One of their employee was so rude to me… I was paying for my order and she told me don’t use your finger on the screen use the pen instead but another customer in front of me used her finger to complete the transaction. The tone in which she spoke to me was so rude..

Great customer service and large selection of items. Staff were friendly and very helpful!

My dog a Maltese had a grooming appointment with Kate H. Kate left the store. Since she is not there Jules did the grooming to Pluto to . After Pluto came back home we saw he was bleeding from the neck. Then we found multiple cuts on neck, chin, chest & back. I’m very angry. We will not taking Pluto in that Sterling store or any other PetSmart stores for grooming.

Horrible service. PetSmart calls me just 1 hour before the appointment to cancel my dog's appointment, because the person who takes care of him cannot come today. Well, for a serious company, they should just inform me that they had to change groomers because the other one can't come today, but not! Last time I took my dog there, he left the same way he came in, with just a little perfume to disguise it. No more PetSmart!

We were here at 5pm on Friday night (Nov 12) and the cashier was just delightful. I didn't catch this young man's name but he was super friendly and helpful and seemed genuinely interested in the dog we are picking up tomorrow. He made the whole experience great.

They over price everything....but " At what price can you put convenience " ????

The staff are always nice and generally most things are in stock, or at least something comparable is. Always clean and organized, so it's easy to find what I need.

Purchased a hamster here for the first time this past June. Khadijah was very knowledgeable and helpful, and the young lady I frequently check out with is always warm and friendly. The staff here have always been eager to help.

Went in and bought two cat carriers that required assembly. Caleb was gracious enough to offer to put them together for me when I asked if someone would possibly be able to help me with that. I sincerely appreciated his time, effort and patience - outstanding young man! Thank you, Caleb!

I enjoy shopping here for the friendly service and the solid products they carry. Sometimes, though, they're out of the specific items my cat likes.

We shopped here for supplies for our dog. We are more impressed with the vet that's associated on site. They are very professional and take very good care of the pets. We recently had to put down our dog and they showed compassion and professionalism throughout his sickness and ultimate death. They called a few days later to check on us as they remembered our dog's personality and he grew on them too. Highly recommend! We'll definitely use them if we choose to get another pet or just may stop by to say hi from time to time.

I mean, it's a big box pet store. The selection is pretty solid for most of the things that you're after, they have the cat litter I want, and everything else. The staff is generally quite polite, and very capable if you have questions or concerns.

Good store, the only issue I had was wrong tags on items. I grabbed 2 items thing I'm paying about $40 however at the register I end up paying $55.

Very big and clean store

The staff is courteous and helpful. The shelves are well stocked. All the animal cages were clean and the animals appeared healthy (I'm not a vet., I can only go by shiny coat and no eye goopies) and well fed. The prices are to be expected for a name brand chain store.

Really rude women in their grooming center. My husband mentioned it to me when he has been there before but today even I experienced it. Maybe it's the pandemic but if they're in customer service and especially working with such cute dogs, one would expect them to be more courteous and polite if not friendly. Never coming back here.

Store is good overall, but I wish their app was better. I would love to use curbside pickup, but the app never seems to be accurate with what's actually available in store.

A bit overpriced, but good products.
