A wonderful first time visit to the vet for me and my cat. Everything was presented professionally and clearly from price discussion to lab results. I was able to be in the room with my pet 90% of the time due to the smooth process. Everything was handled very quick and I felt like my pet was also handled with care. I even got a tutorial on how to give my cat his pills. Definitely recommend!

Love the drs and staff there. Wouldn't trust my babies to any one else!

Dr Lee seem to take very good care of Mama Duke she shared her opinion and put my mind at rest I would still like to be able to go in with Mama Duke but I understand why we can't

The Animal Center is such a great place to take your fur babies. They love the animals. They are so kind and compassionate whether you’re bringing in a new family member or trying to help an elderly one be as comfortable as possible. They are very good at explaining everything you need to know about treatment. I really can’t say enough about them. Every doctor there is absolutely fantastic. I highly recommend them!!!

I was unable to find a vet clinic willing to see my pet on an emergency visit until I called the animal clinic. Not only were they willing to see her as an emergency walk in but they were very caring and professional.

Best veterinarian I've been to. They are so friendly and they care so much about the animals. My dog loves going to The Animal Center. I highly recommend giving them a try. Your pet will thank you.

I've never had a cat before and we recently rescued a small kitten. I called a different vet and the girl who answered the phone was really annoyed at my questions and then placed me on an eternal hold. I didn't wait and instead called The Animal Center. Regina answered the phone and was so very kind and walked me through everything that I needed to do and what to expect at our visit. At our visit on 12/16/21 the entire staff were excellent. All kind and welcoming and informative. Really educated me on a few things and their incredible Paw Plan payment system makes it all easy and affordable. So if you're a new pet parent and don't know where to start as I didn't or you're wanting a new place that will act with respect and love your baby then I highly recommend you try e Animal Center.

Our family had to temporarily relocate to Zachary from New Orleans a week after Hurricane Ida and The Animal Center boarded our American Bully with no problems. They updated all of her shots and noticed that she had an ear infection and treated her for that as well. When we had to extend her stay a few more days they were more than accommodating. Definitely would recommend.

My husband brought our fur baby to see them yesterday. He was so thrilled with the treatment of our fur baby and the staff. We have definitely found her care provider. Thank you so much for your kindness.

The Animal Center is a Great place for all kinds of animals. All of the staff are friendly, knowledgeable and love the animals big and small.

I couldn’t be anymore happier with the service and attention that they gave to my sick little Brody. I tried getting him in to see my regular vet but after explaining what was going on with my baby they didn’t think it was bad enough to squeeze him in for an appointment. So I frantically started calling other vets offices and the Animal Center staff were so amazing and fit my baby in within 30 minutes! The staff were so friendly and supportive. The dr was amazing and explained everything in detail. I felt like my little guy was in the best hands and they proved that to me and now have my business for my babies life. They do not charge insane amounts and even if they did I would still go nowhere else. I trust them and am so grateful for the dr who took care of my baby and for the staff who graciously got my baby in so quickly. I’m afraid I would have lost him if they wouldn’t have. Now with the correct medication and knowledge given to me on how to take care of such itty bitty babies, my little Brody is thriving and doing well. I cannot be more thankful or more grateful for this. In my opinion, this is the best place to bring your pets. I love what they bring and what they stand for. I just can’t say enough positive things.

Dr. Danielle treated us with compassion when we lost one of our dogs to cancer. They kept our cat for weeks while we renovated our house. They're just good people, on top of being competent vets.

Dr. St. Romaine came out to our house to help with a horse that we figured would not make it. He came out again before he went home on a Friday evening to work with the horse again. Our horse survived a very bad case of colic who without Dr. St. Romaine would not have survived. He is very professional and very caring of the animal he is treating and also the owners, in this case, a very upset 14 year old girl. He will always be the vet I call to take care of our horse. We Love Him!!!!

Professional friends performing a great reliable job in helping to care for Drago. They were very responsive to our emergency needs with quality and valuable service. We also received valuable information concerning Drago’s condition and how to care for him.

The staff was very knowledgeable about our concerns. First, when I entered the young lady said hello Ms. Levier and mentioned how much they care about our dog snuggles. The other young lady (Angell) spoke to me several times on the phone regarding snuggles condition and the assistance he would need so politely and caring. So please, thank the staff for their warm and caring attitude everytime we are needing to visit. Keep up the Awesome work.

My recent visit at the Animal Center was amazing! This was my first time going and I couldn’t be any more satisfied! The staff is amazing, friendly and kind. We saw Jason St. Romain he was very professional, attentive and very knowledgeable about our puppy. I’m soo glad we chose them!

Although Kaiya never likes for us to leave her, we were well pleased with leaving her in your care. However, we are still concerned about the the virus or bacteria that she still has after a year of treatment for it.
