I have had mixed experiences at the clinic. The office staff and support staff are wonderful! Dr. Boyer is also wonderful. My experience with Dr. Dinh left me feeling horrible. My cat is at the end of her life and he pushed for further treatment rather than supporting our family's decision.

They make my cat feel safe and that's what really matters to me when I go to the vet.

Edit: I checked and they never refunded me although they said they would. It’s been three weeks since they said they would. What a ripoff! This place is a scam! They are overpriced and they do not care about your pet, they just want your money. I took my cat there because she was vomiting a lot and I was worried. The appointment said it would be $110 but turns out it was over that, ($140). The vet said my cat had a lot of dental diseases and I didn’t believe that since her teeth look fine. Besides animals don’t need to brush their teeth, they’re animals of course. Then the vet said she had an enlarged heart, which I don’t think she had either. They didn’t show me her x-rays or anything to prove it. Also my cat didn't have any of the symptoms of an enlarged heart. So it seemed fishy plus they were going to charge another $400 on blood tests, just blood work. I got a refund because I canceled the appointment for that. But what seemed really fishy was that they took my cat in a room without me with her. So who knows what they did to my cat when I wasn’t in the same room as her. That seems unprofessional and fishy! Also the vet never told me the reasons for my cat throwing up. After a few days I found out for myself that she was vomiting because of hair balls, nothing but that. Horrible pet clinic, I don’t trust them.

I had an unnecessarily difficult time setting up an appointment. It’s great they have text, email, and phone option, but it took over a week of daily calling, texting, and emailing to finally get one set up because you need to be on the phone so they can collect a deposit and they want you to call at 8am every morning, which you can’t do unless you have a super flexible job. Maybe the clinic could have an option to set up an appointment and pay the deposit online. Maybe you could allow someone to set up an appointment through email or text if you cannot answer the phone and collect the deposit sometime when you can answer the phone. Or maybe you could hire another person to take calls. The way it is set up right now seems to favor people with lots of spare time in their day.

I took my newly adopted 2 year old cat ‘Zeke’ here after he had a bad reaction to a vaccine. I was able to get an appointment quick and they took such great care of us. The vet and the staff were very kind and professional. I felt like they truly cared about us. Now Zeke is back to feeling good again and I couldn’t be happier! I highly recommend Beaverton Pet Clinic.

Beaverton Pet Clinic has exceeded my expectations for a vet on multiple visits. The staff is friendly, caring, and actually listened to our concerns. The Doctors here have followed up on every visit we've had, ensuring the well being of our pets. Their pricing is fair as well. I will continue to use them as my primary care for my pets.

We just moved to the area two weeks ago and Beaverton Pet Clinic will be our clinic from now on! After finding that our dog was sick, Beaverton Pet Clinic was able to get him in by the next day. They gave us the antibiotics he needed and have already called to check in to see how he’s doing. I thought finding a new vet was going to be one of the most stressful parts of our move here, but it turned out to be one of the easiest! Thank you to all of the staff and Vets for being so nice, helpful and informative!

Don't let their smile fool you. Our dog couldn't hold down food. She was puking everything up for over 24 hours. So we brought her here. They ran blood tests and charged us $275. Mind you this is only a blood test. They said go to emergency as her blood draw showed signs of liver and kidney damage. We went to their recommended emergency where they charged us $1100 with 0 diagnosis. 1 day after they said she was fine. What do you know same things happening. She won't hold down food and looks sad as she pukes every 5-10 minutes. We figured because they already ran every test they would come up with something as far as how to treatment for her and they want another $471. They still say they won't guarantee to find the problem. They didn't recommend to go back to the emergency room but to use their services this time... $2000 later my dog will not hold down food. I'm still looking for the answer before I lose my dog. I just feel the public should know that your money is worth more than your dogs life. I would find a vet that is more thorough and that cares about the animals well being. They neglected to do the job right the first time sent us to their sister clinic where they neglected to do the job right as well. At what point in time does the responsibility fall on them to do their job. There are so many vets in the area. Be wise. Drive a little further and get the proper help your animal deserves.

I have had the worst experience in my eight-year old dog Taylor's life at the Beaverton Pet Clinic over the past couple of years. First, I was chastised by the Vet that I was encouraging my dog to growl, which I never have done. They apparently have a problem with any type of growling, whether friendly or otherwise. Taylor does growl a bit but it is nervous (and even sometimes a happy) growl, not a threatening growl. As vets I would think they could tell the difference. Taylor has never in his life bitten anyone. So, a year ago, they got me to pay $700 for an annual "Whole Health Plan," and upsold my on a flu vaccine that he really didn't need. I reluctantly bought the whole package. But then they told me that I would have drug Taylor with two tablets of Trazadone because they couldn’t handle is “anxiety” as they called it. I reluctantly gave it to Taylor, and he was so doped up that he staggered and tripped over his own walking for SIX HOURS. He felt horrible, and I felt horrible watching him go through that. I told the Vet that I would never do that to Taylor again. I wanted my money back for the "Whole Health Plan," but they said the refund would only be about $5 because of the hearwork and flee medicines that were a part of the package. A RIP OFF! Begrudgingly to get my “money's” worth I set up Taylor's next annual visit (which was apparently included). This time though, I gave Taylor an approved CBD tincture that I bought at Pet Smart using the recommended dosage to calm him down, and when I brought him in offered to have him muzzled so that the vet would feel more comfortable with his growling. They refused Taylor service of any kind unless I doped him up again with the hideous Trazadone (which by the way I would have to pay for). I will never take Taylor to the Beaverton Pet Clinic ever again! I am in search of a veterinarian that can tell the difference between and threatening and nervous (or happy) growl and who doesn't up sell me with unnecessary services. Any recommendations in the Beaverton area?

Been going here for years. They've been so wonderful. All 3 of my kitty's have been there too. They helped me through some really rough times with 2 of my cats. They care so much and they treat your pet like theirs. They always go above and beyond. I've been to many vets, but none like them. They treat you and your animals like family. They tell you up front about costs , before they even do anything. They are so upfront and honest too. I highly recommend them to anyone who needs a vet for just check- ups , to neutering, etc. They really have the best staff I've ever seen at a pet clinic.

Very kind staff! A special thank you to Brianna who was proffessional, kind and understanding from scheduling to checkout. She also loved on our dog! The doctor, tech/assistant and other front staff member were so kind and pleasant. I feel bad for not remembering everyone's names! I know the veterinary field is so very hard and challenging right now, so thank you all so much, we are very appreciative as is Blue!

My loved ones see Dr Lisa Yung. She is amazing with my cats and with me ( I'm not sure which is harder to care for; me or my cats). I really feel working with Dr Yung is very collaborative, and I understand the situation.

I have an 88 year old cat, (18 years old). He has some issues but still doing zoomies regularly. The folks at this clinic were really wonderful. The vet spoke to me about my elder cat as if he was my grandpa and I so appreciated that. She really heard me when I said I was not going to do any outrageous procedures on him as I just want him to have a good easy life, however long it is. Also, the vet tech who received him was also really great. It was a wonderful experience and I highly recommend them for quality care of your fur babies.

Jupiter and I love our friends at Beaverton Pet Clinic! Everyone is always so kind, Dr. Young is very patient and answer this anxious pup mom's 1000000 questions. Jupiter is shy, but when he comes to the clinic he opens up and just loves the attention and kindness they present here! I feel very safe and secure to have them as our provider ????????????

My senior cat and I love Beaverton Pet Clinic! It is instantly apparent that everyone there truly cares about animals and about customer service. As a new pet owner, they gave me peace of mind that my pet is in good, experienced, knowledgeable hands, and they communicate clearly and quickly at all levels of service, from appointments and payments, to prescriptions and post-surgical care. We love BPC!

We have been very happy with the care that we have received for our cats at the Beaverton Pet Clinic. They are extremely helpful, informative and always answer any questions or concerns we have. I was very impressed recently that the Vet called me a week after my last visit to see how my cat is doing!

They love my little girl, and she actually is happy to see them when I take her in. It speaks volumes when your dog is happy to see the vet. They are very busy with all the pandemic pets coming in but still got my girl in the same morning when she needed help, and she is doing much better now.
