Front office could be more nice to people at rimes

Wait was terrible. Dog got sick after appointment last week. 2nd appointment and medication on my dime and took forever.

Love their staff. Dr.Morse, Dr. Farge and Dr. Isler are the best of the best. GOAT and not a farm animal. ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤ My Lil'bay LOVES Dr. Morse. He looks forward to coming to see him, even if means he is not feeling well ....????

Excellent and extremely helpful. They will always be my emergency animal hospital.

They don't answer their phone and expect new customers to know their policy. Front of their business is unkept and flies swarming all over. Horrible. Actually glad I didn't go in I can only imagine.

Love this place. Started using them during covid and quickly learned best time to arrive to avoid sitting in car for hours before pet is seen. Always extremely thorough and always follows up if I had a concern. Doctors have come out to explain issues or next step or have called and were very detailed about issues or non issues regarding visit. My dog goes with them every time they approach the car with no issues. They make him so comfortable. I did get his nail trimmed and wouldn't again. It was such a terrible job, but that wasn't enough to leave a bad review.

Great experience, like that is a drive up and wait. When my regular vet is booked out, I know I can drive and wait to see a vet without a vet appointment. Great staff and pricing.

I brought my demon cat in here, and they were amazing with her. These doctors, nurses, support staff- literally EVERYONE IN THE BUILDING- are absolute angels. Courteous, professional, empathetic, and knowledgeable. I can't recommend this business enough ????

First time I went here :) My dog was not acting himself and it scared me.. I couldn't pick him up or hold him without him crying. The lady gave me pain meds and he was better within 2 days and back to himself. They were nice and professional.

I can't express how much I appreciate all the staff at this clinic. From the kind receptionist with the English accent, to the superb vet techs - every encounter I've ever had has been professional, efficient, and friendly. My fur baby usually sees Dr. Santangelo or Dr. Farge but she's also had some great encounters with Dr. Isler in the past. With regards to the pandemic, I've been able to breathe a sigh of relief when my dog is taken inside without me. I know that she's getting great care and the vets make a point to call you during each session to gather information and talk through courses of action. We've been very happy with all services received over these last six years and I feel very comfortable recommending this clinic to any of my friends and family. Thank you all for what you do!

Very friendly, professional, efficient operation. The assistants are great, as is Dr Afzal. Very good with cats. And cost effective too.

Closes Animal Hospital all i can say is that they are Professional and they keep you coming back if you have sick pet.

She understood me and was spot on recommending OAH. WOW... I am floored by the amazing service. Thank you so much for providing this high end service to our community. I was stressing about what I could afford, but your team made me feel at ease. I usually feel like I am at a car dealership when I go to these places. Not these fine folks. I will say it again. Although they weren't for certain what was wrong with my puppies ( symptoms matched several possible illnesses ) I felt they truly cared. I didn't catch her name, but an employee called me after hours to check up on my puppies and felt good to know she cared enough to call me and do that, thank you. Thank you for trying to help my baby Stormy.

Very pleased with service . its the two hour wait that sucks , but they were busy.i just jate not being able to go in with my dogs...(kids)..

Carring Staff and don't over Price n Are HONEST

Its a bit cheaper than other vets, but no appointments. I had to wait over two hours to get my dog seen and I went on a weekday at 11. Also you talk to the vet on your phone from your car after they have seen your pet, only pets go inside. If you have an emergency its a good choice, but otherwise I think a regular vet is worth the extra charge.

Always great service and they take great care of my animals. They have established good protocols for dropping off and picking up your pets during the pandemic.

Facilities need to be upgraded. However the most important thing is they took great care of my cat.
