Feeling conflicted. On one hand, great inventory of aquarium supplies. On the other, nearly all the male betas had bad fin rot and were in stagnant water. Preventable and inhumane :(

I’ve been shopping here for almost 10 years I don’t know why I haven’t left a review. We are very lucky to have this resource in Abbotsford. Independent pet stores have been decimated and the big box replacement is literally doing harm to animals. You would be surprised how deep their inventory goes in that little shop. Helpful staff as well. Good job all! gg

We bought a clown fish that was already paired woth an anemone and we are so pleased that they do this for all their clown fish. It just shows that they care about their animals. The store was clean and the salt water tanks were well maintained and had mature plants etc. Very nice. The sales guy was excellent and kind. We will come here every time now. Thanks !!

Great selection and awesome service!

Not sure if because they changed owners but very rude staff who are confidently spreading misinformation in regards to the legality of animals. Arguing with me on the phone that Newts and Salamanders are illegal (False) but has an Axolotl in store (illegal). Also have seen Wood Turtles for sale in here which are 100% illegal under the BC Wildlife Act (same act that covers Axolotls). Very unprofessional, if you’re selling live animals you should at the very least know WHAT YOU ARE SELLING, and what is illegal and legal.

Best lil crested gecko, about 4 months old now, will be getting few more to add to my collection for sure!

I cannot say enough about Pet Lovers! The 1st time I was in the store I found my little Lovebird, Kiki. A Green Peach Face Lovebird.He is such a happy little guy. I met the Owners; who are all hands on the 1st time I was in the store. And such a great resource anytime you have questions. The store is wonderful. Everything you could imagine. It's a Great Place!!

New owners are wonderful. So nice and helpful. Wonderful fish selection.

Went to get stuff for my tank. Waited to ask a question, to find that management had swapped ownership. Luckily the workers are quite knowledgeable about their fish and equipment.

ever since rob sold it to the new guys running it has gone major down hill for staff, quality, and customer service. its really to bad cause we shopped there all the time for our 300gal tank and now need to drive to Burnaby for supplies.

Great owners. They have been through it all and really know what they are talking about. Most important they care about the health and safety of animals and are not an in and out for kittens and puppies. Great selection of fish and supplies and of course advice!
