My baby Kilo has been coming here since he was a newborn he is now 6 months and is so healthy thank you to the amazing staff and Doctors. My baby is always to happy to come and see the staff. When we got our new puppy we researched Vets in our area. VCA North sounded good and we decided to give them a try. They were beyond good! They took such good care of our little puppy. They took time to answer all questions we had and gave us a ton of information about the timeline for new shots, growth, etc. When our puppy got sick unexpectedly they were great with the testing process. They figured out the issue quickly and set us up with medicine Next day. Amazing Vet!!!

Dr. Chen and VCA staff showed a high degree of expertise in their examination of my dog Buddy. Dr. Chen was articulate and clear in her diagnosis and instructions regarding his care. It was a good choice for me to bring him to VCA.

VCA takes great care of our elderly dog. She is completely blind but otherwise healthy and they're ophthalmologist is absolutely fantastic. The only issue I would have is that sometimes it's very hard to get appointments. Oftentimes you are looking at three to even six weeks before one of their specialists can see your dog.

This Vet is scamming people out of money. They will say your dog needs certain care to get more money out of you. Use caution when taking your pets here. Try different locations if possible

The staff here are very friendly and helpful, little to no wait when you show up for your appointment on time or early. I have been going here for over 6 years and can say that this has been my experience throughout. The Vets and techs are all highly trained and knowledgeable. While I miss the face to face interactions and the personal binder with details on the staff I can understand it is for safety during this time.

Very poor and unprofessional customer service from one of the receptionist named “Jackie/Jacqueline.” I don’t understand why I have to track down a refund receipt from them and why she never told me initially that it takes 3 business days to receive a refund receipt because apparently refunds are usually “tricky” due to price differences. I returned an item to them before and never had this issue. The day I returned the case of canned food, Jackie only cared about grabbing the merchandise and never even informed me of when will I receive the refund, has it been initiated, will I get a confirmation email of the receipt, how much will go back to my card, and if I should stay in the premises until she inititates refund or should I leave? I have waited 15mins and I was told I will receive a call, but never got one! These are basic refund processes that customers should be made aware especially if it will take “days” to get a damn receipt! I have never heard of such a thing! They’re employees are usually warm and welcoming and over the top with helping out and informing you. I’ve never expected to have such an unreliable and bad customer service from Jackie. It’s really disappointing.

Just took my 3 month puppy to this location a few days ago and I must say, the team is great. So glad I found a vet that I can rely on and trust. Great team members: respectful, kind, patient, and diligent. :)

This place made me waste hundreds of dollars extra on my sick cat. I brought her in for an urgent visit, where she was correctly diagnosed and treated. However, the aftercare instructions said that if "she doesn't urinate for 8 hours take her to the ER IMMEDIATELY". So, I did. The ER doc said that was absolutely ridiculous since they weren't concerned with urinary blockage or anything. On top of that, the prices for bloodwork ($300 vs. $500) and x-rays ($200 vs. $600) were substantially cheaper at the ER, which is definitely not how it's supposed to work. So, I shelled out even more for emergency care, but at least I trusted my gut and DIDN'T get the bloodwork and x-rays at VCA. Even with the ER fee, I still came out ahead getting the diagnostics done there. Woodley Gardens vet clinic has 2 new clients.

Great vet that takes great care of your pets. They say on the phone that they treat every pet like family, and I certainly have not had reason to doubt them on that assertion.

I am a new puppy owner and this place has been just the best! Given the Corona pandemic they have ensured the safety of everyone and their pets. I have had to call and ask a couple of questions about medicine and they have been super helpful! Cooper may not love getting shots but I can tell he is happy while he is there and is nice to the technicians!! I highly recommend this place for anyone in the Rockville area.

I never had any issues with this facility until recently when my Dog Started seeing Dr. G. Chan. My German Shepherd has been coming to VCA since he was 2 months old. When Dr Chan took over earlier this year; it has been nothing but problems. My German Shepherd has a chronic skin disease/infection since birth. This doctor refuses to fill antibiotics for his skin infections when inflammations occur without seeing him first. While, normally, I would agree with this, there is nothing new, whatsoever with his condition. She only wants to make me pay an exam fee just to give him the same treatment he has gotten his entire life. Not to mention, it hasn't even been a year since he has been seen. I thank my original doctor for her care and will now, because of Dr Chan be moving my dog elsewhere for care to someone who understands this chronic condition in my shepherd. A shame.

I have been using VCA North Rockville for over 20 years. The staff has cared for me and my dogs from the beginning to the end. We have always been treated with compassion. The team is friendly and helpful. I never feel I am guilted into unnecessary procedures; they understand I want the best care for my family, but am not wealthy. I would give 10 stars if possible

I have taken both my cats her for their initial annual wellness exam and vaccines. Even with the COVID protocols, I have felt like I had plenty of time to ask the doctor my questions, and the techs and other support staff have been very friendly.

We were a very faithful customer for almost two years and when we need a health certificate to travel with the dog they could not do it. Horrible. They just want your money. Do not use them.

Went here to drop off some blankets that I wasnt using. They were closed but I left them at the front door. Someone was there, cas there was a car in the parking lot, but maybe they just left it there, over night.

They took our voucher for our adopted dog's first vet visit and the vet was absolutely wonderful. She answered all of my questions, gave me suggestions, and of course played with our boy. Wonderful visit. Would highly recommend!

I am new to the area and needed a new vet for my dog, so glad I chose VCA! Booking an appointment was a breeze, the staff was all super friendly, and Dr. Adi was awesome. My dog tends to be nervous at the vet and everyone there made him feel right at home. On top of the great service and knowledgeable staff, I got a coupon for a free first exam from their website (the staff actually suggested that I use the coupon, I thought it was just for puppies). If I could give them more than 5 stars I would!

I love coming here they really treat your pet like one of the family and love and took care of him just like I would .When my cat was getting Neutered and he was staying there over night they sent me pictures and videos of him being happy and playing . I would really trust them with my animal . Would totally Recommend to anyone with a animal best veterinarian
