Staff are all amazing they know our baby by name even with him being only 8 months old. Doctors take the time to explain everything and take away our worries

Banfield is a wonderful vet! They have such a deep love for all animals and their owners!

BEWARE! The Carmia Way , Richmond VA location management needs to be FIRED and re-staffed with Management on the same level of excellence as the Short Pump location! I will NEVER GO to the Carmia Way location, again! The cashier staff is doing a great job but the Vet Techs suck. AGAIN BEWARE!

Banfield has been great with our pets. They are straightforward, not pushy, but are caring about thier patients. I have been taking my dogs here for a while, and have always been satisfied with our vists.

Since my dog would not cooperate with the vet i can not give a true review but the staff was friendly and the vet was very understanding.

Was the worst vet I've been to. The doctor said my puppy was underweight. I was shocked because I went in there concerned he may have been overweight. I have other dogs and know what they should feel like so I took him to another vet for a second opinion and I was right. My puppy was over weight. If I listened to that doctor and fed him more that could cause my puppy to have health problems. Not cool!

I really like Banfield. They offer wellness programs for pets. It really is beneficial to get it has saved me money , because I have 4 dogs.

Even though I am not a client they were cheerful about answering a query on Rx food.

EXTREMELY EXPENSIVE. They let my pet pee herself in her cage. Charged me 25$ for the plastic ring collar. Sold me on a monthly plan. At least the staff is great, but for how much they over charge on EVERYTHING I would really appreciate it if my animal wasn't forced to pee on herself in the carrier I brought her in with.

The vets are great. The front desk people are friendly while you are in person. We have been going here for years with all of our pets. My only complaint is I have to keep up with my pets shot and well visit schedules and they are all on a wellness plan--which is not particularly cheap. **Addition to review: I recently used part of the Wellness package that gives you 24hr access to a vet via phone. For the one I did, I had a specific code to discuss a specific concern. Downfall: it took two days to get the phone conference appt after emailing that I wanted one. I was wondering if I was really concerned, that's not a great turnaround time (and I was thinking that the 24hr vet calling sort of sounded like it would give me access to last minute questions). Super positive: the 10-15 minute phone appt was excellent. The vet was very thorough. She listened to all of my concerns and gave sound, solid advice. I later received a follow up email with a summary of the call and further resources.

Very good vet. Took great care of my cat. They allow you to drop off

Super nice, great follow up. Only minus so far is that I asked for my dog to have anesthesia for his ear infection when they cleaned them. Directions didn’t get communicated to the tech. It’s now permanently in my dogs medical chart.

We had our cat euthanized here, and they provided a great environment

This visit was very good. The service was excellent and they took great care of my animal.

I feel like they gave me three different answers but wanted me to spend twice as much money on something they didn't even give me a full answer on and when I questioned it they said good question.. that just sounds like they were finagling me waste of my money

Dr. Grove is amazing. My dog has cancer and they're so loving, gentle and living towards him as well as myself. They will take my calls whenever I have questions and makes me feel like they really care.

Dr. Smith is 5 star! We followed her from her last office. Banfield has been good so far, we got the wellness plan and saved a little money.

Dr Grove is the best, we have been seeing her since i got my dog Marley 4 years ago! very patient, informative, and professional. all in all a great experience at this particular banfield. good staff as well
