I just received a card in the mail from them after they found out we had to take our cat to an emergency clinic and he ended up being euthanized due to the severity of the situation. Talk about touching customer service!

They took great care of my Captain! A DLH kitty with matting issues. Had him shaved before you could say "cheese"!! No muzzle, no sedation and no biting! I am in love with you guys and how you handled my "fuss-pot"!! Thank you from the bottom of my heart! ❤

All of the vets in this practice are excellent, thorough, caring and knowledgeable. My favorite is Dr. Withers. He's been our vet for over 16 years. Simply the best.

I've known this practice for over 14 years and the staff couldn't be more professional, compassionate and also having such amazing integrity. ALL the Doctors are well versed and caring.....Such a pleasure to trust them with our pets.

Took my husky pup here after not having the best experience with another vet. Both the tech and Dr, Rhoades were amazing- very gentle and informative! They gave me a complete puppy info packet, a breakdown of required vs optional things, and didn’t pressure/push anything. My little guy even got his picture taken and a toy. Everyone was very welcoming as soon as you step in the door. The wait was a little long but I came at a busy time of day and it gave my pup plenty of time to settle down from being overly excited so no complaints from me.

Very friendly, helpful, and fast service. It's a great place to take your pet to for all their needs. I'm glad they are allowing people inside now. They take good care of my two precious dogs.

Our family had to say goodbye to our dog today on very short notice. Dr. Berger and her staff were incredibly compassionate and thoughtful as they led us through the process. It made a very sad day just a little bit better for our family. I would give a 6 star review if I could. Thank you all from the bottom of my heart.

Our Great Danes have enjoyed going to Midlothian Animal Clinic for many years. Dr. Alison Rhoades is extremely knowledge able. She always takes time to listen to her furbabies and their parents. Alison explains everything. We all enjoy seeing everyone from the front desk, vet techs, to administrative personal.

Today was a very tough day, as we made the tough decision to bid Brutus goodbye, so he could scamper off to the Rainbow ???? Bridge . Dr. Becky Rose was on top of the situation from the moment we arrived yesterday. She went the extra mile to ascertain the full medical unknown problems our Yorkie was enduring and was a great aid to know when was the time to let go…..
