Olde Towne Pet Resort Sterling, Virginia

We’ve used both their boarding and their grooming! They did a beautiful job grooming our husky, and take genuine care of our dogs. Our dogs are very anxious when not with us so we received several calls and pictures letting us know how they were doing while boarding. I also appreciate that I was able to give names for my in laws to be able to pick them up!

This place is amazing. Not only was my fur baby WELL taken care of, his grooming was exceptional. We will only take him to Olde Towne Pet Resort going forward.

Have taken foxy here two times and they a were great the first time yet this time they charged the wrong card when I stated that I needed to remove it. suddenly they cannot charge the correct one after charging half the bill on the correct card. ON TOP OF THIS, my dog has been throwing up and has yellow diarrhea. We gave the facility food for 10 days and she was given 5 days of food (when my dog was there for 8 days). Was she under fed? Why is she still sick? Why is the wrong card getting charged when I provided the correct information and was charged 600? NONE of this happened the first time.

***Update*** We left Chuck for the night, he did well, slept well, I know because I stalked my dog on the webcam they provided for us in one of their very roomy suites. They have my vote for best dog boarding! We went in for a tour for our old dog that can't participate in group play and the staff was super friendly, very accommodating of our old non group play dog. We set him up for a test run overnight stay tonight, I feel confident and comfortable leaving my old boy in the care of these wonderful people. I'll give it 5 stars if everything goes ok with his overnighter.

Professional and friendly, I forgot the dog food at home and running late, they don't mind to make arrangements for the feeding.Thank you.

From a dog mom whose husky is her child: My husky has stayed at Olde Towne Dulles over the last few months. At first, there were a few hiccups, which the director of the facility responded to professionally. My dog is there right now while I’m on vacation and I couldn’t wait until getting home to write this! Little fluff is a PICKY eater as all huskies are. She is 6 years old and I have struggled to get her to eat consistently at home. My childhood husky did the same thing. Olde Towne noticed my dog wasn’t eating, called me, and offered to put pumpkin, chicken, and cheese in her food! They even asked me what TYPE of cheese my dog likes! I just got a call from a caretaker who said my dog turned her nose at the pumpkin (sassy pants). And then she sat in the run with my fluff while my dog gobbled up the food I sent with the chicken on it. I feel so grateful for Olde Towne’s efforts since my husky is probably the pickiest dog I have ever seen! Mind you, I worked at a dog hotel in high school and college. I also hear my dog is making many friends in day camp and the resort texted me a photo of her smiling face! If you want to go away knowing your fur child is safe and cared for, let them stay at Old Towne!

5 Stars does not do this place justice! I have a timid Chow/Shepherd mix and the staff treats her as one of their own and take the time to work through her anxiety. They are immediately responsive to any questions i have and the update photo's put me at ease while we're away on vacation knowing that she's having a great time! I've never felt relaxed leaving my dog anywhere but Olde Towne!

We weren't able to board our dog here due to scheduling, but we got a detailed tour and the staff was very professional and courteous. The facility was very well designed and built, and this would be the first place I choose the next time I have to board my dog. There were other boarding facilities nearby, but they were by far inferior to this one.

Great job. It was very peaceful to transition my kid to college and have peace with the pups being cared for. Staff was prompt about every thing. Thank you again!

I never like for my dog to be without me or someone in my family, so I was pretty nervous about leaving him for a week to go on vacation. I was actually able to relax and enjoy my vacation though knowing my dog was at Olde Towne with people I know love dogs as much as I do. All the Olde Towne employees genuinely enjoy the work they do and caring for people’s pets. I think where you really get your money’s worth is not from the big suites, cleanliness, added services and activities, but from the incredible treatment of your pets by all the employees.

Dulles location was spacious and clean with an awesome staff. Our kittens didn't want to leave...Lol. Would definitely go back!

This place could be great if they sorted out their reservation system. I've had reservations for my dog cancelled twice in the last month, sometimes on the day of. This is despite having the reservations in the system for over a week on each occasion.

Stephani was so helpful over the phone! She helped me reserve my spot for my babies and get them all settled, she was super efficient and so polite! I loved talking with her, I’m excited to drop my babies off here knowing they’ll be well taken care of. Thank you again Stephani! If your supervisors see this then y’all better reward her for her outstanding performance!

This pet resort was quite clean and did not smell like a million pets. The members of staff were quite professional yet friendly enough and in tune with our concerns as a first time client. This definitely helped to relieve the stress. We also loved the option of checking in on our pet via the webcam and the update the sent. I think our cat also enjoyed herself as we have received no complaints ????. Thanks guys!

My sister's dog (which I call my "neice") has been coming to Olde Towne Pet Resort for about a year now for day camp and overnight boarding and she enjoys it. The resort is very clean and the staff is very professional and friendly. They offer a variety of pet services that other pet resorts do not; so that has been a plus. If you are looking for a place to take your fur baby just for a day. I would definitely recommend Olde Towne Pet Resort any day.

We were so nervous to drop our little baby Vivian off with Olde Towne Pet Resort, but the experience exceeded our expectations. They were amazing, responsive and Vivian was very happy!! We will definitely use them again!

Really poor customer service. After 5 visits, there was an incident with my dog, and they just blamed her for being aggressive. No previous incident reported and when I questioned why they were so adamant to give her a second chance All the sudden magically some concerns comments were added to her report. And then, they recommend that the dog instructor should evaluate her, after of which "shockingly" it was recommended that she stay in a private suite because she was not suitable to stay with all the dogs (even if she never had any issue with any dog, and the incident didn't involve a dog at all) short story I went from 35 dollars day camp to a 95 dollar a day stay. No Way! Hate when they labeled a sweet dog as an aggressive dog, when she respond after feel treated.

We take our dog to day camp about once a week just to give him some real exercise outside of walking. He always comes home so worn out and happy as a clam. He just stayed overnight for 5 nights and did day camp everyday. We got a picture of him about halfway through, he got a bath, and came home clean and tired (exactly how we like it!) will be boarding with them in the future and continuing day camp.

Good place. Kind to my pup. It was a first for him and he loved it. Was clean, exhausted and content. Plan on using them more in the future.

If you love and care for your pet, you'll take them to Olde Towne Pet Resort (they're worth EVERY single penny)!! The entire staff is awesome and they make sure that your pet gets the same groomer. If they see that your pet isn't comfortable, THEY make adjustments and get another groomer that your pet is comfortable with. We L❤VE this place and so does our Bruno!

The staff here is super friendly. The facility is nice and clean. I took the tour and saw dogs enjoying in the play area. They have a variety of suits for your pet, one that suits your needs and wallet. Grooming for my pet was excellent. I will definitely go back.

Our pup always looks amazing after her grooms with George! All of the staff recognize her when she comes in and they give her lots of love.
