Vanessa was attentive, patient, kind, and educated about all things necessary to give my new cavapoo the best home! As a first time dog owner, I couldn’t have asked for more! Andrea and the staff here are fantastically well rounded! Prices are best in town!! We were literally here for 15 minutes, fell in love and we’re taking the dog home! Please come and give them a look!

Our experience at XOPUPS was a great one compared to many of the other places we’ve visited before. The staff was friendly and checked up on us periodically to check how we were doing and answered all our answers. When we expressed concerns they provided solutions and eased our worries. Would recommend getting a puppy at XOPUPS, came in just to look and came out with a new family member!

We had a very positive experience with the store staff. They were very friendly and attentive even when it was busy in the store at one point. They answered all of my questions. Only a 4 instead 5 because of the high price, but I know they are competitive with other places & Terra puppy package supplies are so awesome and helpful!!. Overall we are so grateful for their help and convenience of finding our new furry family member!

This was a very quick and easy experience! I put in a request at 11 am and was in at 1 for my appointment. Everyone was super helpful!

I can’t say enough of this place ???? the customer service was great. They definitely take care of their puppies and deinfect the area after each puppy. I went to a different pet store down the street and when I walked in it smelled so bad I didn’t even bother taking look at those pups. Y’all should definitely come to this store for your next family pet ????

My wife and I came here and adopted a Cockapoo pup. We were assisted by Vanessa. She was extremely knowledgeable and very friendly. She was so helpful with finding the right puppy for us. She was so patient with us too as we discussed the decision amongst ourselves as well as calling family regarding the decision. The choices for which puppy to get was quite difficult as they were all so cute and I could tell they were very well taken care of by the company. Upon purchase, we were surprised by all of the options that comes with the puppy. From warranty options to the puppy starter pack. Most places don’t includes food and accessories when purchasing a puppy. Long story short, we are happy with our purchase, the process, and the customer service.

I can’t say enough of how professional and welcoming staff treated our family during our visit. Thanks for such a positive experience and for wonderful new miniature schnauzer puppy. You guys are the best!!
