The biggest issue I have with them is the ever-changing staff veterinarians and conflicting and inaccurate patient record they keep. My dog was seen there by three different vets in less than a year, each gave a different diagnoses to the same condition and the records would indicate different and confusing notes than what we were told and happened during the visit. Two times in a row they give me less pills than what the label indicates, and one time they didn't put one of the medications in the bag after I paid for it and upon returning to get it it was a nightmare and them acting like they doing me a favor by "replacing the missing bottle" which I never got first place and went back next day immediately. In general, not the most friendly staff either. While I understand that human errors happen everywhere, there are no favorable factors to return or recommend them.

Excellent care and attention paid to your most precious family members. Outstanding service by caring workers. Not the cheapest for meds, so you might have to go online but important to have such a dedicated and caring place in Rockville area.

Been taking my cats here for a while now and love them.

So my puppy was seen today for 3rd round of vaccines but the vet determined I had a sick and lethargic puppy instead and tried to sell me on anti nausea meds (cerenia) and subcutaneous fluids after 2 weeks of 5 rounds of panacur. I’m so disappointed and upset that this vet wanted to rave about my sick puppy but couldn’t perform the follow up parvo test that’s required for a sick puppy after parasite treatment! The vet tech wasn’t wearing any scrubs also did not check my pups temperature pulse or respiratory. I have enough animals experience as a groomer to laugh and just pay the exam fee and leave. We chose Montgomery Animal Hospital based on rave reviews from friends and neighbors. We brought our new to us rescue pup for her first visit. The communication was good from the first call. Their safety procedures for Covid made us feel safe. We called when we arrived. A tech came out to talk with us and bring our pup in for her visit. The vet called to discuss during the visit, and then our pup was brought back and we paid from the car. Our pup seemed to do fine, even without us with her. Thanks MAH!

We love this veterinarian hospital. Vets are honest and empathetic. Staff is super friendly. Prices are very reasonable and you don't feel like you were ripped off. I have used other vets in the area, and it a racket...

Very friendly, professional, caring staff

The doctors and staff here are wonderful, friendly and knowledgable. Having 5 cats, I spend a LOT of time at the vets office and I have nothing less than great to say about the people here. Make sure to give Bigfoot some love when the lobby is open again, too!

Dr. Debra Sapcariu has been our family vet for over 23 years, so when she announced she was moving to Montgomery Animal Hospital, there was no question we would be following her there. Dr. Debra has always treated our pets as her own. She answers questions patiently and thoroughly, and always has our pets’ best interests in mind. We appreciate her kindness and compassion, not only with our pets, but with us too. She has helped us through the loss of 3 of our pets over the years, giving us guidance and loving support throughout the experiences. Upon our first visit to Montgomery Animal Hospital, we also found the entire staff to be very helpful and friendly. I bring 3 Golden Retrievers and they went so far as to offer help getting them in from my car and back out, and made notes in their file to identify which dog is which so they can address them by name. They are always patient and happy to help in any way they can when I call in with questions. I look forward to continuing our family vet care with Dr. Debra in her new place and highly recommend Montgomery Animal Hospital to anyone in need of quality vet services.

We have a cat that is difficult to capture to bring to the vet. A vet tech at Montgomery Hospital, Miranda, offered for me to bring the cat in an hour or two before they opened and she would watch him until they were able to do his examination. This enabled me to bring him in at the time I caught him, rather than him hiding all day.

This place is the best. The vet techs all are great and will treat your fur babies as their own. Dr's are great at what they do and take time to go over things. Highly recommended

Montg Animal Hospital is the best. We have taken all of our pets to Dr Jaffee for years. Vets and staff are knowledgeable & caring. They even know our pets names.

I've been working with Dr. Debra to diagnose and treat hyperthyroid in one of my cats. She's knowledgeable and kind. The vet techs and front desk folks I've worked with over the past few months have been great as well.
