I recently went to Advanced Care Animal Clinic for the first time. I don't normally right reviews but this was such an incredible experience I had to brag about them. Our 7 year old Chihuahua suddenly became very ill. Vomiting, screaming, panting, unwilling to walk. I called every emergency Vet within 50+ miles and ALL of them were at capacity or 6+ hour wait. I then called approximately 20 other vets all stating they couldn't get her in despite how sick she was. When I called Advanced Care Animal Clinic I was greeted by a friendly receptionist and explained our situation. She was very understanding and kind in her tone, she said to bring her in. When I arrived they were extremely empathetic and compassionate towards the situation, and quick to get her assessed. After Dr. Blair examined her she came out to my car personally (Cause of Covid) and explained the costs associated with tests that she wanted to run, and why she wanted to run those specific tests. After the tests and x-rays were done, Dr Blair came out again to show me the results of x-rays and explain what she needed to do to get my dog healthy again. Throughout the whole process Dr. Blair and her team were extremely kind, compassionate, helpful, understanding and empathetic. I was extremely impressed and absolutely recommend Dr. Blair. I can't thank her enough for helping my girl get better.

Been going here for many years and multiple pets. Quite happy with the quality of care.

Our puppy had her first wellness check up and Staff was awesome, I love Dr. Blair. Today, they saw her for an urgent issue and Dr took time to talk to me in detail. I feel good that she's getting her care there.

My dog was seen for throwing up bile, having tremors, not eating, and being lethargic due to what we thought was an allergy to the flea medication. Dr did a blood lab and said that there was higher white blood cell count but it was probably ok. Told me to wait another week and then see how she does with no antibiotics or fluids or anything. Went to another vet 6 days later because I kept playing phone tag with Advanced and getting messages saying they dont think that's all the info there is,some info is being hidden and asking me if there was other things she ate. No, and why would I hide info about my sick dog. Other vet gets lab results from Advanced and says there is clearly a large infection based on blood count and 2 other counters in her blood and that she should have been given antibiotics and and other meds to help with nausea. Less than 12 hours later, my dog died. She was less than 4 years old and as a vet dr, I expected the blood results to have been read right and treatment to be given. I'm extremely disappointed and will never go back. They are also super expensive for poor judgements.

I love doctor Blair, my dogs, Samm and Oscar really love her. She is so good with my Chihuahua, Oscar doesn't take treats from strangers, but he will take treats from her.

They are the only fear-free certified vet clinic in the area, which is amazing. Melissa, the receptionist is wonderful. She has worked there forever and knows all of the patients and clients by name, because she genuinely cares. Dr. Kayleen Blair is the most compassionate and knowledgeable Dr I've ever met, she will always put your pets needs first.

I have had a hard time getting into our regular vet and Advanced Care has always been available for us to use as a back up, but not anymore. I am making them our first choice cause they are so professional and friendly. Wish I would have always used them before. Thank you so much for helping our animals..

We've brought our pets to Advanced Care Animal Clinic for routine checkups and recently an illness. Dr. Blair is kind and very gentle with our pets. The wait times are reasonable, facilities are clean, and staff is friendly.

Staff is incredibly helpful and professional. The office is really presentable and clearly geared towards making fur babies comfortable. My Captain got along very well with Dr. Gunter, who was great with him. Really great experience in every way.

What an awesome clinic. From answering the phone, to greeting you and your pet when you enter, to the gentle voices and caring hearts of staff and three awesome Vets, to the cost, I am committed to Advanced Care Animal Clinic. My sis found them when my brother in law worked at Lowes. I will travel from Snohomish just to have them care for my dogs. From puppyhood to their final rest, they give outstanding attention to you and your pet.

Very caring and efficient staff... always putting the animals first. My young dog was very stressed when we last came in to check out a lump. They had no problem re-scheduling and offered some options for helping him relax more for the next visit and no charge for the appointment this visit even though they spent time trying to help calm him. I would highly recommend! Now again with a new puppy and my stressed adult dog. Awesome caring staff. We have been going here for years and they have always exceeded our expectations.

Staff goes above and beyond!

First visit was great. My dog (who is nervous) did wonderful and warmed up pretty quickly to the vet. Actually went home and bragged about the new vet clinic I found for our dogs. Nice, patient place that doesn’t rush nervous dogs into contact. The second visit several months later, didn’t go well at all. The vet tech was extremely afraid, which in turn freaked my dog out for the entire rest of the visit. I’m not talking just nervous, I feel like the vet tech actually made my dog worse than she has ever been. She is just over a year old. Then I received a letter in the mail that she was no longer aloud at the clinic?! That’s wrong. The letter said it was because of her being an aggressive breed. OK... she was bred for hunting boar, not eating a scared vet tech. Who operates like that? Most clinics will muzzle a dog if there is any concern. I sure as heck want potential customers, with a possible nervous dog, to know not to go here. Especially if that vet tech is working. Could ruin your already scared dog.
