Awesome customer service!! I highly recommend coming here! I came in today not knowing what to get for my fish tank and the guy who helped me was so helpful and knowledgeable.

Friendly employees, and great selection of pet products for all types. We got some dental chews for our pups.

I was really glad this was available. I had been at the coast, and my dogs smelled like fish. Lol. I was glad to stop by here to give them a bath. The guy was really nice and the facility is clean end to end. I also bought a dog bed too. Great place. ($15.00 is beyond reasonable for a DIY dog bath to include cleaning, shampoo, towels and all supplies!) Thank you!

Wonderful! I was looking for a budgie and couldn't find any in our town. Pet Works Astoria had just gotten some in. They were young, healthy, and banded. We love our new feathered friend.

Great selection! Will definitely return. We got a new toy for his dog which he loves. You can tell a lot of thought goes into curating the shop.

Great store we drove all the way in from Cannon Beach. Had a great time with my husband washing our 7 months old dog. Customer service was great and pet supplies where useful. Bought a collar and the employee was all hands on assisting us. Thanks Pet Works

Tried taking my dog in for the self service dog wash (which was super convenient, everything is provided) but he had a meltdown and absolutely wasn’t having it. They gave me my money back without me even asking. 100% will return for everything else.

Staff is very helpful and knowledgeable. Helped us bad dog parents for the weekend stay.

They had exactly what I was looking for, lots of different goods for different pets, do not think there was a horse section, but wide variety for different animals!

Great dog wash system and a good product line????

I always go here to wash my dog. For $15 bucks, the ease of washing your dog while standing, and then not having a soaked bathroom and towels afterward is well worth the price. The price includes some grooming supplies, a shampoo of your choice and some towels. They also have aprons that help keep you dry when your dog inevitably shakes during their bath. After, you can blow dry them!

They knowingly sell defective pet supplies and stick you with the bill to fix it. They're way over priced and the tall skinny guy there has no customer service skills whatsoever he's a walking skid mark

They always have what I'm looking for...

Don't wash your dog here unless you want to leave with fleas. It's happened 2 times. Once last spring and again early this spring (before the shutdowns). I thought the first time was coincidence; maybe they were picked up a day or 2 after her bath. Nope. Exact same thing happened next time. Completely reinfested and both times she developed horrible hot spots. No issues with fleas other than these incidents. Not to mention the watered down soap that you're given. It took every bit of what they gave us to even make suds.

This is an actually good pet store, nice selection of viverium decor, cool aquarium section, not that i need any more animals... But it would be nice to see more selection however reptiles and the like arent always top of mind as far as pets are concerned so i cant blame them. Other than that there are some good viverium products the hide selection is decent corkwood selection is very nice even if a bit expensive, if iwasnt already an experienced reptile keeper and had everything already purchased for all my projects id totally be buying from this place, its not quite dennys pet world in terms of selection for other natural decor, but oregon has plenty of veriation of things you can get outside. And this place has a few unique items stocked. Definitly worth a visit!

The owner is such a nice lady and her employees are friendly and knowledgeable. I feel safe buying food for my pets here, knowing each brand is carefully selected for utmost quality.

Amazing customer service. The 7yr old is very interested in a snake...when we went in to ask about snakes, we got our very own 30min free consultation about how it is to actually care for a snake how long they live what kind tank you'll need for later when their older. When we left the seven-year-old even knew that it would be a while before he got a snake. Lol so pretty much the guy really cared about the well-being of the snake and do a seven-year-old couldn't take care of it and did not just try to sell us on it. Much respect for an honest sales person!

This is an awesome pet store. They are knowledgeable on anything you can ask we go here because they are friendly people and are always willing to help you

Great prices on most things.

Prices are expensive. I am still furious that my boyfriend took my ball python here to trade it for 2 guinea pigs. They put my snake up for sale for close to $200. While they gave my boyfriend 2 cheap guinea pigs with a broken water feeder. It was a complete rip off and he had no idea how much they were worth so I felt like they took advantage of him not knowing. They could have at least thrown in some food or bedding or a water feeder that wasn't broken? I still love this place because of the lady I used to know here. My father before he passed in 2011 spent A LOT of money here on fish and many other things. I still do like this place and will spend my money here before I would go to PetSmart or anything because it is a local business.
