Wow. This practice wanted twice the fee for a dental prophylaxis for my dog compared with another reputable practice. I'd had my Border Collie in for her annual exam, labs, etc. and they presented me -- the evening before the scheduled procedure -- their fee for the dental prophylaxis. The evening prior! When I realized the considerable fee difference I went back to my previous vet practice, despite the fact that the drive was significantly farther (we'd moved since the last vet visit). Your fees are excessively high, in my opinion; and you sent out your fee summary in such a way (and so close to the actual appointment) that I almost missed seeing it before bringing my dog in for the appointment. That is not a good practice, almost feels predatory or at least negligent; and so unfortunately you've lost our business as a result.

They loved my puppy and treated her very well. Even getting down on the floor to examine her.

This place has some great care and is the pet plan is a life saver. Really great place, don’t know what I’d do without them. Very affordable

How have I not given them 5 stars yet? Way overdue!! We are so lucky to get to take our dog and cats to Dr. Remsburg and the team at VCA! They all truly care about my fur babies. Great communication and service from the team upfront as well. The new building is really nice too.

I love these guys. We have an Airedale, two Welsh Terriers and a rescued Maltese that is ancient... They take good care of all our puppies.

I had an emergency with my six month old lab puppy. I called my local vet and they said to go over to Portland. I checked in with VCA and they were able to get her in and see her the same day. They were very pleasant and handle the dogs wonderfully. I have now transferred my records to them to be my vet going forward. Brand new building in Battleground down from Dutch coffee and the Ace Hardware Store. Check them out.

These people are some of the most compassionate and helpful people in the industry. Not sure why vets are crazy hard to get into right now but they went above and beyond to take care of us and I literally can not say enough positive things about VCA battle ground. Thank you for taking great care of our family!

Fast service even during covid.

My dogs foot was swollen and had an open cut, they did an exceptional job getting her foot cleaned and bandaged so that she could heal without getting infected, huge thank you to the VCA Battle Ground Team!! ♥️

We have multiple dogs and a cat, and Dr. Williams goes above and beyond in providing exceptional care for them. We can’t imagine ever taking them elsewhere. He is so responsive even during off hours. We were very lucky to have set up our pets at this place from the beginning.

Really appreciate this place for their animal care. One of the only animal care centers that we could find that takes care credit, allowing us to pay larger vet bills over time to balance it out. They saved our kitty from a serious life-threatening condition even moving up our appointment when there was snow forecasted.

I've taken my pets to the Battle Ground animal hospital for decades and have always been very happy with everyone I have come in contact with over the years. Dr. Williams is our current doctor. We love his positive, gentle and very thorough manner. We've had our share of medical issues with our last couple of dogs and the staff there has always been supportive and reliable. I would highly recommend Battle Ground Animal Hospital!

My dog died the day they sent her home. Horrible.

I had to take my dog here because my normal cat was booked. They help my dog's issue and gave me quote on his future dental needs. I came back months later to get that quote again so I could arrange to my finances . The front end office .manager would only write the cost on a piece of paper. I ask if she could give me a actual printed copy, like they originally provided. She said she could not and I said you originally did? She said the veterinarian was the one who gave that to me. Okay? Aren't you vet? She still wouldn't provide the originally diagnosis and cost. So then I ask can you write it down on business card and wouldn't even do that? She was very abrasive and definitely not pleasant to work with. Both of my daughters brought their pets her and they had issues also with the front desk with double billing their cc. The front end staff was also not helpful at all and took them weeks to get it resolved. Needless to say the front desk if the face of the business and we will not be returning.

Dr. Young was very compassionate and caring as she explained the seriousness of sweet little Marcie's condition. Each person I encountered there was outstanding. Especially Janet who stayed with my cat during her last moments. ❤️

Love this vet clinic. Dr Williams is the greatest. And is very concerned with every animal that he treats.

The doctors explain everything about my fur babies exam. The staff are friendly and the prices are fair. I am a senior citizen with limited funds & the doctors & staff let's me know where I can get their meds Cheaper. I would recommend VCA Battleground to everyone.
