It was a bad experience because according to their hours, they’re open but when we arrived to the store it was closed and nobody answered. I also called their number many times to make an appointment in advance like they suggest to do, but they still didn’t answer even though they’re open.

I bought my mini golden doodle here 2 years ago and I love him to pieces! He did have some worms at the beginning but the vet gave him meds and they went away no problem. I think they have a big selection and it’s a great place to buy a puppy:)

This chain store has been charged with illegally selling dogs sourced from puppy mills and lying to their customers, claiming "they had long-standing and direct relationships with the breeders." The store has locations in Rockville and Towson. Avoid buying puppy mill puppies. Purchase from reputable breeders only. (A pet store is NOT a reputable breeder)

I've seen rats running around this place. It's a disgusting store. These people don't know what they're doing.

They never answer the phone

I've heard on local news that this puppy mill has been shut down. Owners was fined and in serious trouble with Montgomery County

At this point they’re blatantly violating Maryland Law

Do not get a puppy from here. They are just overprice puppy mill. Rescue or get a dog from a breed club.

Amazing shop with quality and cheap dog food, the staffs are friendly too. From now on I will buy my dogs food from them

they do not answer the door! i had an appointment and they did not answer the door!! i called more also and they did not answer the phone or have the decency to call back. very disappointed. me and my family were very excited

they get their puppies from puppy mills. 100% no doubt about that.

Puppy mills love this place

I absolutely love my puppy Huey! Jen is the woman who handled the transaction didn’t rush me and seemed to really care about all of the puppies she housed. I would recommend this place to friends and family wanting a fur baby. Reasonably priced and beautiful dogs, the only trouble I had was picking from the website. Thank you so much Just Puppies…Huey is four months old and thriving ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

Does not answer the phone and won't respond to emails. Have tried to contact them several times over the course of a few weeks but had no luck. After reading other reviews, looks like I'm not the only one. Would recommend that you save your time and take your business elsewhere. Very unprofessional

Refused to guide me in purchasing the best specimen for my sacrifice to Quetzalcoatl.

I honestly wish I could give this business a negative 5 stars. We visted the store quite some time ago and the way my family and I were treated when we visted the store was insulting. The woman that spoke to us was unbelievably rude. In reading the other reviews I see many other customers have experienced poor customer service from this company. I dont see how they are still operating. Looking forward to see the business and the employees reap what they have sown. We all must responsible for our actions and how we treat ppl.

They said you can only come by appointment only but no one answers the phone or responds to email. I am literally trying to give them my money but the phone rings once and an automated voice says goodbye. Guess that's a sign its not worth the trouble.

I would call this place like 20 time a day and it would take me straight to voicemail I think that you shouldn't wate your time and look for puppies someplace else

So I haven’t gotten my little gal or guy yet, but visited the Rockville location. I’m a strong believer in great customer service and great care of the little ones. They do this well! The kennel is clean. And a safe place for them. Their pups are healthy and happy. I can tell the pups like the staff too. In addition, I was honest with them and told them this is my 1st look and I didn’t want to rush in but am getting closer to potentially getting a dog. I respected and understood their rules and their staff is wonderful. They were very kind to me and their pups. I liked that they interviewed me to make sure I would give them a good home. The pups and I were very comfortable. There was no pressure! But let me sit with a few little ones, told me about the breeds, showed me a breeds I hadn’t considered but would possibly may now. I can tell they spend time with each of them and therefore was able to tell me about each of their pups personalities and I could see It in them. If a rescue doesn’t work for your family situation or your heart is set on a pup. I would highly recommend calling and making an appointment.

I haven’t been to this place in 11 years, that being said my dog is on track to be 12 years old. My mother purchased me a Maltese Shih Tzu mix for $500 back in 2008. Purchase was smooth staff was friendly and they recommended what food should be given to our dog, he also came with a free of charge vet visit. I don’t know how things have changed over time at this shop but hope quality of living for the dogs for sale has improved as they were caged and scared. But I’m giving it 4 stars because they sold us a great dog and I don’t regret buying from here, I’m sure if you’re considering purchasing a puppy you won’t regret it this place is great.

This place is horrible! The dogs are kept in kennels all day and night. The people don’t get in until after 12 and we’re super rude! Which means the dogs have been locked in cages from 6 pm when they closed until they get in 12. It smelled like a farm show!! I wouldn’t recommend wasting your time or money!

If you want to find out if a puppy is from a puppy mill or pure bread please google PURE BREAD V.S. puppy mill in whatever dog you are inquiring about. You will be able to to see and compare. You will probably be shocked.

These puppies are from puppy mills. The fact that this store still exists shows they have no regard for the abuse that the puppies and parents go through before arriving at the store

The puppies are kept in too small cages with too many cramped together. Often there's poo and pee on the cage floor that the puppies are just stepping in. The employees are also doing the bare minimum to keep a front of caring. Also, the dogs are very likely from puppy mills and I encourage you to avoid this place if possible as there is a local shelter and great local breeders that you can adopt from without supporting a horrible practice. Furthermore, this store has LOST its business license and SHOULD NOT be operating under Maryland law!! And yet they continue to sell puppies without vetting customers and without caring for the puppies! Look up Maryland law HB 1662 and see the news for yourself.

Buyer beware SCAM I purchased a puppy in November. At the time of sale I was told that she was a Yorkshire terrier and that the fee for that type of dog was 2000. Six months later I got her spayed and I did her DNA analysis through my veterinarians office. I received the results last week and she is a mixed breed of Biewer Terrier, Yorkshire Terrier, Shih Tzu. This is very upsetting and concerning to me because I went in wanting a specific breed and I was scammed into buying a mixed breed. This has caused me to be emotionally distraught because I was picking a lifetime companion that I thought was 100 % Yorkshire terrier. I have reached out to the owners and haven’t heard anything yet. I do not recommend this place.

They KNOW what they be doing by not answering the phone. I finally got through made an appointment she said she was going to call back but she didn't, HOW FRUSTRATING, this place needs more workers or landlines for the customers. Its sad i guess they want to keep those puppies in the cage
