I wish I would have gone here sooner! I was going to Banfield but experienced constant problems there to the point where I worried about my dog's safety. After our first visit here, I am extremely pleased with the outcome. My dog's demeanor after was very relaxed and he seemed quite happy, as opposed to coming out terrified at the last vet. They did a beautiful job cutting his nails, no blood or jagged edges. They recommended spreading out his vaccines which I was glad about, because his last vet tried to push tons of vaccines all at once which made my dog sick after. They were very kind and professional. I'll definitely be going back here.

This vet was very accommodating when I had an emergency situation. But there have been multiple mixups between my various animals charts. The front desk seems like it is having some trouble. I love the vets here and they have taken good care of my pets.

THE BEST VETERINARY LOCATION IN MARYLAND!!! We have been taking all of our fur babies (3 dogs and one cat) for over 10 years. I first went here when my cat had an issue. They were able to see me the same day I called and solved the issue in one visit. Dr. Martini and Dr. Meyer are the best doctors any pet can have. They have taken care of all of our fur babies with the same love and care as we give them at home. We have left our dogs here on multiple occasions when going out of town. They were always taken care of with so much love. All of the staff members are extremely friendly and very helpful. Their prices for all of the medication, care and services are very reasonable and affordable. We recently moved away and they are 35 miles away from us. We are still going to take all of our fur babies here. The 45 minute drive one way will be worth it knowing that the doctors and the staff here are truly the best any pet owner can ask for. My wife and I love them all for always being there for our pet needs. Thank you so much for being the best veterinary clinic in Maryland.

I understand that we are in the middle of a pandemic and making appointments may challenging, but that's not an excuse for the lack of customers care from this place. We've been trying to make an appointment for over a month now, they keep telling us that the doctor would call back (which he only did once, and never again) even though we want our dog checked in person, not over the phone. Now they just don't call back at all. Even worse, they told us they'll call back to let us know when and which vaccine he needs next, and nothing about that either. Disappointed is a understatement about this situation, as we care about our dog greatly.

I called this location yesterday, around noon. The lady had a huge attitude when I asked her if I was sent the correct vaccination records for my dog. She rudely responded that she would check and said “yes”. I asked her if my dog was missing any shots and she said no, besides one that is due now. I tried taking him to the groomers afterwards and they denied my dog’s vaccination records because they said that he is missing MULTIPLE vaccines. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS VET!

These guys saved my dog from a 24 hour emergency vet that robbed me of thousands of dollars. I love these guys and highly recommend them. They are affordable and care about your pet like it’s their own.

They were very accommodating and I was able to get an appointment to have my puppy seen right away.

We have really come to love Dr. Martini and Dr. Meyer over the years of many pup highs and lows. We just happened upon their practice when we moved to the area, but now we wouldn’t take our dogs anywhere else. Both doctors are matter of fact but compassionate, and I’ve never questioned if they love what they do. They’re so kind to our pets, and with us, as well. When our sweet girl got sick last year, Dr. Martini went above and beyond to help with diagnosis, best treatment options, and ultimately, saying goodbye. We will be dog people for life, and we trust this practice implicitly to care for our four-legger family.

Dr. Meyers is a very skilled and caring vet who treats our cats like honored members of our family. The staff is also excellent, gentle and caring. I recommend this practice highly.

I was so impressed by the care of my dog and the exceptional service. One of the associates came to my car to pick up my dog with a lot of positive energy. This reduced the anxiety of my pet, and made the experience enjoyable.

My vets for over 30 years! Family practice, Father to Son. Son AND wife are the best vets, and speak directly to their patients "parents".

This is the most appalling vet office I have ever been a client of. Completely unresponsive and irresponsible, every time I have needed a prescription filled by them, it has required 5-6 follow up phone calls because they just don't get it done otherwise. They incorrectly told me my dog's diagnosis (the receptionist misread it to me) which resulted in my dog getting antibiotics that she did not need, and all of the needless doses of antibiotics messed with her system and made her sick for weeks. The female receptionist is incredibly rude, dismissive, and borderline incompetent. She has snapped at me several times while I am trying to follow up and actually get my pet treatment. She also cannot manage to transcribe a single email address, name, or address without a handful of misspellings. In addition to all of this, the vet does not seem to care at all about the pets. My dog was seen here 5+ times in the space of a month when she was very sick, every single time the vet had absolutely no memory of her history and I had to remind him of each detail, and he would often make mistakes and incorrectly suggest things (such as more antibiotics) that didn't line up with her case history properly because he wasn't keeping the history clear in his mind. How is this office still in business? They are negligent to the point where it is unsafe for the animals they are treating.

There are several vets closer to our home, but we make the trip because we love them so much.

They provide excellent care and very reasonable pricing. I highly recommend.

This is a great veterinary practice! The veterinarians genuinely care about your animal, and they are one of the more affordable vet practices in the area.

Both veterinarians are the best. Not once for as long as we have been going jere (over 15 years) have we felt rushed.

I have been coming here for almost as long as they have been open. They are wonderful and caring people. This visit was for surgery to remove a lipoma and possible cancerous mass. Dr. Allison called me before surgery to verify what we were doing to see if there was anything I had questions about. I would not go anywhere else as long as I live in this state.

I moved to MD last year and we didnt need a vet for an emergency until now. I found MAH on Google and took my dog to see Dr Meyer. Dr Meyer was knowledgable, efficient, and provided an effective treatment plan (with alternatives that depend on how my dog would react). He was also very personable.
