People were rude, problem with door shaking and scaring my cat. It's not hard to buy those pads for doors so they shake less. Tried to convince me to spend like 2 grand on blood work and tests for my cat when she just puked a could times. Scam

I've been going to this vet since I've had animals way back when. I've never been disappointed with them. The staff are all super sweet and knowledgeable. They have done everything and anything to help my pups when they needed it. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a trustworthy compassionate caring vet. Check them out!!!

Came to Companion after having terrible experiences with Aloha Dog & Cat. My dog had a UTI for over 6 months and they kept giving us the same antibiotic and doing urine cultures once a month, just to make no progress. They finally even did a thousand dollar surgery that didn’t help. Fed up, we came to Companion. After ONE urine culture and a new antibiotic, they were able to get rid of her UTI in one try! They listened to our concerns, unlike AD&C, and even gave us a flush to spray on her to kill any accumulating bacteria. They have been super helpful every time we’ve come in, for all three of our dogs! Kayla is absolutely amazing and always takes care of us. We did have one little incident with one of the techs not being very nice, but Kayla has more than made up for it. We will be bringing our dogs here forever.

Love this place!! They have taken care of my pup for many years and she can definitely be a pain but she loves coming here! Girls up front are always so nice and I have built a great relationship with them. They have been incredibly busy since covid but they have always been very responsive. Dr lueck has also been great. He takes his time to explain things if I have questions and always makes me feel like my pet is important. Thanks ladies and DR for everything you do!

I am absolutely unhappy with this vet clinic. And it is for several reasons: Firstly, they overcharge and are completely unaffordable because the main vet like to charge for everything under the moon with the most expensive solutions, even for minor animal issues. Secondly, they barely pay attention to the issues or concerns you raise for you pet. Lastly, they are in no way a clean facility. Every single time I've had the misfortune of having to take my poor dog here they have given him an ear infection. Every. Single. Time. I find it very hard to believe they clean up between animals nor do they take any steps to be careful when handling peoples pets. It is abhorrent and their only solution to that is to charge you for an expensive ear treatment and never take responsibility for the issues they cause to people's animals The lead vet here is abhorrent and I will never recommend anyone ever taking an animal here again.

I have tried to trust these people but after them misgendering my cat multiple times and then not telling me pre surgical check lists for a neuter until after, so before they could even touch my cat i took HIM elsewhere. I do not recommend these people to anyone they are not a good practice and some of them dont know what they are doing at all and its a little scary to be honest.

My husband and I have brought our pets here for years! Dr lueck is thoroughly, straight to the point and answers all of our concerns. Kayla and Karla have always been extremely helpful and Leslie treats you like family and has always address any concerns we have had. We love you guys!!!

Kindest people ever, they really care about animals and the people that own them.

It was my first time there taking in my newly adopted cat for the first time. Do to covid-19 they had me call them when I got to the front door and they took my pet inside for her checkup and nail trim. The whole process was handled professionally and with the least amount of stress for both my pet and myself. Do to a medical food shortage for my cat they hooked me up with a new brand of food which they told me if my pet didn't like it to bring it back. Which I did a week later and they exchanged it at no cost for a different brand for me to try out. The whole process was as seamless and comfortable as I could ask for.

We went in to get a dog's mammory tumors tested for cancer. They charged over 200 dollars for testing, then they called us and told us "we found out she had mammory tumors"...we know that, anyone could tell you that, but these con artists are going to try to milk you every step of the way. No clinic discounts, no sliding scale, no payment plans. Cash required to be present at each appointment. Some clinic.

They will try and squeeze you for every penny you have. We took my small terrier in to get her Mammary tumors tested to make sure they aren't cancer and they took a sample for $200 just to tell us thet are indeed Mammary tumors ( we already knew that) and she'll need to come back in for a larger sample and xrays to see if they are cancerous. They told us they were already checking for THAT! The 1st visit cost $400 and they did nothing but tell us what we already knew. They offer no discounts OR payment plans I will tell everyone I know not to go here. Go anywhere else. PRETTY MUCH GOT ROBBED FOR $200

Taking my high strung kitty in for rabies vaccination in May. They were very clear about direction during COVID 19. Don't trust your pet to just anyone else, Companion Pet Clinic is the best!

It was a really nice clinic. I took my pet for his vaccinations for the first time, after I adopted my pet, and staff took care of everything seamlessly. I also liked their safety precautions, in these corona times, that they were not allowing humans inside the facility. They come to your car, fetch the pet, and the doc talks to you over phone and clarifies all your questions, and they get the pet back to your car. It was a good and safe experience indeed.

My boyfriend and I called to get our puppy booked for his first an appointment here. The girl I talked to when We were scheduling the appointment was amazing. She wenT through all the pricing with us, took the time to answer our questions and even made us feel comfortable. When we called to check in it was the same girl we talked to when we booked, she remembered us and even remembered everything we talked about when we previously spoke and I was so impressed. (I don’t remember her name but she had brown hair) She came out and talked to us and took our pup. Doctor Luke is amazing, he took time to address our concerns and was very professional. The part that shocked us is when Lesley called to go over the bill and told us the price for everything and expected me not to ask questions about charges I was not expecting. I felt like all she wanted was our money and had no care for us or my pet and that we were a bother to her. Although the girl I first spoke to was great and the doctor was nice, she really rubbed me the wrong way and we ultimately decided taking our pup elsewhere.

After waiting for this place to open. Kayla the receptionist informs me there is no doctor available in the office until next week. Take in mind it says on their front window “Urgent care clinic”. Clearly their understanding of urgent doesn’t include same day or walk-ins.

I am very glad I found this pet clinic. I've been here twice now and they are top notch. The first time I came I was welcomed as a walk in and they helped me with my cat who had a limp. They took care of her needs with alternatives to pills which is huge because my cat won't take them. The veterinarian gave me a description of her issues and told me my options for treatment. They explained what was absolutely necessary and what was optional with no pressure and respected my decisions. Same happened for my second visit. My second visit I made an appointment and they brought me in straight away and I was in and out in 30 minutes. My cat received the treatment she needed and is on the mend thanks to them. Great place!

First I’ll say this clinic is NOT in association with the one in Beaverton. All companion clinics are INDEPENDENTLY owned. Ended up going here cause there one of the few places that would give care to my dog and not booked months out. Dr. Lawerence is great ! Very thorough, and very kind. The rest of the staff from the receptionist to the technicians also thorough and professional. They are doing the best given the circumstances due to the pandemic.

I have never experienced such lack of communication, unprofessional behavior from a staff, and poor attitude towards a paying client....they seem unable or unwilling to field questions, have a mature discussion about my animals care, during a serious illness...its to the point the vet has asked me to only speak to him with issues, but wasnt in today....staff admits he has spoke disparagingly about me to his staff behind my back. Do yourself and your pets a favor and go elsewhere.
