They, like all vets are very busy, but with that being said, they always take the time needed to see each of our fur babies or talk to us on the phone for options, never making us feel rushed. When you have six kiddos taking them in when it's not always necessary is no fun especially if they all have to go. They trust me to understand and recognize if they absolutely need to be seen or if I feel comfortable going over options to try first before stressing any of them out!

Dr. Ivy and the rest of the staff at the Valley Animal Hospital are amazing. My family has been taking our pets there for over 20 years and will continue to do so for as long as we have pets.

Best place to bring your pet. It's nice to have a staff that cares about you and your feelings. Prices are fair, wasn't too expensive.

I highly recommend this clinic for your pet needs. My family is soooo grateful for Dr. Ivy and staff. They are very professional & operate with so much care & compassion. I truly hope they realize how grateful we are to have found them especially when the time came to say goodbye to our beloved boy, Gizmo. Rest in peace boy...I know we'll see you again❤️ P.S.- few weeks later, we recieved a card with seeds to plant in memory of our, "best friend". I can't believe their level of care ->AMAZING‼️ They are NOT the typical clinic that charge's 1st and least months rent prior to waking in.. HOW OFTEN DOES THAT HAPPEN ❓

Love this place! I have been to 4 other vets (including emergency visits) since I moved back to the area and I love this place. They really care about your pet. They try to earn your dogs trust not just muscle their way in being all pushy amd short.. The first time I went in there I was a hot mess. My dogs were being crazy and I was stressed. Instead of being rude and judging me they helped give me pointers on how to deal with two freaked out hyper tiny dogs. They won't nickle and dime you either. They are very fairly priced. They understand being on a limited income. I have been going here for a little over a year now. They never do any unneeded procedures or surprise me with extra fees at the end. Can't say enough how much I love this place.

The best. Staff are great! Small, local vet practice. Fit me in the busy surgery schedule.

Very good at what they do

Dr Ivy and her staff are fantastic and even though I was saying goodbye to my 19 year old Tabitha, I am grateful for their care.

Both doctor's are very kind and compassionate, they take the time to hear our worries about our fur babies and to answer any and all questions.

Great vet clinic! Professional, easy to get an appointment. My usually energetic pup was loving the staff for her shots.

Took me a while to write this review, but dr.ivy was the best! She helped aid in the last few months of our beloved Joey. She had so much compassion and really took the time to talk and explain what is best for him to keep his quality of life as he was 15 also after the appointment had called and emailed to just check on him and us as well. Thank you again! Would definitely recommend this office!

Dr. Ivy is a great vet. Knowledgeable and truly cares about your pet. The clinic is slightly old school (paper bookings and records), but I would trust the doc 1000% with my dog's care, and wouldn't take her anywhere else. Very friendly staff service, once they know you're an attentive owner. I absolutely reccomend taking your dog there.

The best all around care, great staff!

Both veterinarians treated our pets with care. One corrected an age diagnosis and explained what to look for. Their compassion, knowledge, and reasonable price g is a win win win.
