There is no better place for your pooch! Mine is 150 pound Great Dane Arlo. Arlo is family at Dogtopia - he loves going to daycare and also loves boarding. And he comes home relaxed and ready to nap! A win Win!! Thanks to Kevis and Ashley and the whole Dogtopia Springfield Team!! None better!!

My dog has fun! She gets socialized to new people and dogs, convenient location and hours, boarding and grooming are available, friendly, caring staff, and it’s a great way for my young dog to get the exercise she needs while I work.

Kevin really has the best customer service award ever. I was really in a bind and he pulled through. I definitely would recommend them.

My puppy LITERALLY pees herself with excitement to go to daycare (sorry everyone that has ever cleaned up Bev’s pee). She is a bit on the timid/nervous side and a total velcro dog, but the amazing people at Dogtopia have helped her come out of her shell. Bonus: she loves the Vet now because she thinks it’s daycare. They really pay attention to dog behavior and it shows. Such love and care from every single employee here. I think Beverly loves Kevin, Fareshta and the rest of the team more than she loves me…

My pup just start his first day a couple days ago and I'm in love. The staff is amazing. They are all very welcoming and professional. My puppy Rocky comes home happy and exhausted from playing all day. I wanted him to get socialized with other dogs and people and so far things have been great. They have taken great care Rocky! :)

Robbie is an amazing groomer and our dog bounds out of the car when he realizes he’s about to see him. He gives the perfect cut every time. We have boarded here as well and love being able to see the live feed of the play area. They also give a card with details about the stay which mentions which dog(s) he had the most fun playing with. It really shows they are paying attention and interacting with the pack and making sure everyone is having fun, having good manners, and getting breaks too.

Dogtopia of Springfield is amazing. Our pup is a bit socially anxious and they are wonderful with him. He gets so excited when he realizes he’s going to daycare and I know it’s because they treat him so well (plus they are the only people he will allow to give him a bath and cut his nails!). Everyone there is friendly and so helpful and really make him and us feel welcome. Thank you, Dogtopia of Springfield!

I love dogtopia of Springfield! They always take such good care of my dogs and give them back clean and happy. I have two rough coat collies and I’m always amazed how much better their de shedding is than our past experiences at Petco groomers. And they don’t charge as much as Petco!

Take your puppy HERE ☝????! Dogtopia is pet a owner's dream come true and a dog paradise. The staff truly care about dogs and take care of your pooch just as you would expect. The front desk staff is outstanding and the cameras in the doggy areas always show the dogs receiving great care. I HIGHLY recommend Dogtopia.

I tell ya, Dogtopia is a week oiled machine... So far we have pursued doggie daycare, boarding, and grooming services - all of which were stellar. The staff is incredibly courteous and professional. Groomer is amazing and really tries his best to accommodate your requests. Everyone there treats your pup(s) like their own. Great place - highly recommend!!

Personable, individualized, patient, and loving care from everyone! We have been daycare and boarding customers of Dogtopia Springfield for almost 4 years and can’t imagine Ziggy anywhere else.

We moved to the area about a year ago and started boarding our senior dog every few months at this Dogtopia. At first, we had nothing but stellar experiences. Then, there must have been a change in management or staff or something because our last two boarding experiences were not great and absolutely awful, in that order. I cannot recommend this facility, nor will my dog return. Last time we dropped her off, 2 weeks ago for a 3 night stay, I left very specific instructions for time sensitive medications she receives daily. When we picked her up, she hadn’t been given her meds one of the days at all! The manager basically gave me an “oops we forgot, you should probably check her at the vet if there’s a problem” and that’s it. Full price stay, nothing but a lame excuse for not doing their job - i.e. caring for my dog as advertised. This could be a great facility with the right staff, but as it is managed now, I would absolutely recommend you look elsewhere if you want peace of mind while you board your furry family.

Staff really loves dogs and the place is always super clean. Amber the owner is simply amazing.

My dogs just had their first day of daycare and I was really impressed. There are three different rooms so they can separate the dogs by size and temperament. Each dog gets its own crate for an afternoon nap. You can watch your dog via webcam. You can have grooming services done while they're in daycare too! The staff was really helpful and clearly explained everything to me and gave me a tour. They even sent home a daily report card like I used to get from my kids' daycare! It was easy to book a return visit with the app.

Thank you Robbie for being so accommodating with Lincoln's recent grooming appointment! I know he probably wasn't your easiest:) Appreciate your candid communication and professionalism! And thank you Dogtopia for loving on my greyhounds when they come in for their nail clippings. And Amber Marie for Starman Ruler's spa bath some years back.

We couldn't be happier with the staff and the care they give our pups. The staff is always friendly and helpful and are sensitive to our pup's wants and needs.

Our poor guy is hacking and puking all over the place. The vet says that it is kennel cough. The first night that I had him home he puked while we were on a walk and I figured that it was due to separation issues after being away for a week. Nope. What bothers me now is, that a woman was having three dogs evaluated for boarding when I collected our guy and two were pups. I will now have to social distance within my home from him. Logic would dictate that certain boarding practices or procedures are prone to create ideal environments for increasing the potential for exposure to illnesses. This is food for thought when selecting the type of setting and environment that you wish to leave your family pet in. From what I read, there are other ways to contract kennel cough but he hasn't been around other dogs since arriving home. Other than this, we liked the ability to have visual access to him and see him socialize.

I have a 10 month puppy pug that I’ve brought in a couple of times. We also just boarded him for 4 days. My puppy has extreme separation anxiety as I’ve been working from home since I got him. The second we pull up to the parking lot he’s running to get out of the car because he loves it there so much. When he’s at daycare, he is running around playing and doesn’t look sad at all. There has been times where I come to pick him up and he actually wants to go back inside. They have cameras which really helps me because I also get very anxious leaving him. they have nap time for the pups and the feed him his lunch as well. When I peep the cameras the trainers are always so sweet to the dogs, you can tell that they really care. My little guy came home with a small scratch, which is completely normal if he’s playing with other dogs, and I could smell the ointment that they put over his scratch. Overall very satisfied with the care that he gets.

I can't say enough good things about the staff and this wonderful place. My dog LOVED her first day and can't wait to go back!! Being able to see her play on the Webcam was icing on the cake!!!

You know I really wanted to like this place but nearly every time we've taken our dog there she came home sick. The first time, she got bronchitis and developed a terrible cough but was just a puppy so we chalked it up to her just still having a growing immune system. The second time, she got giardia which can easily be transmitted and the vet said there seemed to be an outbreak in our general area last summer so we cut them a break again. But now, a third time, and she's got bronchitis and a nasty cough again. She's played with lots of neighborhood dogs, dogs out and about at breweries and dog parks, and has been to a different daycare (in Richmond) and has had zero problems. Only when she comes here she gets sick. So, I can only conclude that their cleaning and sanitization process here is vastly inadequate. Beware your day at daycare might end up costing you hundreds in vet bills and a lot of lost sleep.

I was nervous about bringing Levi in- but as soon as we walked in, we were greeted by 2 very friendly employees. Everyone has been so friendly and I loved watching the dogs play and the interaction with the staff and the dogs on the playroom cams. I will definitely recommend Dogtopia of Springfield to friends and I’m looking forward to bringing Levi in again! Thank you!

We really appreciated the text update on Luna with a couple of adorable pictures from the March Madness picture day. She's a Labrador Retriever, so pretty happy most places, but undoubtedly she's well-looked after there and happy to be with the other dogs. She smelled great after her bath as well.

Staff was so kind and went the extra mile to ensure my dog Charlie had a great time boarding while I was out of town. He LOVES going here and is so well cared for!

I absolutely love Dogtopia and so does Bella! All the staff there are super fun and friendly. They take great care of my Bella and make sure all the pooches there have tons of fun with bubbles , special treat days and picture day. Dogtopia is always my place for daycare or boarding.

Friendly staff has helped keep my dog out of trouble. He is a very energetic 3 year old and spends most of the day running around with the other dogs and dogtopia staff. He needs attention throughout the day and we've found it here.
