Cannot say enough good things about this clinic! They always take such good care of my cats and are very compassionate towards them. Tip knock service!

My name isn't Bob although that always pops up when I log into Google. My name is Colleen and I had my first visit with Cat Care Clinic today. As someone who worked in the veterinary field for 44 years, and am now retired, I set the bar very high when attempting to find a veterinary hospital that would meet all my requirements. I found it today. Dr. Neale was very gentle and kind to my cat and attentive to what I said about her. He was thorough and straightforward. The staff I met (Melodie and Emily) were equally as wonderful. I left the clinic very satisfied and would recommend them to any cat loving cat owner!

It was my first time visiting Dr. Bierman's clinic because our cat hadn't gone to the bathroom or eaten in a few days. Although everyone was very nice, the doctor took an x-ray of our cat and said she required surgery to remove a potential object they couldn't identify. She said it was urgent because it has been a few days and that she needed the surgery no later than the next day and that they could do the surgery there the following morning. We confirmed again the surgery was possible for he following day and after leaving to give us a quote on the cost, she came back only to tell us they couldn't do the surgery because they were too busy. Upon their recommendation that she needed to have surgery asap, we quickly looked for other places we could get the surgery done and we found Urban Animal downtown. The doctor took an ultrasound and let us know that there is no surgery required and presented some medicine. The surgery would have cost us $4000 but we were lucky enough to vet that helped our kitty get better! Would not recommend this place! They'll only recommend unnecessary surgery that will cost you a fortune.

I have been going to the Cat Care Clinic for a few years now and each visit is truly a pleasure. I cannot overstate how incredible the customer service is at Cat Care Clinic. I called 5 minutes before closing and spoke with Elizabeth at the front desk regarding a burn wound that one of our cats had experienced. Elizabeth went above and beyond, listening to my questions and providing valuable insight as to how to take care of the problem. Within 15 minutes, we had a solid plan of action. In addition to the exemplary service provided by Elizabeth, I've previously worked with Dr. Alex Neale to treat severely advanced hyperthyroidism present in on of our older cats.. After years of trying unsuccessfully to mitigate the damage through methimazole, Dr. Neale suggested we pursue i-131 treatment. We followed through with i-131. It's been about a year since we completed the treatment and our buddy is completely free of his hyperthyroidism. This advice quite literally saved my cat's life. The depth of knowledge held by ALL members of staff is truly remarkable. I want to extend a sincere thank you to the Cat Care Clinic staff. Keep up the good work, you all have improved the quality of life for our cats by orders of magnitude and I cannot express my gratitude enough.

We had Dr. Foss and she was very informative about all our little guys health information! Not to mention the rockstar staff that helped him the entire time :) thank you! Would HIGHLY recommend for your cat too! They CARE ❤️

Thank you taking care of my “little prince” Ragdoll kitty (Mr. Wonderful). He’s my everything, and I couldn’t be more grateful for the excellent care he received from his visit. He didn’t even seem phased by his appointment which included: 2 vaccinations, microchip implant, and a general wellness check. Other than the typical tiredness from the vaccinations for about a day and half afterwards, he was pretty much his “relaxed and happy self” immediately! I recently adopted my kitten, Benny. He has some serious eye problems. I had heard about Cat Care Clinic a couple of years ago. I was able to get an appointment the next day. I am so happy that I took him there. The staff is very friendly and professional. Because of covid I was unable to go in with. Benny. After his exam the doctor called me and gave me detailed info on what she had seen and the meds he needs. She followed up with a very detailed email on what she found and all the meds he will need. I will sing their praises to everyone I know that has cats.

Everyone is great and informative. They got my kitty in quick when she had an eye infection.

Friendly and very helpful with our cats

Extremely professional, patient, and friendly staff. Each individual I talked to explained things carefully and clearly. I feel my cat's were both in gentle and understanding hands. When my cat clearly had enough he was returned to his carrier. Even though the examination wasn't fully conpleted they did not push him more than he could handle and gave me a recommendation for medication I could give prior to my future visits that would reduce stress for both the employees and my cat. Thank you so much!

I absolutely love how easy it is to communicate and stay organized while getting my pet cared for. They have a phone number a website and app and they even come out to your car to pick up your animal while you wait for them to be evaluated. They've got clipboards of information and they call you and keep you in the loop of what's going on the whole time. Did I mention that they have an app? Because it's really good even if I don't continue going to this clinic for whatever reason I will continue using that app. They even have a cute point system to receive coupons and mini services like nail cutting. I do think that they're more expensive than a couple clinics in Seattle, but it's Bellevue! Land of the shiny Tron city.

When my cat was sick and my usual vet couldn't get me in that day, Cat Care Clinic was able to see us. The staff were all very friendly and professional. The appointment was no contact, so someone came out to my car, did an intake and then took my cat in for the exam. He was returned to me after about 20 min and the vet called me and went over his findings. My cat was calm and comfortable after his exam and they sent me home with antibiotics to treat his infection. I've received 2 follow up calls since. My cat is doing much better and I'm pleased with the care we received.

I love Cat Care Clinic I have taken our little companions for 20+ years. They have always being compassionate and caring. A couple of days ago I took both our cats for annual checkups, CCC was very attentive. I parked infront of their office, they picked them up from the car and drop them off once they were checked. We spoke on the phone and my questions were answered. They are wonderful.

I needed to be seen this weekend when my kitty was ill and my vet was booked until Wed. I was so grateful Cat Care Clinic modified their schedule to make time for me and I really appreciated the diagnostic skill of Dr. Foss. She helped to eliminate several possibilities and had great follow up. Highly recommended.

Highly recommend! We’ve been taking our kitties to Cat Care Clinic for several years are consistently happy with the care they receive there. The front office, techs and vets are warm and friendly and great with our kitties. Both Dr Neale and Dr Foss are extremely knowledgeable and take the time to make sure you understand any issues and recommended procedures.

Seattle area has no shortage of pet clinics, but in my experience, Cat Care Clinic has been a true gem. My cat was a senior cat who got resistant and wiggly when it came to vet visits. They have been very patient and gentle with her. Not only that, Dr. Alex has always been caring, thoughtful, and timely when explaining her medical concerns to me. The technicians and receptionists are also responsive and helpful. The PetDesk app is easy to use. In my opinion, the pricing is reasonable, and you can redeem points for discounts as well. Unfortunately, my kitty's condition worsened through no fault of the clinic's. After I received her ashes, I was truly touched to get a handwritten card and hand-drawn picture of my late kitty. It was comforting to know she had been taken care by a caring, technical, and emphatic team until the end. The only downside is now I have moved further away from the clinic, so taking my future cats here would be a longer drive.

Great quality of care for your cats. A couple recommendations I have are; lowering prices and having a variety of treats and samples on hand. My cats never liked the treats they have there and it might make for a better experience :)

Always easy. You spend a little extra for not having dogs around making the cats even more anxious, but it seems worth it to me.

Coming to the Cat Care Clinic is the best"kitty" decision that I have ever made, from the front desk, to the vet assistants, to the Drs. themselves. Although the ownership has changed the quality of service as not. I continue to be very happy with Dr Alexander Neale and his staff.

Our 11week old kitten received wonderful care from Dr Foss and the entire staff at the clinic. Dr Foss spent a great amount of time answering our questions and addressing our concerns. The entire staff were helpful, professional, and kind. We would highly recommend the Cat Care Clinic in Bellevue.

One of the nicest vets I've ever been to. Everyone is helpful and informative! Issues are always explained thoroughly.

We have had nothing but positive experiences with this vet! When we're unsure if we should bring our kitten in, they ask us informed questions over the phone to determine the urgency. The curbside drop-off makes us feel safe, and the vet calling us with an update is always happy to answer all the questions we've had. Our kitten has been well-taken-care of, with concise instructions given over phone and by email for care.

I moved to the area recently and have 4 cats. Cat Care Clinic has been amazing seeing my cats and understanding my nervous cats. I also have 3 dogs and find the importance of seeing an all cat clinic because they are sensitive to the needs of cats. They are thorough in their exam and even follow-up with an email. I highly recommend Cat Care Clinic of Bellevue!

It could not have been better. Dr. Alex Neal, Dr. Foss, and all the vet techs are amazing, caring, honest, and compassionate.

Dr. Neale and Dr. Foss are both Amazing Doctors, every member of the vet staff at this location has been a real dream team. The dedication and professionalism is top notch. I mainly drive my cats from renton to this location because my cats like the people and feel comfortable with Dr. Neale and his compassionate care.
