Reserved Barking Springfield, Virginia

Our little guy, Teddy, could not love this place more!! The staff is so welcoming and not only do they make Teddy love daycare, they also provide me daily updates to ease this crazy dog-mom’s mind! Such a fantastic place, would recommend to anyone!!

Our Meg went to Reserved Barking in Springfield for the first time today. She went in happy and came out happy. Tony and others there made her feel very welcome and she went willingly to play. We received a detailed written report of her first day when we picked her up and she’s one tired pup tonight. Her evaluation day was no charge for us which is a special treat and allowed us to tour DC knowing she was happy and cared for. We also felt good that they check each dogs vet records. Meg will be going back tomorrow. What a special service.

Our dog loves going to daycare here. The place is very clean, has lots of room for the dogs to play, and the staff cares very deeply about the dogs. Additionally, staff is very friendly and professional. What stands out the most is, the staff really takes the time to get to know you and your dog, so they can provide the best experience for you and your puppy!

Even as an employee, I was a nervous dog mom brining in my dog for an evaluation. They took great care of my pup and he was tuckered out when he came home.

While my dog was at daycare and boarding she was apparently bit in the ear the ear by another dog. Not only did they not address the situation and call me they tried to not say anything about it when we picked her up. I luckily noticed all the blood on her ear and asked about it. They refused to give me the dogs information or vaccine status who bit her. The manager was complete unprofessional stating I didn’t receive a call because she did not know about it. Another failure on their part. I understand things happen at daycare and that is not the issue what is the issue is they didn’t call and we’re not even going to tell me about it. Not a place you want to trust with your fur babies as clearly their best interest is not a concern of them.

This place is awesome, people are awesome, they took my hyperactive pupper in as one of their own... unfortunately my little one’s temperament outgrew his welcome and was kicked out. The year there was perfect and I hold nothing against them. Please bring your fur babies here if you work or live near the area.

I have a frenchie that because he wasn't spaded they would not take him . My friends dog is not spaded but they take his dog, maybe because he takes him alot, is it more about the money or the dog. Not Fair

Reserved Barking is wonderful! I have been bringing my puppy here since he was 4 months old. They keep him playing all day in daycare so that at home he is completely knocked out (much to the delight of the older dogs in the house). They have been great to send me pictures, give me email updates, and even keep his little puppy teeth for me ???? Could not more highly recommend Reserved Barking!

This place is a joke. I would call it a company, but that word doesn't fit for this establishment. Employees are overworked, get attacked, with little to no compensation, the managers don't care about the pets, much less the employees. Safety, dog and employee safety, health for both, fair work for all, etc, doesn't apply here. The receptionists show up to work late, certain employees are falling asleep on the job making it harder for others, and is also dangerous for both. The list goes on and I simply cannot understand what type of business you are running! This place is a complete joke and I don't understand how you can treat people and clients' animals in such a negligent manner. I'm surprised if no one has sued you! You should be shut down!

Great staff and wonderful place for my large breed dog. We just moved here from Tennessee where we had a huge backyard and tons of dog parks. I love there is some outdoor space at this location so he can take advantage of nice weather days. He comes home happy and completely exhausted, and hopefully has made some new friends.

Sidney did a great job grooming my mini schnauzer. I was very pleased with the result.

Took our pup there yesterday for his evaluation. He loved it. Everyone was nice and we’ll definitely go back.

I have tried different places and nothing compares to Reserved Barking. My dog loves their staff and always ready to go and play. I am very happy with the Fullerton Rd location.

My 1.5 year old puggle (pug/beagle) has been going to Reserved Barking since the end of August (2018). To say she loves it is an understatement. When we get there she scratches at the door to go back to the play area. And most times when we leave, I have to coax her out the door. The staff are attentive and it is clear that they love what they do. They treat every dog that walks in like they’ve been best friends for a long time. The screening process is thorough and put me at ease with not only making sure all dogs are up to date on shots and vaccinations; but also that they have the right temperament for daycare. When my pup is there, she plays hard and the staff is very cognizant of her pug side since they can get overheated and sometimes need a bit of extra attention. I really like that they they are a local business and not just another chain. They earned my trust on day 1, and it has only grown since then; Reserved Barking knows what they’re doing and does it well.

Friendly staff and the grooming was nicely done. Our collie needed a full service groom and an extra blow out because of excess fur. We were pleased with the result! Ask for Sydney.

The staff was excellent and my dogs seemed happy after their day at Reserved Barking. One of my dogs is quite timid and very fearful of crates, but they didn’t force him in and allowed him time to adjust. I will be returning to board my dogs in the future.

Love this place. My dog is not aggressive shes a barker but not aggressive. Petsmart had her one visit and determined her as aggressive so she was not allowed to board. So i searched and found this place they took her in and loved her. She goes in and comes out happy. So I say Thank you! Never a problem and shes stayed here several times since.

We bring our dog Kali to Reserved Barking in Springfield for doggy day care several times a week. She loves it! She plays all day and sleeps very well at night. The staff are wonderful. It is obvious how much they are "dog people." They really bond with the dogs and take great care of them. We've been taking Kali for over a year now and plan to do so as long as we live here!

Reserved Barking is Top Dog in our opinion! The people who work there are definitely dog people, they are super friendly and are always glad to see us come in. Check them out...you and your pup will be happy!

Best doggie day care ever! Reserved Barking facilities are clean and they offer a safe environment for all dogs. The staff are friendly and extremely professional. Spartacus enjoys his time at Reserved Barking, especially the out door play area.

Love this place! My 8 mos old puppy was a bit hesitant at first, but after only a few days, he now leads the way to get inside. Every employee I have met so far seems to love what they are doing. I appreciated the detailed evaluation they gave my dog on his first visit, and their recommendations were fair (if they were after money - they could have recommended he come "every day for improved socialization skills", but they were honest and said two days a week would help.) Their prices are fair and I love the fact that he gets to spend so much time playing outside when the weather is nice. I was hesitant after visiting a different doggie daycare, but this place was different from the start! Highly recommend!
