Very nice people. Easy curbside pick up.

Good store. Their website made ordering difficult two days ago.

Wonderful staff. The only bad thing I've noticed is the horned worms are stacked in a way they suffocate to death. I noticed today it seems that issue was hopefully remedied with new packaging and set up.

Ava's visit went well. She was happy to see her mom though. Love her very much❤

I was on hold for 18 minutes with grooming. No one ever picked up. I tried three times throughout the day. Does anyone answer the phone there? I tried calling the main number......again, no one answered. Not very good business ethicst. They've just lost a customer.

This location is wonderful. Staff is friendly and store is clean. Grooming team goes above and beyond. Chloe is the nicest person to my sweet but nervous pup. My dog is excited to see Chloe but hates the loud sounds. Chloe takes her time to not overwhelm my girl and comfort her to lessen her nerves. Chloe is a God send and Petco is lucky to have her.

Needs to improve customer service

Took our 18 month Corgi to be bathed and shedded. Chloe checked him in, asking about his vaccinations, etc. She listened as we explained about an allergy he has, and took note that we did not want him sprayed with cologne. She did a great job with him. He looked great with his new svelte, shedded body! And best of all, he seemed no worse for the wear! He took a little power nap afterwards, then was ready to play and go about his day. We will take him back to see Chloe.

The prices were great, the sales were even better!

We call it "Petco-landia". Our dog likes to do a quick run thru like she works there and then go home. Lol. But no, they always have her food in stock, the staff is great and her groomers never disappoint.

The staff at this store is very helpful and friendly. I had a pet fish that I needed to surrender and Petco was the only store willing to take it in. I wish I didn't have to surrender the fish, but I was thankful they took it.

Took my 2 corgis waffles and pancake in for their first groom! Chloe did a great job! Their teeth, ears, and nails look great! They feel so soft!

Honestly the quality has gone down. Most of the end caps and displays are poorly maintained and you can tell the store has seen better days. Also not much in the way of reptile foods, no live crickets or anything of that nature. The fish section was alright and clean but not great for anything aside from beginner level. The adoption displays are nice and hopefully the animals find forever homes with this but with the level of customer service the store provides I don't think it would be inviting to people to come in. The location is not great by any means. It's near a home depot and a giant so I guess the foot traffic is a little better? But dollar for dollar I would say you're better off finding a small business or a petsmart in this area. It was pretty easy to leave this place a one star.

I found exactly what I needed and more, well stocked, clean, and very friendly and helpful staff. Will be back! Our baby was very happy with his goodies.

Pretty faces, haha, really the good service and fun we had picking out our pet ferret. Plus the online price matching really helped us.

I went to a Petco a little outside my area and they had two ball pythons housed in the same incloser, one of which had part of its tail missing and it looked like it was resent.

Although I did not witness the mistreatment of my pup, I did see a small dog mistreated during a grooming appointment. I was horrified. I will not use their services again.

I was getting upset with petco and if Tom the groomer would have left I would not have been back BUT this time~~ you had enough employees to help and they were all so polite, helpful and acted happy to be there!!! I was so happy~ my OLD Petco is back and I will be too!!!!! *****

I buy food for the dog and take her for grooming and they do a wonderful job.
