They took such good care of my baby while I was away for a few days. Booking online is so easy and they send a report card each day with a picture or two. Highly recommended for boarding and daily visits. The staff is also friendly and they love the kitties ❤

The staff at Capital Kitty Resort do such a great job. I know that whenever I leave my cat, he is in good hands, and I so appreciate this peace of mind! Everyone that I have come in contact with has been so kind, and I can tell they genuinely care for each cat. I can’t recommend enough!

I was so worried about leaving my cat with someone i didn't know. I walked in and was immediately greeted. The man was helping someone but still let me know he would be right with me. I had a chance to glance around and the place was clean and didn’t smell of cat. He let my cat out of his carrier and let him walk around and get familiar at his own pace. He asked me questions to make sure his stay was comfortable. I got a update in the middle of the day about how he was doing, which I enjoyed and he also got a report card. I will be rebooking with them again. They did an amazing job with making him and I feel comfortable.

If i could give this place 10 stars I would! Have used this place twice for multi-night boarding and my cat loves it here. Dave is amazing and treats all the kitties as his own. I never have to worry about her while I’m away and they send daily photos and reports that let me know how she’s behaving, eating and more! Will absolutely use this as my go-to cat boarding center.

All around a fantastic experience. My cat had never been boarded before, and is admittedly pretty sassy and difficult to deal with when stressed. The staff were incredibly patient with her and by the time she left, Ozzie was very comfortable with them. If I ever need boarding services again I will be returning.

My cat was there two days. She was having a hard time of it, and they really helped and was patient with her. I would recommend getting the larger kitty condos if available, the others are a bit small.

David and Primus take very good care of the cats and kittens. They send daily pictures and report cards on the pets. The accomodations are adequate and bedding is provided- if needed. Even more than keeping your pets safe and alive while you're away, they will engage them with play, brushing, cuddles and movies. My beloved Assata Elaine has vacationed there twice already and will visit again next month. There are very few places that I'd trust to give quality care and attention to my pet- in my absence- and Capital Kitty is one. The service is friendly and professional for cats- and humans. I'm so happy that we found them!

What excellent service from a wonderful cat resort! The employees here were polite, helpful, and answered all my questions from start to end. They sent me picture and “report card” updates about my cats and took very good care of them. You even have the option of selecting additional services for your cats, like providing litter and food if you decide not to bring your own. Flexible with drop off and pick up times and prices are very reasonable as well. Thank you Capital Kitty Resort for providing this service when I needed it last minute! Would use it again and highly recommend it to others, 10/10.

I went there with these images that they posted online in my mind. I was shocked and disappointed when I arrived. Not to be judgemental but it looked very small. The size of the place looked slightly bigger than a bed room, cat "condos" stacked on top of each other and a play area that is the size of a broom closet. The front guy was unprofessional, ghetto, and not very helpful. I could not in good conscious keep my cat there because he is active and I am honestly concerned about the care that they provide. From what I saw there isn't much room for a cat to do anything besides stay in their box/"condo". Extremely disappointing.

They took great care of my cat, we enjoyed the daily report cards & pictures. We are returning to Hawaii after living in Belgium for 2 1/2 years. I would recommend this business to anyone looking for quality care for their cat.

I've relied on Capital Kitty Cat Resort for over two years now to provide care for my 20lb cat whenever I travel for business or pleasure. When my cat first started going to Capital Kitty, he needed twice daily insulin shots and was an absolute monster. He's now in diabetes remission and totally cool with the boarding process...I think he likes the pampering. They send me daily report cards and photos so I know he is happy while there. It is a relief to know he is safe, well fed/watered, and has totally clean litter while I am away. Thank, Capital Kitty! I had my there kitties staying here for couple days. It was my first time ever having them at a cat hotel. At first they seemed very paranoid but when I came to visit them the next day, they were calm and relaxed! I definitely recommend this place to all the cat lovers!
