I don't normally do reviews... unless it's absolutely atrocious... to the point where no person should go 20 yards from it... or it's so above and beyond that I want everyone and their dead relative to know. I'm happy to.report it's the second. we get our raw dog food here and one of my dogs has been groomed 3 or 4 times. We live in mission and we can get our brand of raw food in mission... but we choose to buy from "just for pets". I'm not sure if she's the owner but (I'm so appalled I don't know her name) she's probably one of the most genuine people I've met in customer service. I don't go there very often (usually my husband goes) but she knows my name, my husband's name, my dogs name, she even knows when she hasn't seen me in a while. On the phone I just mention a border collie/Australian Shepard and she knows it's me. Everyone who works there is so sweet and I get the sense they truly love what they do. I cannot recommend this place enough.

I drive from Langley to Just About Pets to have my cat groomed every few months because they are well worth the drive! Everyone there is incredibly friendly and they always make my cat look great.

My papillon Tux and aussie Karma just got groomed today and they look so good! They smell great too! They both feel like soft teddy bears now ???? super pleased with the grooming and awesome staff here.

We will not be bringing our Goldendoodle back. His last haircut he came back with all kinds of cuts and they were hostile accusing us of not feeding our dog enough food. The cuts took forever to heal and it ended up being a huge pain. Do not recommend.

I needed to find a groomer for my rescue dog & phoned Just About Pets Wellness Centre they were fantastic with getting my pup in within a couple days when I got there the shop was clean & very bright the women were wonderful.The bath & tidy went very well with zero stress on my dog . Thank you all & we will be back .

They offered on FB a coupon for 50 % of your pet being groomed.i had 2 shih tzus and got 50% of the first dog but had to pay full price on the second They did a great job on both our fur babies

I cannot voice my disappointment enough. I received a suggestion to take my dog here. He’s a very mild little Maltese that everyone has always said he’s the nicest dog. Never ever in his life have I heard from a groomer that he was “difficult” and been charged extra until now. In fact, the 2 past groomers he has gone to in 7 years have always said he’s so well behaved getting groomed. I really don’t understand how you had difficulty with him to a point you needed a helper to hold him. He weighs 7.3 lbs. in addition to this, he was not happy when I picked him up. He was shaky and seemed stressed and scared. He still is showing signs of anxiety. This is not normal. I really am curious what happened while he was there… As far as the grooming, I’m curious why the groomer even bothered to come out and ask what we wanted done because I was pretty specific about how I wanted him groomed and NONE OF THAT was done. I said not to shave him. He’s shaved. I said not ti trim his ears. His ears, trimmed. Same with his tail… To say the very least I will never be back and will not recommend…

Dog was shaved raw in many areas and was to be clipped not sheared. Neck swollen from restraint and told he was in a flea bath for 20 minutes. Quoted $61 and when picked up told $81. Bad bissiness practice and traumatised poor dog...worst groomer ever. Dont use please!!!

I brought my 6 month old pup in to see if he would like the daycare. The lady asked that I leave him for an hour for an orientation. I was not allowed back when they took Ollie (My stupid for allowing it) When I came to get him, I did go back and what I saw was horrible. Big chainlink fences outlining concrete...no grass...zip! My poor little guy was standing in a corner, ears back and very stressed out. There was a ton of dogs barking and running in circles. My poor little guy must have been traumatized. I have not been back and wouldn't recommend this place to anyone who cares about their dog. I now take him to a very well run, home based daycare.

Do NOT recommend coming here! I would be giving this place NO stars if that was possible! Horrible customer service and management is absolutely RUDE.They only recommend feeding raw dog food and say all your dogs health issues and problems will go away but WRONG. Not all people want to feed raw or can afford it! I have ALWAYS avoid coming here to buy dog food and his probiotic because why support horrible management and people who don’t care about customers OR their pets. This is my last resort to buy anything from I have only bought food and probiotic here once and that was cause everywhere else was sold out. My dog overheated in daycare which I’m never taking him to again and also do NOT recommend and also don’t recommend grooming either cause the only nice one is Erin. Please do yourself and your pet a big favour and do NOT come here.

I walked in to see one of the groomers (I believe her name was amber?) strangling my dog by the neck with his leash. Yes I’m aware that my dog is a bit wiggly, but he’s never bit so I don’t know why they were using such force on a 12lb dog :( I’ll never use this grooming salon again. They’re abusive.

We have a 12 year old shih tzu who does not like being groomed. He growls, barks, and sometimes he bites. Over the years we’ve tried many different groomers all over Abbotsford with little luck. When his last groomer moved away we just could not find him somebody new that would work with him. At home we did our best to keep him tidy and short but it was a challenge. We decided to try one last time at Just About Pets Wellness Centre and hallelujah they were able to shave him and give him a great experience! Thank you to the wonderful staff, we will definitely be back and giving our recommendations to people we know. 5 stars

Very Pleasant Staff ~ Quality Pet Food and Accessories

I was searching everywhere for a certain product for my sweet Akita, Sohkey. No one had any in stock or could get any in. Just About Pets was able to get me 2 of what I needed. They had ordered it right away and I was able to pick it up 3 days later, (with a new toy too)! ????????

Ok so, I visited this place after seeing the buzz about it on the internet. Reg flags all around. I always listen to my gut. I too have been there for a quick look in the back, I thought it was odd that I had to wait 15 mins for them to get the daycare ready for viewing. Back there, I saw a garage filled deep freezers, with anxious dogs, rusty fencing and 1 bucket of water to split between 40 Dogs. unacceptable. After seeing and smelling that atrocity, I was out! Seems like these owners aren’t aware of the disturbing conditions that they’re In. Don’t bring your pets here if you want them to come home clean and safe. It’s unfortunate because the owner has shown no effort to make the place look better.

Great prices and dog was happy

Brought my dog for a dog daycare trial. Being an RVT I am very careful with who I leave my dog with for the day. The pricing and hours seemed to fit my schedule, and friendly staff were nice but a few things stuck out that made me not want to return. My first priority is my dogs health and well-being at daycare being around many other dogs in a small space. This is the first daycare of many that I've been too that didn't ask for ANY vaccine history or flea control/deworming history. I understand this place has a natural "holistic" approach to healthcare but being a daycare they have a responsibility to control possible disease. They also had no Covid-19 protocols in place, no signage besides 2 bottles of hand sanitizer. No plexiglass shields, no employees wearing masks. I would avoid this place if you are immunocompromised or have a pet who is unvaccinated.

I just went there to see if we could get some donations for our lions Club poker tournament.
