Thank you, Dr. Beth, for being at our sides to help Erwin make his transition over the rainbow bridge. It was calm and peaceful and I know he felt the love of his family and home around him. We couldn’t have asked for a better support …

I reached out to Dr.Beth after finding out our previous appointment with Laps of Love wouldn't work and I'm so very glad I did. She was accommodating and compassionate. Patiently waiting for me as I tried to explain our situation, she consoled me and guided my spouse and I through the aftercare options. She was flexible and understanding when I set up a zoom call for my spouse who was travelling for work at the time. When it came time, she comforted our dear little Tia cat and provided a beautiful prayer as she crossed the rainbow bridge. Dr. Beth provided materials on grief that helped us process all that happened and made finding healing a lot easier. Really words cannot describe how wonderful Dr. Beth is and I feel so blessed to have had her help Tia transition.

Dr Beth has been Godsend for my mentality and my dog. She deals with the entire picture not just the disease. She’s helped with every aspect to make this time easier for our family. The world needs more people like her.

Dr. Badgett lacks the empathy to be a vet, much less one euthanizing pets at home. She was rude, took pictures of the plants inside the home she was euthanizing in, did not care about the pain her sedatives caused an already frightened animal, and went on and on about how much trouble she went through to do her job to a grieving owner. Please find someone else to treat your beloved pet.

Dr. Badgett is, simply, an amazing individual. You will not find a more caring and compassionate at-home veterinary service. Do not think twice if your pet requires at-home veterinary care of any kind; you cannot go wrong with Dr. Badgett. I only wish there were more like her.

Our rescue Old English Sheepdog fractured her leg from bone cancer and we were so fortunate to come across Dr. Beth on a whim for in home euthanasia. She was exceptionally kind and professional from start to finish, dropping everything to be with us quickly after a brief phone call, and taking her time to allow us to say goodbye to our sweet girl without being rushed. You could tell that this part of her practice is one she does thoughtfully as well as seriously, and she truly made the best case scenario out of one of the worst situations we could ever imagine ourselves in. She even checked in with us the following day to let us know we were in her thoughts, which is way above and beyond anything we have ever experienced with another veterinarian. Bottom line, we can't recommend Dr. Beth enough, and we're extremely grateful we found her during such an awful and difficult time.

Dr. Badgett was just amazing and provided guidance, comfort and care for our dog, Lucy as she passed over the rainbow bridge. Her expertise in pain management, hospice, and palliative care were beyond my expectations. Her advice and care also with talking with our 11 year old daughter was also wonderful. Highly recommend - I am at peace and I know Lucy is too....

Our 15 year old dog was living his best old man life when very suddenly he was not. I feel so lucky to have found Dr. Badgett. She was available to visit us at the last minute. She made an assessment to confirm our worst fears were true and helped us ease our buddy through this transition. She was exceptionally wonderful at guiding us through the entire process so that our thoughts could remain firmly on our dog. She thought of everything and even helped us include our children at appropriate times. Thank you, Dr. Badgett.

Our experience with Dr. Badgett was just wonderful. She made herself available to take care of our sweet 15 year old cat, George, who was suffering from cancer. She was just so calm and reassuring as she walked us through the process of saying goodbye to our kitty. She was so kind and sweet with him that it made a very difficult time easier. We would highly recommend her to anyone who has to go through this with their pet. She even checked on us the next day to see if we were doing okay! Her love and care is really a blessing to pet owners.

We reached out to Beth with a very last minute request and she immediately understood our sense of urgency and was able to help us with one of the most difficult decisions we’ve ever had to make. Her compassion and sincerity helped to lessen the heartache of our sweet dog’s journey over the rainbow bridge. She took the time to read the situation and was able to provide her compassionate services to our beloved pet as well as to our family.

We recently lost our beloved dog, Sophia, to osteosarcoma (bone cancer). She was treated, and we gained several wonderful months with her, but her mobility suddenly declined, and we learned that the cancer had spread to her spine. Sophia was a Velcro dog and hated being away from her family. After two nights at Friendship Animal Hospital, where she received excellent diagnostic care, we brought her home for what we had hoped would be a few more days or weeks. Unfortunately, it soon became clear that Sophia was not comfortable, and her quality of life was rapidly deteriorating. I desperately wanted Sophia to pass away peacefully in our home, surrounded by her family, and was scrambling to find timely in-home palliative and euthanasia care. I reached Dr. Beth early on a day she was not planning to work. She immediately started asking me questions about Sophia, her medical history, her current state, and she offered advice to help quickly improve Sophia’s comfort level. Dr. Beth agreed to come to our house almost immediately, as Sophia required urgent intervention. I am so grateful that she listened to my concerns and had the compassion to rearrange her day and assist Sophia at the end of her life. As she drove to our house Dr. Beth explained the euthanasia process/procedure so that we understood each step. She also offered advice about explaining Sophia’s passing to our two young children, both of whom were home with us to say goodbye. Throughout the process Dr. Beth was compassionate, calm, and very gentle. At the end, all of Sophia's favorite people were with her as she first went to into deep sleep, and then when her heart stopped. It was a horribly sad moment for our family, but we were also grateful that Sophia passed away in her home with the people she loved. I highly recommend Dr. Beth and wish we had known about her services earlier, so that we could have planned for palliative care better and had the comfort of knowing in advance how to assure compassionate end-of-life care. She helped us navigate an incredibly difficult moment, and we are forever grateful.

Dr. Beth Badgett is a sweet soul and we will be calling on her for any future transitions. She helped our sweet kitty, Cheese, yesterday and it couldn’t have been or more dignified than that. Our other pets got to be there to say goodbye in their own way and for that we are all so thankful for. She came to our aid despite being exhausted and, again, we are so so grateful. Our hearts ache but we know we made the right decision for him.

I will always be grateful to Dr. Badgett for her gentle care and tenderness in treating my beloved dog Bell at the end of Bell's life. Bell became suddenly and painfully ill with a neurological condition that paralyzed her and from which she could not recover. Last week my vet sadly advised that Bell needed a hospice vet. I was blessed to find Dr. Beth Badgett who was able to arrange her schedule to relieve my dog's suffering that same day. Before treating Bell, Dr. Badgett consulted with my vet to learn the names and dosages of painkillers already administered. Because she wanted Bell to be fully comfortable for a few minutes before the final injection, Dr. Badgett layered her with more pain medication to ensure a smooth and graceful departure and to make sure that nothing was perceived as painful. Dr. Badgett treated dear Bell gently and tenderly, making sure that she floated off in a cloud of love, which Bell deserved.
