The staff is very friendly and they did a great job of grooming my dog.

My first visit the Dr. Asked did i want to get my 8 week year old puppy neutered. Makes me think they don't like Rotties and would not give the greatest care to my puppy

Basically the top vet in the area. I usually get nervous with other people handling my dogs but they usually do pretty good. I have no complaints overall.

I have been going to Minnieville animal hospital for years, they have great service throughout. Everytime I call, I'm greeted with nothing but respect, kindness, and professionalism. They answer any and all questions I have. They really know how to keep monitoring my dog, and when something is out the ordinary They are sure to let me know, and will monitor it for the next visit.Pricing is fair, and while any vet can be expensive, this Animal hospital isn't out for your money. They run tests they deem necessary which can provide better overall health for your pet. They always do their best to answer all my questions, explaining things to me until I understand. They are patient and kind! Many lovely people work here with a big love for animals, and it shows! I don't go anywhere else!

DOCTOR Greenwood and all her staff have been taking care of our 4 dogs.Gadget, Molly, Cosmo and Rob Zombie 12 years. Everything from nail trims, immunization shots,medicines, boarding occasionally, surgery(zombie ate his toy), dental and one euthanasia. Prices are always fair. They have never given my dogs fleas, they are professional, compassionate, great sense of humor! I know my babies are taken care of when they have to be there. Thank you DR Greenwood and all her staff for the committed care you have given our dogs.

We took our dog Shadow to Minnieville for almost 14 years. They treated him like he was one of their pets. They always took great care of him from shots, to grooming, to surgery and regular visits. We had to say goodbye to him recently and they we so very compassionate and supportive to him and our family. We are grateful for the care they gave him and would recommend them for the care of you family friend.

Dr. Greenwood has always been very professional and caring of her clients and patients. The review recently posted that contradicts the accuracy of her facility, staff, and professionalism is completely false. Dr. Greenwood has always gone above and beyond, and will do whatever it takes to care for her patients. She has often times given extra care and guidance without asking for more money. She keeps up with how her patients are doing and cares deeply for their well being. You can absolutely trust that your fur babies are in excellent care of Dr. Greenwood and her staff.

A few clarifications on the response from Minnieville Animal Hospital: 1. The fact is that an injection was done by a doctor at Minnieville animal hospital without any prior discussion or consent. Saying “some of the temporary vets do not always remember to do so” is 100% not acceptable or professional. 2. Dr. Chang’s leave of absence is irrelevant. We were first-time clients and had never seen Dr. Chang before; he is not our vet. 3. You mentioned “offering a refund” — yes, you did, and it was for $5, and only if we brought back the medicine we never used. Given that we paid $298 for an unnecessary x-ray, injection, and medicine, I think most reasonable consumers would agree that this is an empty gesture. 4. I do not post on Google easily — I actually explained this issue during a follow-up two weeks ago, asking to speak to a manager. We only got a response after posting this Google review, at which point the prior lack of response was blamed on a “computer issue.” ……………………………………………………………………………………………………...............…………………………………….....……………………… We are upset after a veterinarian gave an injection to my dog without asking us or any prior discussion. He only told us after he had done it. Recently we visited Minnieville animal hospital to check if my dog had an ear infection. She was tilting her head a bit while walking and seemed to not hear well one day before the visit. The next day, she was perfectly fine and playful, but we went the hospital anyway because we were still concerned. She was totally fine. However the doctor ended up encouraging an unnecessary radiology spine screening, and then gave her an injection without asking us. He also prescribed a medication that seemed totally unnecessary considering everything was fine. My dog was treated unnecessary procedure.

We had to say goodbye to our family member and these guys were really great. They went above and beyond during my family's time of need and they were always really good to us before then too.

Top notch service!! Have a new puppy. Scheduled his first vet service with MAH. They answered my questions. Gave a forewarning of Covid protocols. I was able to complete new client forms online in advance of pup's visit. The front desk was well informed. The hospital exterior is clean and inviting. Dr. Toscano was kind and informative. She recommended finishing up my pup's required vaccinations, flea and tick treatments and gave input on feeding. Fees and payment process were reasonable and easy. When he was released to me, my pup was still happy and not traumatized by his visit and being handled, poked and prodded. I feel comfortable knowing he was treated well and am looking forward to a great relationship with Minnieville Animal Hospital.

I highly recommend Minnieville Animal Hospital!! The doctors and staff there are very friendly and professional. They make me and my furry babies feel right at home. When my old family dog torn her ACL Dr.Greenwood performed a perfect surgery on her even though she was overweight and it was gonna be a difficult surgery. She gave her a better quality of life for the time she has left with us and I am forever thankful for that!!

Dr. Greenwood and her team (Joe and Brianna come to mind, but they're all good) have cared for our pets for about 6 years, almost since we've lived here. They are empathetic, honest, competent professionals and their priority is the well being of the animal. I would say our dog lived another happy year longer than he would have without their efforts. When it came time to say goodbye, they made it painless for him and treated us with great kindness.

I see the most recent review stating this business has fleas and that Dr. Greenwood is unprofessional and only in it for the money. I believe this to be the review of someone who has a personal issue with Dr. Greenwood. I say this as a client, Dr. Greenwood has gone above and beyond for both myself and my pets. She is always readily available to answer questions and give medical advice when needed, without compensation at times. She checks on her clients and their pets continuously to ensure they are well. Her facility has always been clean and well maintained when I have been inside for appointments. My pets always come out happy and healthier than ever! I am sorry the previous reviewer feels slighted for whatever reason, but it is clear by the numerous other reviews that Dr. Greenwood and her clinic are the recipients of the best in PWC, for a reason!!!! I will continue to highly recommend both her, her clinic, and her staff to everyone who ask for a veterinarian recommendation!!!!

I have a 10 year old malchi and she had to have 16 teeth pulled so I was very worried about her and wanted her to be ok. The staff was very nice and helpful with any questions I had. My sweet girl was wagging her tail and excited to see me when I came to pick her up. By the next day you would never know she had surgery. I was very happy with this vet office.

I love to bring my pet here. I feel like I get good service and my pet is in good hands. I drive approximately 1 hour without traffic here because of their service is exceptional ! I would 100% recommend. Audrey is one of the best vet technicians they have and all their doctors are a great! only giving it 5 starts because 10 is not an option.

You will honestly never find a vet that cares as much as Dr Greenwood. She truly dedicates her life to this business and has a huge heart for animals. I wasn’t even a client of hers, yet she saw a gofundme I started and reached out (after-hours on her own time, mind you) regarding the injured kitten I found and gave me advice when I was getting mixed / no info everywhere else. When I move closer to the area, she will be my vet. HIGHLY recommend.

Recently moved to the area and needed a doctor for a complicated medical condition pet of mine. From the first phone call making the appointment, I felt totally at ease with my dog going there. They were super compassionate and helpful and knowledgeable. Upon arrival, everyone seemed to know his case showing they took the time to do the heir homework on him before coming in, sometime Hong other clinics in the area refused to do. Dr Greenwood is amazing and will be the only person seeing our dogs for ok now on!!
