Dr. Bonnie Brown is the VERY BEST rabbit doctor. She has been careing for my rabbit for 8 years.... Wouldn't go to anyone else !

I live in Chesapeake and I go there for my dog. Love the staff and Dr. Brown is really great. To me it's worth the trip.

No appointments for sick animals available. Doctor's should take care of sick animals first and move appointments to make this happen. It's a shame.

The veterinarians and their staff are so knowledgeable, professional, caring, and we have been patients for over 15 years!

Excellent staff. Kelly and Tammy at front desk are courteous, wonderful. Dr. Hill is a wonderful, smooth, easy going vet who is both knowledgable and patient. All are a wining team. I highly recommend them.

In 2016, I was told my dog had a possible ACL tear. I called so many places and was turned away because of her size (60 pounds) The affordable vet in Richmond was too expensive for me at the time. A friend mentioned Dr Brown at Jolly Pond. She was so kind and affordable. Rucas surgery went well and I couldn't be more pleased. Now it's 2021. Ruca is 14. Shes been having issues and I chose to return to Jolly pond. Dr Crossman and her Tech have been so kind. I told her my budget, and she didn't want me to spend money on unnecessary or unhelpful things. She only did things she felt were absolutely necessary and to try to figure out what were dealing with, medications and I opted for an xray as well. In the end, there's nothing myself or Dr crossman can do. If I could, I would sell every possible possession I own. But there's nothing that can be done except give Ruca all of my love and spoil her until the end. I'm a complete wreck and I'm so thankful for Jolly pond.

They are the best, so compassionate when you really need it. Definitely recommend this place.

Dr. Hill was amazing with our fur nugget Minnie who is extremely fussy. He is incredibly compassionate, professional, and knowledgeable. Unfortunately, we moved and had to find another vet but we miss Dr. Hill and the staff at Jolly Pond. Highly recommend!

We travel from CNU area to Jolly Pond for our pet’s care. Doctor Brown gives our pets professional and responsive care. Doctor Brown also provides personal follow up when needed for any type of procedures. The staff and all personnel are a great complement to the Jolly Pond family. All praise.

Dr Fiddler has been our Vetinerian for the past 10 years, she has taken exceptional care of all our dogs. She has performed our routine and surgical visits, and compassionately guided us through our end of life decisions for our sweet River. She takes the time to visit with you and your pet, clearly explains health issues and discusses treatment options and cost. I recently moved out of Williamsburg, and tried 2 other local Vets, but ultimately decided to drive the 40 mins back to Dr Fiddler.

Great people caring for my dog

Dr Brown is amazing! Our Jubilee is what you’d call a difficult patient. Dr Brown’s mannerisms and techniques diffuse tension for all of us in the exam room. Dr Brown is building trust as she accomplishes treatment. She even encourages dropping by to visit with staff and get a treat so trips to vet don’t automatically stir negative vibes for Jubie. We’re fans!

Dr. Brown is awesome and magnificent! She is definitely a genuine kind person! Also the staff who work with her are wonderful people also! If you're living in Williamsburg I suggest you take your animal to Jolly Pond Vet Hosp or if you're here visiting the area and you have your pets with you on vacation and they get ill take your animal to Jolly Pond veterinarian hospital????

The Drs were friendly and informative without pushing unneeded treatments or medications while still telling the benefits of optional treatments...

So helpful. Reasonable fees. Full services. Used for years, multiple cats.
