Old Mill has been our vet for years for all of our animals but never for boarding as we tended to use places a bit closer to us in Sterling. Our dog always went in and came home anxious from the local places. We boarded him one weekend at Old Mill this summer and noticed how relaxed he was coming out (aside from the usual excitement to see us). We then started boarding him there more and he was just happier/less stressed. We were already sold on Old Mill being our number 1 choice but what really sealed the deal was when we were dropping him off a few weeks ago. We had a late start due to work meetings running long and we had a plane to catch. We called ahead to get most of the check in done so that we could just drop him off and run. Not only was the phone check in super easy but we arrived to find 2 employees standing outside on the curb to greet us and grab his stuff and him so that we could head right to airport with minimal delays. It was such a great extra special touch! We picked him up after a long weekend, he smelled great after his bath and was totally relaxed. Well done Old Mill. We will never board him anywhere else.

Boarded our 2 dogs here for the first time last week and our experience was wonderful! The staff is so kind and caring and you can call to check on your pets at anytime. My sister has been using Old Mill for her pets for years and spoke very highly of them. I now see why!

My groomer Nicki is absolutely fantastic ! She's very nice & i enjoy talking to her . She's great with my older golden retriever boy . The employees there r very nice as well . Grooming prices r reasonable . Very nice place . ????

We began using Old Mill because we were able to board our two pugs together which is less stressful for them. Very helpful and accommodating place.

We're on our 3rd set of dogs that have been going here. They have cameras in the play areas so your crazy wife can constantly check on the dogs.

Excellent kind groomer - Raini. Raini takes wonderful care of our two german shepherds and standard poodle!! Wonderful support staff also.

Have been clients there since 2007. Great folks who take care of our dog. He enjoys going there and is treated well. We use the hospital for medical care and the boarding and grooming services. They always do a great job. Highly recommend them.

We have used Old Mill since mid 1990. We call it going to "camp". Our dogs love it. Old Mill monitors the dogs closely and is quick to call if there is the slightest issue. The team there is very caring and professional. We recommend them highly!

Excellent staff and exceptional quality customer service.

They really care about your pets. Shaq is treated like one of the family. With Covid they have a very easy curbside check in. The doctor communicates with you easily by phone. They don't suggest needless tests for your pet. We've been very pleased here.

Based on the reactions from our dogs, they must be great with pets. Our dogs are always excited to be there for grooming. Sometimes, they're so excited, they try to run in the back before the groomer is even ready to take them. The staff is always pleasant and quick to welcome you.
