Ed is so amazing and such a sweetheart! He has a heart of gold. He transported my kitties Milo and Maggie from Virginia to Chicago. He updated me every step of the way and took such excellent care of my kitties the whole entire way. He went above and beyond for me and them and I appreciate him so very much. I cannot imagine anyone being better at this than Ed. He is just phenomenal! Thank you so much for everything! You have a friend for life. ????????????

Ed did a fantastic job bringing our two kittens from Virtginia to Washington State via plane. He was professional and kind throughout, checking in before the trip and giving us updates during the journey. Highly recommended!

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Ed! He is the kindest person I have met in a long time and we are now his biggest fans. He took pictures of our new kitten on his lay over to our state and assured us everyone was A-OK. He was very patient when we were 20 minutes late meeting him, and has followed up with us since we last saw him a week earlier to be sure the kitten has adjusted to his new home. If I could give him 10 stars, I would!!!

Ed is a great person and was absolutely amazing with our dogs. He always did his best to make things work with our schedule. During the process of our overseas move he made getting our four legged family members to and from their appointments easy and stress free. Ed is super friendly and took great care of my dog when she needed to go to the hospital. He gave me updates on his ETA when he was coming to my home to pick her up and then gave me more updates when he arrived at the hospital. His service was very professional and a great value.

They are a great transport services. I needed a transport ASAP for my sick dog and Fido was right there to pick her up. The comfort and ease of hand-off and transport between the hospital and myself, was such a relief. My dog usually really skiddish and don't take well to people,she went right to them. I was so jealous how she got up in their van so swiftly, where I have to bribe and strain picking her up to get into my truck. I highly recommend them and definitely will contact them again.

Fido's pet taxi service is the best! Getting my pup to the groomer is a challenge because of my work schedule, so this service is an enormous help. Ed makes sure she is safe and comfortable.

The best! Fido Fitness and play are extremely professional. They respond immediately. I had to import my cat to the US when I decided to move back from overseas. I did not have anyone to collect him from the airport. Not only did they arrange this, but he found me excellent accommodation for my moggy to stay while he waited for me to come to the USA. After a short stay he arranged to take my cat back to the airport and load him onto his next leg. Fido Fitness and play are the extremely customer oriented. My move would never have gone this smoothly without them. I cannot recommend them enough. Ed provides outstanding customer service way and beyond what is normal and customary!

Ed is absolutely incredible and a life saver. Leaving in DC without a car, Ed came to my rescue multiple times when my golden retriever had medical emergencies and needed to go to the animal hospital. I will never forget the kindness and care he showed me when my baby passed over the rainbow bridge after a battling cancer.
