Aquia Grooming Stafford, Virginia

We looked around in the Fredericksburg/Stafford area for a Pet Groomer. We took a chance on Aquia Pet Groomers and they did a very poor job with our Standard Poodle. My wife brought her back home and I can’t even tell she has been washed and dried properly. On top of it, my wife had to wait four hours and then they couldn’t follow instructions. My wife asked them to just clip her bang so it wouldn’t be in her eyes. They cut it so bad my dog looks like a mutant dog. Smh, it’s one thing to have quantity in business but quality is so much more important. If you value your money you put in your pet, please take them to All Fur Pet Grooming in Fredericksburg VA, the best groomers in the area. The only reason we didn’t take our poodle is because they were booked up. We learned a valuable lesson and won’t make that mistake again.

They are amazing I take my pitbull and puggle to them they hate getting there nails done but Kat and her staff always make it easy on the dogs and us the staff are very friendly and take there time with each pup

$165 for a full groom of a cat. I paid $200 for a full groom w/ sedation at the last place I used. I was not asked how I wanted him cut so that was disappointing. I waited 15 min at the front before someone came up there, interesting experience. I don't think I will return.

They are scammers, They are operating without a license. Do not take your dog to this place.

Based on all the positive reviews we were expecting a great experience but unfortunately it was the opposite for us. We booked our dogs appointment a week in advance and dropped her off right at her appointment time (when the store opens) at 9am and they didn’t start grooming her until 12:45 when I called to check on her status. That means they didn’t start grooming her at her appointment time and has been sitting around for hours. On top of all that they were extremely rude when we came to pick her up. So unprofessional. We will not be taking our golden retriever back here.

They always do a great job at taking care of our dog. Small shop and lovely workers, you can tell that they genuinely love dogs more than anything else. Sundays are explicitly scheduled and reserved for cats. They have an online reservation method but if you need an earlier date, they'll work with you. Awesome service, would truly recommend everybody but I don't want them to be overworked so y'all go somewhere else, we'll keep this gem ???? to ourselves.

Very friendly and helpful staff. They did more than what was asked. Not only did they clean my dog very well, but they played with him and made sure he was happy. $60 for a clean happy dog and peace of mind is worth it to me.

OMG they gave me 2 Dogs that were not mine. My dogs have been there for 7hrs and are not done after I paid. Never again. They overbooked and cannot keep up. Poor business.

This is the only place we'll take our Lokie to. He is an Amstaff/Lab mix and just over 70 pounds. He always comes out looking fabulous! Kat and the staff are very accommodating and friendly. We know our boy is in good hands at Aquia Grooming.

First experience with Aquia Grooming,I took my long haired Calico in whom was in desperate need of a good grooming, Cat rose above and beyond for Delilia(my cat) and I,Bless Delilia"s heart but she isn"t the most easiest cat to deal with. Thank you Cat Good Job!

Today was my Pomeranian’s second time at the groomer, first time at Aqua Grooming. Kat was so great with him, and the whole staff was friendly and professional. My dog had a terrible experience at his first groomer and it actually sent him to the vet. We’re excited that we found a great groomer that we can trust! We’ll be coming back monthly (:

Amazing costumer service and they always get him done quick

I took my long hair chihuahua here for the first time. He has never been to a groomer and I was terrified how he would act because he is very timid. Aquia grooming took amazing care of him. I was sent updates on how he was doing and also received images with his update. Kat took amazing care of my fur baby, I couldnt recommend more!! By the end of grooming my dog Oakley was super affectionate with the groomer which he never is with strangers. Well done!

I've been taking our chihuahuas here for the past few years. We have/had long hair chihuahuas, and we just do a summer cut every year. Aquia Grooming has friendly staff and does a great job. They were even able to cut our one chihuahua who's really skiddish and snappy. Turn-around time is just a few hours and the cuts look great.
