ALL the staff are helpful & friendly. The store always has the products I need for my dogs.

This team cares about the animals it sells. When a fish was in rough shape and I offered my hospital tank they let me rescue him. Sadly the fish was too far gone but the attempt to save a life for no other reason than you should is much appreciated. This team is in great hands with Ashley. Thank you

Grooming appointment did not go as planned. They first rejected me because they did not have records of my dog even though I am paying for their monthly plan. Then she said they could not do it because it was nutty. Referred me to another place to do the grooming and then bring it back after someone else does the hard work. I believe they turned me away because they were ready to go home for the holidays. The Place was already almost closed when I arrived, lights were out and they were ready to bounce!!!!

Staff was friendly and helpful. Can't remember the young lady's name that trimmed our little Lucy's nail but she was very nice and did an excellent job!!!

Took my dog in to the Petco in Warrenton, VA to get his nails trimmed. No wait, staff was wonderful and they did a better job than my vet usually does. Very happy. Make sure you have documentation of rabies vaccine when you go.

Staff was bothered I needed help finding an item for my dog. Minimal stocked items. Extremely expensive&way over priced. Feel they take advantage of pet lovers heart strings....would much rather support a smaller store and get double for my fur babies.

the vet/clinic portion of petco is always awesome and the vet answers all my questions whenever we come for our puppy's flea/tick and heartworm meds. it saves us SO much money to just go this route than the traditional vet trip! and the customer service and groomers is excellent as well! great place to bring your pets ????

Recently moved to town. This location is very clean, well organized and has very friendly and helpful staff!

Usually have want I came in for. Employees are helpful and when they don't know an answer will look for an employee who can.

It is my choice as to whether I wear a mask or not. Having one of your associates become rude to me, demanding I put a mask on as it is a policy, then it is a law, which it is not as the governor of VA DID state that anyone who has a medical condition, which I do, does not have to wear a mask. Then when I went to ring up my purchases, she would lean over far enough to scan my items then step back, bringing her hands against her body, once done asked if I wanted my receipt, handed it to me then stepped back. I had 3 bags of feline and one of guinea pig food, plus a toy, so it would of been nice to have had it put in a bag. No, your associate only looked at me. So NO I won't be coming back to shop and you can count on me also explaining to my friends why.

One of the employees stocking the shelves went out of his way to check stock in the back for me, aquatics section was very helpful, and cashier was very friendly. 5/5 star customer service.

Nice to have a pet store in the community other than Walmart. Petco is a little pricey but they have everything I need typically. The staff here is friendly as well.

It was quick and easy with the curbside pickip! Was super convenient to not have to bring my newborn and toddler through the store to shop.

They always have what i want. The team seems to be polite and helpful most trips. My only issue is aquarium items tebd to not be priced or in the wrong locations. I purchased an item that had a tag for 19.99. I knew it couldn't be correct and i was right. It was over 50.00. They just need a double check. It's not the first time.
