year. On his last boarding visit the on staff Vet (Dr.King) called me personally to address his growing tumor. He was so over the top detailed and addressed all my questions and concerns. I felt like royalty at the service. Dr. King and Dr. Shih (the vets at wagly) performed the surgery at wagly removing the huge tumor, saving my dog! Wagly is my spot, I'm never going any where else to board or care for my pups. All the staff there are so nice and go above and beyond when we show up. I cant say enough good things about wagly!!

I recently took my dog there and they had good care for a decent price and took covid practices seriously. A few months later, I went back just to check up and the staff is new but following the same good practices and looking after my dog well!

We've been using Wagly for a few years now. While I'm personally very happy with the grooming staff, the vet services leave a lot to be desired. Constantly rotating staff, with an intern-like feel. Seems a new doctor has to aquaint themselves every time we go. I will be searching cancelling our contract when it comes to an end and looking for other vet services.

Wagly has a great staff, great facilities and great canine friends for my little girl puppy (she's 3 and 80 lbs, but still my puppy!)

I had a ridiculously terrible experience attempting to enroll my dog in daycare at this facility. First, no response to an online appointment request (sent the day prior, per the website directions.) Second, told to drop-in for a temperament test once we had a clear fecal test (my dog had just finished antibiotics for giardia.) When I dropped in with the test results and vaccine records, I was then told that I had to schedule the temperament test, which I did. Third and the absolute final straw, I came in for my scheduled temperament test today, arriving 5 minutes early at 3:55 p.m. I was taken to an exam room and told to wait there, which I did until 4:30 p.m. After telling the front desk that I was still waiting and had been for over 30 minutes, asking whether someone was going to do the test, only then was I told that there was no one there to do the test. I left and was very clear I was no longer interested and got not even an acknowledgement that I had unnecessarily wasted what was an hour of my day with travel to and from. It's worth noting that the lobby area and exam room smelled like dog urine on my visit today. This seems to be a terribly run organization, I got better customer service from the self-serve dog wash at Marymoor Park. Get it together Wagly!

Very unorganized staff. Have to wait a very long time to get my receipt. They gave me someone's quote to me ( instead of my receipt). and said: "Because they said they wiped out record every month. So, I can only get Dec,1st and 2nd's receipt. Previous records were gone" But I had my dog and cat boarding since late November. Also, asked them to groom my cat. But cat came back dirty... Don't think they know what they are doing. Only give two stars for their groomers. Lastly, this is not a $800 dollar worth of the trip. Not recommended.

My dog LOVES going to see her friends (human and canine) at Wagly! Staff are friendly and it is easy to make appointments for extras (like toenail clipping, boarding, training, etc). I have had a very positive experience with this organization.

Worst customer service—rotating veterinarians, never there; I’m not sure why anyone would bring there dog here. They don’t seem to want customers and I’m surprised a business like this remains open.

Gina & Erin were wonderful. Professional, kind, helped us and our animals whenever we would come there. However, I would never take my pets here again due to an incident that happened while our pet was in boarding. I wish I would have read low reviews and not taken our dog there. The vet acted as if it was appalling that we were sharing what happened....but it was 100% the truth and it was frustrating that she wasn't more sympathetic to me and my family. (I revised my post- after owner response: We had an incident that happened here..and Vet working insisted that there is no way that something happened during boarding on their watch- that "none of her employees would do something like that" we had the scenario investigated further and we decided to not take legal actions due to the nature of the experience (being a bad employee) and that is somewhat out of owners hands. However, I want you as owners and vets to know, you don't personally know who you have working for you. There are criminals that work at daycare centers, and have gotten caught- same things happen in every profession, teaching...in any profession there can be a cruel person. You can't possibly be determined that an act of poor will could not be performed at your business. I hope the incident was taken more seriously then it was in the Vet room when me and my family visited- because if you had a dead dog on your hands- this would be a completely different story. Finding multiple batterys in our dogs food, then having it investigated pointed in every direction of your facility. End of story. I am writing this review to be more fair, my last review was a bit harsh. I believe there was in fact, an employee that performed that disgusting act of cruelty and sneakiness. I only hope that person gets the karma they deserve. We stopped taking our pets there and have been at another Vet & Boarder. In conclusion my response to owner's response & vets would be it's very naive to think that one of your employees could never perform a crime.

I would strongly recommend against anyone bringing their pet to the Wagly Bellevue, WA location. During the year that we brought our pet here, she repeatedly, repeatedly came home caked in urine. Our pet seemed stressed and neglected on a regular basis while on camera. The rates were increased astronomically with no warning. The billing practices were inconsistent and unprofessional. When escalating to the manager about concerns, we received empty promises and run around. She disregards and gaslights when issues are presented to her. Ultimately, we withdrew our pet when she left the campus unable to walk or support her own weight. When we asked the staff about it, we were told that nothing happened. When brought to the vet, we were told that the injury was indicative of being dropped. Just to emphasize, I strongly recommend against bringing your pet to the Wagly Bellevue, WA campus. Wagly local management: No. I don't want to discuss this offline with you. We provided every opportunity to correct these issues while we were doing business. My only regret is continuing to so business with you after you proved such gross negligence and disregard for the well-being of the pets in your care. And while I'm sure that you will follow-up with a response discounting these complaints, keep in mind that I was kind enough not to post transcripts of our email conversations and vet visits.

Friendly staff and very quick to get us to be seen. The vet i had was kind of pushy about trying to offer other procedures and checks for my pet. Also was pretty rude because she kept talking over me when I was explaining that I was aware about a situation involving my pet. Beyond that they aptly satisfied why I was there. Huge improvement over the treatment of my pet compared to the last time I brought her in for boarding.

Terribly disappointed with the care received at Wagly. Before even getting to the facility the staff seemed confused as to their own policies. I was looking to have my puppy put in daycare and each time I called I got different answers on their policies with puppies that young. Eventually, I was assured that because my dog was a puppy, she would be placed individual care for the day. When I picked up my pup, she acted stressed and REEKED of urine, seemingly as if she was sitting in it all day in isolation. It also seems like she was not fed the food that was provided because she had terrible diarrhea. Would not recommend.

Our pup loves daycare at Wagly. The staff all know him by name and he loves visiting not just his four-legged friends but also all the people who work there. It’s much easier working long hours when I know he’s having fun and getting exercise.
