Staff is so friendly, and genuinely interested in your pet! Knowledgeable vets. Clean facility. Have nothing bad to say about Arlington Veterinary Hospital. We have a new puppy, and don’t have anything to compare to, but the prices seem very reasonable as well. So glad we are able to be customers here!

My cat went Thur the dryer for 5 mins. When I got here and said this is Reese’s the cat that was in the dryer. Everyone jumped up and went to work immediately. They couldn’t believe she was still alive. They saved Reese’s life. She is home with us now and we couldn’t be more grateful. Thank you all…

I am so incredibly grateful to Dr. Grant and her staff, they saved my cats life, I can't thank them enough. My cat was sick and I had mistaken that for depression since I had just gotten a new kitten. Boy was I wrong and lesson learned forever. He stopped eating, stopped coming around and just hid under my bed. When he refused to come out, I knew for sure this wasn't depression. After I lifted the mattress and got him out, he was super weak, and looked thin. All panic happened because this happened on a Friday night. I called several emergency vets throughout the weekend but everywhere, everyday was at full capacity or not taking new clients. Come Monday morning, I'm desperate, I messaged Arlington Vet Hospital through their app since they've seen my cat before, and I'm legit crying in my messages to them that I think he's killing himself because he won't eat. They responded to me immediately and told me to bring him in as a drop off asap, and Dr. Grant will examine him in-between other animals. He was with them for 4 days under their care. He had some kind of infection, and with him not eating, his liver was not okay. They got him on IV fluids and medication, and placed a feeding tube in him and I was able to take him home that Thursday. He is a happy boy now, back to his normal self, eating on his own, playing. That week was the most traumatizing and emotional experience I've had to deal with in a very long time. They had great communication with me throughout this whole ordeal. Thank you again for saving my cat.

My dog is happy when we go and just as happy after getting shots

I used to have good luck here with regular check ups and puppy shots but when I went to get my older dog her updated shots they gave her ones I said I didn't want her to have and then made me pay for them. This happened twice as I later brought in my younger dog and same thing happened. The receptionist said I gave her verbal confirmation when I never talked to her I only filled out the online form and handed her the leash. This was during covid so you weren't allowed in the only time they talked to me was for payment and it was nearly $200 more then I was told online.The vet irritated me the first time I met her because she said my breed of dog shouldn't be a pet but I ignored it and I guess I shouldn't have seeing as they are some of the most unprofessional vets I've ever met.

Everyone is so kind and caring. I recommend them to anyone who is near here.

Dr Olson provides the high standard of care that our pets receive from this spectacular veterinary hospital. The staff communicates well and follows through on actions discussed during our visits. The techs are always kind, yet efficient as they interact with our pets. Dr. Olson has been with us through well pet checks and vax, spay and neuter for our canine and feline pets and compassionately helped us make the end of life decision for our 20+ year old cat. That was a tough time for all of us and our family still misses him. We were surprised to get a card from Dr Olson with a heartfelt message to us. That card is now a treasured keepsake of our Sam. We have not brought any goats to Dr Olson but I did see one at the practice during a visit. We highly recommend these folks. They care a lot about the pets and the people who love them.

I've visited this vet office a few times. Every time I have come to them, it has always been as a representative of my sister-in-law, who is an established customer. She takes her 3 dogs and 2 cats to this place. The staff has not been the most congenial nor willing to think outside the box. Today's experience was by far the rudest and most offensive I have experienced to date. To those reading this because you're looking for a new veterinarian, please reconsider this one. As a pet owner and service centric professional, I can tell you that there are other options and I encourage you to find a better team. The truth is, we spend a lot of time, care and money on our beloved, 4 legged family member's over their lifetime. Why not work with people who value your business and your time. Please understand this is a review of Dr. Grant's staff and NOT the doctor.

First time ever doing a review but I needed to. First the constant hanging up not the first time either. They do it constantly to and I kept trying to be respectful. They somehow completely messed up my information. And due to them messing up I was gonna have to pay again for my cats shots. It was such a headache. Im willing to deal with alot because I can understand how hard dealing with customers can be. I try to be patient but I ended up calling it quits on them. Please do better! I don't mind a drive if that means my cats get better care.

Our dogs love this vet clinic. They are always treated well and have great prices.

We had a pet who needed to be euthanized due to a fast growing tumor. I called around all morning trying to find someone who would see us ... because our baby was a rat and we couldn't get anyone to take care of our baby. TO THE RESCUE came Arlington Vet Hospital! Sweet and compassionate, they saw us at the end of the day. Best Vets Ever. I'm moving all my furs over to this vet now. THANK YOU

Dr. Grant and her entire staff go above and beyond! They treat every animal as if it were their own. They truly care for every family.

The Drs and staff are great! I've been going there since they opened. Unfortunately I can't get my animals in to see them anymore. They are too BUSY! My pets don't give me 2 to 3 weeks notice when they are going to get sick or hurt themselves. But it is a great place to get their shots and maintenence.

This is the best veterinary hospital i have ever been to they do such a amazing job and take very good care of my dogs. Highly recommend them if you are looking for a group of people that truly care about your pets.
