The Grooming Divas Williamsburg, Virginia

Absolutely love this place ! They are great with my dogs always try and fit us in . ALWAYS FRIENDLY !! Been coming for years moved across town and have a place around the corner and still drive across town to Grooming Divas . They truly are the best in town !

My new puppy Bella had a great experience there and all the girls were very kind .

Absolutely love them. I've been looking for a while for a good groomer for my st. Bernard mix. He's getting old and has developed some skin issues. He has had previous issues being groomed to the point of the hair follicles not growing back. She examined his skin and had recommendations but just one treatment I've noticed a huge improvement. She was also able to clip and round his nails which I have not been able to get anyone to do except for his vet once a year. Very pleasant, very professional, and it seemed everyone generally cared for the animals. I booked my next visit when I picked him up!

Didn't seem interested in my business. Never heard back from them after initial call.

The staff is very professional and friendly. The service is great. My dogs love it.

Wish I could judge them on service, but rather than give a simple estimate they sent me away. Guess they think they're too good to need new clients.

Poor experience. My English bulldog puppy did not appear to have been groomed. He did not smell clean and still had a lot of loose hair. We were very disappointed in the customer service received. As a first time client they were not very friendly.

Very rude ,unprofessional. I asked why the price went up so much and they got very rude When I went to pickup my dog was asked how much of a tip did I wanted to leave and after they rung it up was told the owner said good luck finding another place and dont come back, I have been in business for over 40yrs and never talked to a customer the way I was talked too.

This was my first time at Grooming Divas and is the first time I have picked my dog up from a grooming appointment and actually loved the way her new haircut looked.

Amazing team!! My dog was hair was so matted, thankfully, they jumped in and took care of her with great care. I would highly recommend their services.

This was our first time taking our Lab to have her nails trimmed and buffed.. Grooming Divas was wonderful, kind and patient. We made our next appointment before walking out the door. I would highly recommend them for your pets.

Very expensive but they do a great job

I have taken my dog (Roxy) there twice about two years ago. The haircut was ok...but my dog still smelled like an outside kept pet....not only that fleas. I made the owner aware privately....So here it is 2021 I decided to give them the benefit of doubt. Needlessly to say I guess the owner had a problem with me for two things 1st I mentioned the fleas an two Williamsburgs (Karen).Now that I can't help

This was my dog's first visit to Grooming Divas. She is usually agitated and exhausted when she comes home from the groomers, but she was happy and relaxed when she got home this time. The prices are reasonable, the service excellent, and the staff truly love dogs. I would highly recommend Grooming Divas.

Grooming Divas are absolutely a 5 star business. Oliver looked SO good when we picked him up yesterday. He is a Goldendoodle and I would highly recommend the Grooming Divas for a perfect Doodle cut.

My lab looks, and smells great.... She was brushed out REALLY WELL.... She is so soft....and her nail grind is the best, really smooth.... I did express....only took 1hr. 15min... My baby is 12 yrs old....being in salon for 2-3 hrs is stressful for her... Grooming Divas did a great job!!! Highly recommend:)

We have tried several groomers over the years and The crew at The Grooming Divas are the very best! They love our Betsy as much as we do!

Our Yorkipoo had her very first grooming experience this past week, and it was a wonderful experience for both of us! Claudette listened carefully to what I told her and was hoping for her to do, and Mitzi came out looking and feeling fabulous! We will be customers for a long time, I think!

Could not say enough good without goin on & on. I’ve tried many of the groomers in the area and “Divas” are at the top. That’s saying a lot because I’m very picky. Some will get her face good, some will do her ears good etc but the groomers got it all just like I wanted it. Don’t hesitate you will not be sorry.

Today was my cavapoo’s first grooming experience. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Rose did an amazing job. The vision I had for my girl, Rose delivered and exceeded my expectations. My pup looked good and smelled great!

I really could go on and on with so many wonderful things to say about these ladies at the Grooming Divas but I will say this, if you are thinking about DO IT! The quality of their service is literally impeccable!! They are so professional and skilled. My new forever groomers.

I have ways had good experiences with Grooming Divas. Kathy is Yogis groomer and he always looks great and never seems to mind going. I would and have reccomended to family and friends.
