You know sometimes there’s that sense of uncertainty when leaving your dog in someone else’s care? That’s literally impossible with Howard. My dog (April) connected with him instantly which is crazy because she can be pretty aloof. I love how they do things, the post walk summary is really nice. April is excited for her next walk!

One thing I don’t play about is my dog. I may have researched dog walkers for SEVERAL hours before settling on this company. I was extremely worried someone would be mistreating my dog or lie about walking her when they didn’t. This company has been a breath of fresh air. They send me a written report after each walk with GPS tracking, photos, and updates on what she did. Several times the walker has gone above and beyond in cleaning an accident or adjusting the air in my apartment if it’s too hot. The only issue I have is they don’t do cat care ????

BEST EXPERIENCE! Such a relief when I am working such long hours! Howard one of the owners personally came himself and made sure that we were happy and felt comfortable since I was a little nervous with having a stranger in the house. I have a 80 lb pit bull and a 6 lb chihuahua obviously I am more concerned with my bossy/spoiled chihuahua the pit loves everyone ha It has turned out better than I ever imagined they both get so excited when they see him come in and I know that they are genuinely loved while in their care! WWRR is the best! You can tell the walkers and owners really know dogs and love them just as much as I love my own babies. The daily walk email with photos makes my day and I can wait to see what my babies are up to. They are unbelievably reliable and couldn't ask for a better walker. We have also used them for a weekend cat sitting and that was great as well to make sure she gets some love and wet food while we are away. Couldn't recommend them enough.

We currently use WWRR for dog walks (2x a day for our new puppy - they have a "small bladders" package that is great!). They are incredibly responsive and the first meeting was very helpful. They came prepared with questions on how we want our puppy taken care of/walked and our walker follows those instructions meticulously! We look forward to receiving the e-mail updates and pictures every day. One thing that is telling on how great our walker is, we were out walking our dog one day and Tristine walked by and Stella (our puppy) immediately recognized her and ran right up to her to say hi! Can't say enough about how much we love Natasha and her team! Our pup Charlie has been walking with them since she was 10 weeks and she loves them. We do two walks daily M-F and love getting the regular updates and pics. Not only that, but Natasha and Kat have done a great job with helping train Charlie on basic commands which has been a huge help since we can't be home with her all day. I'd have to say the best part about working with the team is their responsiveness and professionalism, while still maintaining the appeal and friendliness of a small family owned business. We are both working professionals and it can be a huge challenge balancing work travel schedules and Charlie's schedule. Natasha or her team are always available to help out and fill in, even if it's at the last minute, without any issues. It's a big relief knowing our pup is being taken care of when work and life gets in the way. Charlie also loves her sleepovers at Natasha and Chris's home with Ruby and Renzo. It's a lot easier to relax on vacation when you know your dog is in a loving home with people she is familiar with and other dogs she knows.

Walk with ruby and Renzo is a FANTASTIC dog walking service. Natasha, the owner and dog babysitter extraordinaire, is absolutely amazing and so great. She is beyond organized and runs everything so efficiently. All of the dog walkers are so sweet and great with our puppy. Every dog walker is with our puppy for at least 30 minutes and leaves us with an update and photos every single time they walk our dog lily. Beyond just offering an amazing dog walking service, ruby and Renzo also pet sits when you're out of town. We leave our puppy with her every time because our dog loves it. She is at her lovely home with her other dogs and gets all the care and love she needs. I highly recommend this dog walking service.

I moved to the city with my two dogs this year from a suburban setting and was very nervous about how my dogs would do in an urban environment. Founder and owner Natasha met with me and my boys before she started walking them - she took incredible care in learning about each of their needs and personalities, and worked with me to slowly acclimate them to city life. They now confidently strut their stuff down the street, tails up and wagging, and have made lots of other dog friends in the neighborhood. Natasha and all of her walkers truly love the pets they care for and take their responsibility seriously - I love receiving my daily report of their walk, complete with photos, a map of their walk route, and a nice little summary of their day together. They are extremely responsive and accommodating and the boys and I feel very lucky to have found them!

As soon as I met Natasha (owner of Walk with Renzo and Ruby), I knew my kitty would be in good hands while I was on vacation. Her caring and gentle demeanor put me at ease, as well as the daily photo/video updates she sent while I was away! Highly recommend.
