I am so happy to have found Patricia Dee’s Pet Grooming. I was so nervous about taking my cat to get groomed, as he’s never been groomed before, but Patricia and her husband were so incredibly gentle with him and were able to get him through the entire process. I was amazed! I will definitely be using Patricia Dee’s pet grooming again.

The care was wonderful. My dog can be nervous- ut was very happy and calm with the care.

I would definitely recommend this place. They did such a good job!!! My dog had a previous negative experience with another groomer so he became really aggressive and would snap at people. I tried other groomers and all of them wouldn’t take him in because of his behavior. I’m so glad I found them. They worked really quickly, their shop was clean, and they were able to manage my dogs behavior and best of all my dog didn’t leave the shop trembling or aggressive

Fantastic service. my cat had SEVERE mats and Patricia did a great job. When my cat was no longer cooperative, Patricia set up an appointment with the vet down the street from my house the same day to finish the job! Then on top of everything, they gave me a discount. Excellent service and highly recommend.

Patricia and her husband were great with my cat! She has had problems with over grooming her belly fur, and with her very thorough methods, Patricia found a sore on her belly that was very hard to see that could be one of the main causes of her licking! I very much appreciate her professional and thorough work and will certainly take my cat back to her!

I brought my dog and cat here, both have never been groomed and have some separation anxiety. I rarely leave reviews but Patricia was great! I felt comfortable leaving my babies with her and they both came back looking amazing. The prices are reasonable and the whole experience was just great. Would definitely recommend and will be coming back!

When I made the phone call she was a bit rude at the beginning but I shook it off thinking it was nothing. But when I told her that my cat needed to grooming she was a bit rude and asked me if I ever had my cat groomed. Then I told her no which is true and she was like well it’s obvious that you don’t haven’t because you don’t know any specific hair cut that you want to give her. I hung up because I didn’t want to deal with someone so rude and unprofessional. Honestly it sounded like an attitude to me so it makes sense why others might say the same.

Amazing! My 7 month maltipoo was in dire need of her first grooming and they didn’t disappoint. My baby girl looks so adorable with her new cut. Her coat is so soft and the products used smell wonderful. I can tell that they took excellent care of her as well. They even gave her an adorable sweater! I’m beyond impressed. Worth every penny! Look no further if you desire a high-quality experience.

My dog can be skittish and aggressive at times, but Patricia and her staff have had no issues with him because they are experienced professionals. Patricia is honest and straightforward. My dog always emerges looking and smelling fresh! I will continue supporting this local business, they do a great job. Their service and patience with my special boy is worth paying a bit more than I probably would with a chain groomer.

I have a dog who has not been able to be groomed in over a year due to concerns with aggression and ultimately anxiety. I read the comments from Patricia Dee and I thought about trying it out. Everybody working for Patricia was wonderful! They let me know that they would do their best but could not promise any results. However, when I got there they were so kind and welcoming and supportive and took their time with my dog and now she has a beautiful haircut. I am going back in a couple weeks for a bath so my dog can continue to get used to Patricia and the staff. I'm also going to bring my other dog in to get her hair cut as well! I am so grateful for the time that she put in with my dog and how she made my dog feel so comfortable! When my dog came in she was anxious after about 5 or 10 minutes she was feeling comfortable and able to get a haircut!

I've never seen anyone put my cats more at ease while getting their nails cut than these guys. It was like magic! Would recommend.

I have a special needs elderly dog whose heart could no longer take the stress of the big corporate groomers. Patricia was SO understanding and accommodated our dog to make the grooming experience as stress free as possible. Our dog looks great and he left with his tail wagging - I am so thankful for the special care they showed him! We will be back!

This is a thank you to Patricia and Tom for what they do. We have been to other groomers but none with the expertise, caring, and gentleness that has been shown to our dear little Maltese. She has gone beyond what is the expected and sometimes outdoes what we thought was beautiful previously. When he, Shoncy, was showing signs of poor health as a little puppy she recommended a VET SPECIALIST that we fondly call the Real Dog Whisperer. We took Rose, our 8 year old long haired cat this past Saturday for her first ever trim. And stayed to help and watch. Patricia could not have handled her any better. She kept Rose calm while maintaining control without being excessive in any way. Rose looks like a totally different cat, and we think she will be more comfortable this summer. Consistent expert styling: I've had my poodles groomed by Pat Dee for many years. Pat gives an extra touch of style so that the dogs' cuts are routinely admired. It is also important to me that my dogs have been happy to go to grooming there.

Always about the dogs. My dog was reluctant the first couple of times. Now when he sees where he is there are no problems. Patricia and Tom are very responsive to the dogs and cats. I am very happy I found them. They do excellent work and my fur baby bounces out and is very ????

I highly recommend Pat Dee Pet Grooming! If I could give them 30 stars, I would! They took excellent care of my cat (Zazi). They were professional, kind, knowledgeable and swift. The process was relatively short and they kept me informed from start to finish. This was our first visit but it will not be the last. I completely trust them with my babygirl Zazi❤️. So much so.. Zazi’s next appointment was scheduled immediately after.

The owner, Patricia was not nice at all. We brought our two dogs after calling and she had a negative attitude when we got there. She said that the bully mix would have her ruin her career. I will never bring them back. This experience was not worth it. The only nice people were the receptionist and dog washer. The dogs nails were barely cut. Work on your customer service Patricia!!!

My cat was matted. He hates to leave the house and he is hard to capture if he senses something involving the carrier may be happening. I was in despair for how to manage his long matted hair. I have had a mobile groomer in past thinking it would be less stress on him (and me) to not travel. I witnessed this groomer being rough with a pet, so I needed an alternative. I contacted another mobile groomer who was very expensive and snobby and recommended that I sedate the cat with meds when I told him the cat was anxious. Pat Dee was recommended and she felt that meds are rarely necessary. I am glad I found her. I was able to stay with my cat thru the grooming. There was absolutely no drama! She was confident and efficient and the cat was calm! She has special skills and karma with pets; I recommend her wholeheartedly.

This place had been recommended by a friend so I just had to try it out. To be honest I didn’t expect my experience to be as great as it was. These guys are just amazing. This is now my go-to spot whenever I want to get my dog groomed.

We have a very high strung cat that many vets have problems dealing with. She becomes frantic and is very hard to handle, even by professionals. So when I brought her to Patricia Dee with many mats in her long hair, I was somewhat doubtful that she could be shaved without an anesthetic. In the past anesthetic was necessary. Within a short time, our beloved hysterical cat was mat free, and looking beautiful with the short coat she left on her. No fright at all on our cat's part. In fact, she has been acting quite joyful showing no signs of stress. I could hardly believe it. Patricia Dee is truly gifted with animals. I will never go anywhere else.
