Old Bridge Grooming Shop is literally the best groomer in Woodbridge! I have been taking my dogs there for almost 3 years now. They have always been kind, professional and helped me with appointments on short notice. I really appreciate the work they do and my dog Sadie loves going there. My other dog Artie is a bit of a chicken and is very tough to deal with when getting his nails clipped. They manage to get it done every time. Thank you for the work you do, I wouldn't trust anyone else with my dogs.

Started using this groomer at the recommendation of a friend and they did great the first few times but when we found a good groomer for our dog and tried to make a appointment, no one would call back. When I would call they would ask who would I like to make the appointment with and when we choose our preferred groomer, other one was not as good, they would always say we need to call you back. After calling a third time to see if a appointment could be booked, they got upset that I was calling for that groomer saying “don’t know why they are hooked” on that groomer. I had asked that if that groomer is no longer available I’llm happy book elsewhere but they were just rude in the exchange. I’m definitely disappointed as my dog really enjoyed going there.

They returned my call at 4pm, and when I told them my beagle was having severe itching issues they told me to bring him in at 5:30. They were super friendly and obviously adore dogs. I heard them sweet talking Boregaard while they washed him and trimmed his claws. The only time Boregaard whined was because he thought the shampoo was a little cold. All of his future grooming needs will be here.

I’ve been bringing my Sebastian here for over a year now and have never had a bad experience. Ara is always so welcoming and inviting and he goes into the shop with her with his tail wagging. Sometimes they’re booked out a bit but it’s because they’re excellent! Thank you for the awesome service!!

Had to change my review from 11 months ago when I first went here it was great. I called and left a message on a Saturday to get an appointment. Never heard back so called back again on Tuesday someone took a message and said I would get a call back. Not hearing back again, I called to be told in an unprofessional manner “welI I don’t have any appointments until the end of the month” that’s it. Not sure what’s going on here but very disappointing.

I don’t know what happened to this place , they used to be the best , but it really went downhill lately .. last two appointments they called me like 12 hours before my appointment to “reschedule” to another further unrealistic day. Their excuses are not really something to believe or understand, and when you bring the argument that they need to fit me into a closer appointment they fail to do so. Aside from that , their grooming quality also went down, they barely did any grooming and they messed up my puppies eyebrows two visits ago , and I when I told them about fixing it next visit they didn’t do anything , yet I ended up paying 60$ for a cut I could’ve done at home... really disappointed and angry.

I made an appointment by at this groomer on Sunday, Feb 27 and the lady who answered the phone scheduled me for Tuesday (today) at 8am. I took my dog in this morning, and they had no record of my appointment and they tried to tell me I must have mad an appointment somewhere else. After she kept going back and forth into the building several times, she finally found an appointment with name for March 23. I did not agree to such an appointment. Either they scribbled the appointment in right quick because I am a brown person or the person I made my appointment with screwed up. There was NO apology or corrections made. I DO NOT recommend this place.

I have been to this shop a couple of times and really liked it. But the last time I went I was really disappointed, I dropped off my dog and after a couple of hours I was told they were trying to reach me to let me know, my dog had bit the groomer and she didn't feel comfortable cutting his hair. One will think that is a job hazard and they should expect this. My dog is a 7 lb yorkie that is missing half his teeth, I can't imagine how bad the bite was.

Experienced staff, professional in person and over the phone. They were able to see our feisty shiba for a nail trim on a busy Saturday. Quick and efficient, which we appreciated since she hates nail trims. We plan to come back! Thank you!

The staff is friendly, does an excellent job with both our large Shepard and our small dog getting them looking their best. Have been going here for years, even when they relocated a bit farther away.

My granddaughter takes her two dogs and she is very happy the way her dogs are cared for.

They gave me back a different dog. No, not someone else's dog; but, he is a whole new pooch! Samantha was fantastic from the first phone call, which was in prompt reply to my voicemail message. She fit my little goober in 2 days later. I brought her a bit of a mess, but she gave me back the Denzel of dogs. She also kept me updated during the day, which was really kind of her, since I am one of those types about my guy. My dude was prancing around like a pygmy goat when we got home. Just full of himself for being so fresh. So, if you care about your dog, call Samantha.

Kaelyn always does an amazing job with my doggo, and he's not the easiest to groom having multiple coats and a ton of hair. I've never been disappointed and highly recommend her!

My poor Yorkie, Cookie, got butchered. Jer hair is so uneven. I could have done a better job.

Kaelyn groomed my Golden Retriever puppy and did an excellent job. It was the puppy's first time at the groomer, so she gave him a puppy orientation, and got him comfortable in the new environment. Kaelyn gave me a rundown on how my puppy did, and advised me on keeping his ears clean.

I am a picky person but I suspect I am also used to the lacking service of Petsmart and Petco. Let's just say that my pups have never had a better haircut then today's cut.

I love this groomer. My dog can't wait to get inside when we arrive. The staff is very friendly and nice to deal with.

My girl, Gabby, loves it there! Once she realized where she was she got super excited! We didn't realize how dirty she was until we picked her up from the groomers! She smelled and looked like a NEW dog! We look forward to her next appointment ❤
