Everyone there are just great. Courteous, genuine and efficient. I'm always pleased with the service.

I have been taking my one cat here for at least two years and had no problem, were absoutely phenomenal and professional. I started taking my other cat here and they addressed that he needed a dental procedure. I was ready to schedule and got cancelled on first, because a surgeon was out for two weeks. Understandable, but when rescheduled, and cat already in the car for preopp, they cancel my appt AGAIN because they don't have a feb schedule. Why schedule us again then??? They cancelled literally 10 mins before the scheduled appt and when we were already outside. Beyond sad because I trusted them for so long, but this was beyond inexcusable. I'm afraid to even reschedule again and I woulld hate to leave this clinic, because otherwise they have been great

Absolutely LOVE this place. My dog has been coming here since he was a puppy. Very friendly staff, could not recommend enough!!

The are great and the current plan in place to remain vigilant and concerned with the safety of the customers during these trying times is excellent. Highly recommend them and one of the best vets in this area.

My handsome, sweet Braveheart was diagnosed with lymphoma by Dr. Odom. He kept the costs as low as possible, not performing unnecessary tests. When it was time for Braveheart to cross “rainbow bridge,” Dr. Odom and staff were very caring to both me and Braveheart. I know that my sweet baby was not scared, Dr. Odom kept hands on … to warm and calm him. I was able to say good-bye on my terms, and be with him to the end … though it’s just his physical end, as another new journey begins. I am thankful that Braveheart had such a caring, warm environment provided by Dale City Animal Hospital. Braveheart transitioned with no pain or stress …

I like DCAH, they've been taking care of my babygirl for 13+ years have done an overall good job. She's now on more medication than me - GOOD LORDA MERCY!!! I get anxiety going to DCAH because I've never had a bill under $200, & that's waiving some of the non-urgent services she need. The pet insurance is not even worth it anymore. I'll submit a $300 invoice & they reimburse me with a nickel (haahaa, a little more but not too much more).

We have used 6 or 7 different vets over the past 30+ years, and we LOVE this office! All of the vets in the practice are big animal lovers, and are great with our pets. They care, and they also are part of a rescue organization. We got our youngest baby girl from them! She is now 5 years old, and just a sweet little lap kitty.

We absolutely love this place! They always give the best care to our Stella! HIGHLY recommend!

They got me in quick and we’re very kind and accommodating! My cat hates the vet but the veterinarian was so gentle and kind with her I couldn’t have asked him to handle her any better! I highly recommend

I had previously brought my dog who passed away here to get seen and unfortunately they didn’t have any thing available but the lady at the front was so kind enough to still check him and it was pretty sure from there that he was going away but I brought my other dog here for her checkup and they’re amazing, they have such nice staff and are probably the sweetest with your pets. Definitely recommend 100000%

Dr O is the best vet I have ever had over the years. I love my pets and I feel extremely comfortable with him, and I can tell he loves animals and his job, which I love. I would recommend him to anyone and everyone. However, Dr. Mayo at this location, I would not recommend. But, still come here and definitely see Dr. O :)

In all the years we have been bringing our five cats here, I am never disappointed with the doctors or the technicians that interact with my fur babies. All of my questions are always answered in full, they share a wealth of knowledge with me each visit.

I needed to see a vet quickly and my usual vet couldn't see me for a long time . I got a very quick appointment time and was actually able to go inside with my dog. They did a the exam and blood work to get a the root of the problem and informed me about shots I had never been told about before. Blood work came back quickly and prescriptions were filled fast so our baby could get some relief. Heard about Dale City Vet on Nextdoor and am very grateful for the referral.

staff are great and were very professional when it came to taking care of my buddy chase and answering any questions i had. I will be coming here from now on!

Our family cat of 10 years was rushed to the hospital last week our Luna was in really bad shape she has diabetes and they tried everything to shave her unfortunately she passed away. But the hospital staff they were awesome did everything they could for Luna a very compassionate. I thank them from the bottom of my heart for treating her so well I'm giving her the best treatment.❤

I was very happy that they took the time to help our dog who has multiple problems with allergies. They took the time to work with the problems and not take the Steroids only.

I am the proud Mom of "CoCo" Bean Lawson having the DCAH as her primary health care facility is our Blessing! The staff is absolutely amazing :) Carolyn, Caroline, Brandon, and Madera. If I left anyone out, please charge it to my head and not my heart. Dr. Odem's professionalism, personal and caring (bedside) nature towards my fur baby simple warms my heart and makes our visits even more pleasurable. DCAH is a office full of love and their work with everyone is shown as soon as you walk in the door.

The absolute best! I am sure that there are great vets closer to home but even after moving 30 minutes away from the office, I still cannot imagine taking my pup anywhere else. These guys truly care and it shows in every interaction, regardless of whom I am partnered with.

I was skeptical at first, but had to make a decision because VCA stopped emergency service and I could not schedule a weekend appointment. The vet techs and the doctor put my mind at ease. Professional, courteous, gentle and sincere are just some of the attributes they all have. I scheduled an appointment for my other dog with them without hesitation.

First time puppy owner as a family and they made me even more comfortable with answering all of my questions and provided me with resources. Definitely would recommend.

Everyone was very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. It is very clear that they all work there because they love animals. My beagle puppy was getting very bored waiting, and one of the techs brought him a toy to play with.

Dr. Odom was great with my very anxious dog and did everything he could to keep him comfortable while receiving vaccinations! Definitely recommend.

Entire staff is amazing at Dale City Animal. After careful selection when we got our puppy we went with Dale City Animal Hospital and we couldn’t be happier. They show our puppy lots of love and care during his checkups and unscheduled visits and he loves them too. They are very responsive when we have concerns and has a great plan. The puppy paw plan is great and has saved us $$. I highly recommend them.

I have a very anxious kitty and I was nervous about going to a vet for the first time after a bad experience at the groomers. However, even though the staff was incredibly busy, they demonstrated a lot of patience and understanding with my sweet girl. They were very professional, and I enjoyed my visit.

The staff was pleasant and so was the vet, will definitely go again. Though the prices are a bit on the higher end.

Fit me in for an emergency visit for my cat who isn’t a fan of getting in her carrier.
